第一节 制氢系统概况
一.系统的设备组成:
本工程中压水电解制氢系统由氢气发生干燥系统、气体缓冲贮存系统、闭式循环冷却系统、辅助系统及电气控制系统等组成。
氢气发生干燥系统由1台中压电解槽、1套气液处理装置、1套氢气干燥装置及相应管道、阀门、管件、仪表等组成;
气体缓冲贮存系统由1套氢气缓冲减压装置、3台氢气贮存罐、1台仪用压缩空气贮存罐及相应管道、阀门、管件、仪表等组成;
闭式循环冷却系统主要由1台除盐水箱、2台循环水泵、2台换热器、1台在线纯水型电导率仪、1台就地电控箱及相应管道、阀门、管件、仪表等组成;
辅助系统主要包括1台原料水箱、1台碱液箱、1台注水泵及相应管道、阀门、管件、仪表等;
电气控制系统包括整流变压器、低压配电柜、控制柜、上位机及检测仪表等。
二.分系统的设备组成:
1.气液处理装置:
由分离器、洗涤器、冷却器、碱液过滤器、压力调整器、排水器、空气过滤器、碱液循环泵、管路、阀门、管件及一次仪表等组成。
2.氢气干燥装置:
由吸附器、冷却器、气水分离器、管路、阀门、管件及仪表等组成。
3.氢气缓冲减压装置:
由管路、阀门、减压器、压力开关、压力表等组成。
4.除盐水闭式循环冷却装置:
由1台除盐水箱、2台循环水泵、2台热交换器、1只海水过滤器、1台在线纯水型电导率仪、1台就地电控箱及相应管路、阀门、管件、仪表等组成。
三.系统仪表的作用和氢气品质:
1.氢气检漏测定仪:用以检测房间的氢含量,判断设备漏氢点。氢气检漏测定仪应与事故风机联锁。当仪表检测出氢气浓度达到某一高值时,控制系统自动启动排风装置工作;当检测出浓度已超过该高值,达到另一高值时,控制系统进行声光报警。
2.氢气湿度计:是测定氢气质量标准的一个参数。
3.氢中氧分析仪:是测定氢气质量标准的一个参数。
4.氧中氢分析仪:是测定氧气质量标准的一个参数。
5.氢气品质标准:
氢气
纯度(容积比%):99.9% 温度:400C
湿度:露点温度-500C 绝对湿度:0.02912g/m3H2
氧气
纯度(容积比%):99.2% 含湿量:4g/Nm3
第二节 设备的主要技术要求和规范
一.电解槽:
1.额定产气量:氢气:5Nm3/hr 氧气:2.5Nm3/hr;
2.电解槽工作压力为1.5 3.2MPa,产氢量应能在50%100%范围内可调。
3.电解槽直流电耗应不超过4.8Kwh/(Nm3•H2);
4.工作温度: 900C
二.气液处理装置:
1.经该装置处理后氧气含湿量应不超过4g/Nm3,含碱量不超过1mg/Nm3,温度不高于400C;
2.经该装置处理后气体品质:氢气纯度:99.9% 氧气纯度:99.2%;
3. Inspection of detergent dosing system:
●Inspect whether the motor and dosing pump is in a normal operation.
●The watering feeding vent and discharging vent of solution tank shall be tightness; the inlet and outlet vent of dosing pump shall be open before
operation.
●Dissolve the dosing materials:
A. Open the watering supply vent of solution tank, add water to 4/5 and slowly pour proper amount coagulant into the unit.
B. Start the mixer for stirring.
C. Open the watering supply vent and add the water to a required height.
D. Stop stirring after 20 minutes; open the outlet vent to discharge the solution to the gauge tank.
4. Inspection of PH value adjustment device:
●Inspect whether the motor and dosing pump is in a normal operation.
●The watering feeding vent and discharging vent of solution tank shall be tightness; the inlet and outlet vent of dosing pump shall be open before
operation.
● Dissolve the dosing materials:
A. Open the watering supply vent of solution tank, add water to 4/5 and slowly pour proper amount coagulant into the unit.
B. Start the mixer for stirring.
C. Open the watering supply vent and add the water to a required height; shut off mixer operation.
Section Four System operation
I. Startup, operation and maintenance of water pump:
1. Inspection before pump startup
●Clean the area around pump and motor; it is prohibited to pile up any miscellaneous articles or objects to affect the operation security of pump;
●The pump foundation shall be firmly fixed with nut; motor maintain good ground connection;
●The connection of pump components shall be tightly fixed, the stick coupling shall be operated under a normal condition;
●The oil level of bearing oil chamber shall be a normal level (in the center area of scale); the oil material is qualified;
●The outlet of water pump shall be closed; the inlet vent shall be opened;
●The insulating performance of water pump motor shall be perfect. Check the cooling water of pump and adjust the volume of cooling flow to the required
capacity.
2. Startup of water pump:
Press the startup button and take the following inspection: whether the ampere meter is normal, whether the pressure gauge has indication;
After the current and pressure is stable, slowly opens the outlet valve and adjust the pump to the required current capacity.
3. Operations and maintenance of water pump:
●The water pump and motor shall free of abnormal sound; the lubrication is good;
●The vibration of pump and motor shall not excess the standard value (3000 RPM; do not excess 0.05 mil);
●Generally, temperature of bearing shall not exceed 70℃; the motor temperature shall not exceed 65℃;
●Check lubricating oil level and oil material situation of the pump at regular interval, and change the oil according to the operating condition (The oil
change work of oil insufficient and inferior oil during the operation of oil chamber shall comply with the regulation of "Security specification"). The
feeding oil of the pump of water treatment shall be # 30 or # 40 lubricating oil;
●Replace the backup pump according to the equipment replacement procedure;
4. Pump shut off:
●Close the outlet passage of pump;
●Press the pause button of pump and shut off the pump operation;.
●The room temperature shall not be lower than5℃ during the water pump shut down period; otherwise, it is required to discharge excess water in the pump
for preventing the cracks of pump body due to freezing.
II. The operation of sodium hypochlorite and flocculating agent dosing system:
1. The operation of sodium hypochlorite dosing system:
Open the discharging valve and startup the metering pump of sodium hypochlorite, startup the dosing gate, close the discharging gate and start the dosing
process after discharge gate begins to flow; adjust the appropriate volume of dosing; check whether the swing of pressure gauge is normally.
2. Operation of flocculating agent dosing system:
Open the discharging valve and startup the metering pump of flocculating agent, startup the dosing gate, close the discharging gate and start the dosing
process after discharge gate begins to flow; adjust the appropriate volume of dosing; check whether the swing of pressure gauge is normally.
III. Operation of filtering system:
1. Operation of multi-medium filter:
Open the water gate and air valve; open the front flushing gate and close the air valve after the water flows from the air valve. Open the outlet passage
and close front flushing gate when water leakage turbidity is qualified and supply water to the activated charcoal filter.
2. Operation of activated charcoal filter:
Open the water gate and air valve of activated charcoal filter; close the air valve for front flushing after the water flows from the air valve. Open the
outlet passage and close front flushing gate when water leakage turbidity is qualified and supply water to the security filter.
IV. Operation of sea water hyperfiltration system:
1. Operation of security filter:
Open the water inlet gate and lower discharging gate; close lower discharging gate when water leakage turbidity is qualified.
2. Operation of anionic detergent dosing system:
Open the discharging valve and startup the metering pump of sodium hypochlorite, startup the dosing gate, close the discharging gate and start the dosing
process after discharge gate begins to flow; adjust the appropriate volume of dosing; check whether the swing of pressure gauge is normally.
3. Operation of sea water hyperfiltration system:
⑴. Low pressure flushing before startup
Open the electrical gate of high-pressure pump; start the low pressure flushing’ the flush time is about 15-20 minutes.
⑵.System startup:
●Open the water inlet and discharge outlet for certain period;
●Open the water inlet and discharge outlet; startup the energy recycle equipment for certain period;
●Open the water inlet; startup the energy recycling equipment; close discharge gate; ●Open water production discharging gate; startup the booster pump;
●Open the water inlet; startup the energy recycling equipment and water production discharging gate; startup the booster pump, high-pressure pump, anionic detergent dosing pump;
⑶.System operation: When water flow is qualified, close the discharging gate and the system run into operation;
⑷.System shut down:
●Open the discharging gate of water production;
●Open the discharging gate of fortified flow; shut down the operation of high-pressure pump;
●Close the water inlet gate; open the flushing gate; stop the energy recycling device; the booster pump and dosing pump of anionic detergent operates;
●Startup the flushing water pump for a while;
●Stop the flushing pump; close the flushing gate and discharging gate of the fortified flow and discharging gate of water production; the system changes to the backup mode;
