8控制面板和桌面
8.1 控制面板和桌面和其他设备安装在保护室/区域内:
8.1.1 优先MCC必须是可撤回拉线机型; 在某些情况允许下,除在条款7.1.10预见的以外,直接将元素安装在内装配面板上。要求必须经过VSB团队同意。

8.2控制面板、控制台和其他设备必须安装保护室/区域的外部:

1 OBJECTIVE
The objective of this document is to present the criteria for project, specification and
installation of Electrical, Automation and Instrumentation Systems at VSB. The Electrical,
Automation and Instrumentation supply scope consists of the following: basic and detailed
engineering, basic and detailed project, specification, supply, documentation, supervision,
training, tests, commissioning, start-up and operational assistance. Other needs may be
discussed and agreed with in other specific documents.
The items in this document annul and replace related items presented in other formerly
issued documents. Should there be no specific mention about a determined matter, then it
must be discussed with the VSB team.
 
2 ADDITIONAL DESIGN CRITERIA
Additional requirements and information about site facilities can be found in the following
Design Criteria VS-E-000-1.
 
3 STANDARDS
The designs must be according to the specific standards and the safety regulations. The
installations must comply with the NR-10 - Norma Regulamentadora No10 do Minist¤?rio do
Trabalho do Brasil (Regulation Norm Nr.10 of the Brazilian Labor Ministry) which deals with
safety of design and services related to electricity.

Neutral-point connection
For low voltage system: TN-C-S system (protective earth and neutral conductor are partly
connected to one common Protective Earth Neutral conductor (PEN).
 
The grounding and lightning arrester systems must comply with the NBR-5419 and, due to
the peculiarities of each installation, must be previously discussed with the VSB team.
A priori the grounding system for atmospheric discharges must be completely independent
of other loops and, also due to certain demands of some automation equipment suppliers, a
separate loop for this purpose may be needed.
