炉水加磷酸盐系统翻译-中英对照
两台机组共用一套加药装置。加入点为:锅炉汽包。每套加药装置由2台搅拌溶液箱(配带溶解筐)、3台加药泵(2台运行,1台备用)以及辅助设备、管路、阀门、管件、表计等组成,每套加药装置内所有设备、管道等全部固定在一个碳钢底盘上,并配备平台扶梯。

第三节 锅炉启动时化学的工作
一.锅炉启动前化学的准备工作:
1.检查机炉汽水取样装置完好,冷却水系统无泄漏,冷却水量充足。
2.加药泵电源应合上,加药系统处于正常状态,药量充足。
3.检查分析所需器皿,药品齐备,不足应配齐。
4.各种分析仪表,记录仪表,监测仪表,电源应合上处于正常状态。
5.分析锅炉上水的水质,投入系统加氨,加联氨,禁止不合格水进入锅炉。
二.锅炉上水时的化学工作:
1.接到锅炉上水的通知前,应分析凝结水的水质,如不合格,通知汽机方排放直到水质合格,在此期间化学应加强分析。
2.接到锅炉上水的通知时,启动加氨泵运行,向凝结水加氨。
3.当锅炉向汽包上水时,启动加联胺泵运行。
4.启动加药系统的同时,应加强分析水质,调整好水质。
三.锅炉启动时的化学工作:
1.接到锅炉点火的通知,通知锅炉全开汽包加药一次门,汽水取样一次门,连续排污一次门。
2.开启加药泵出入口门,启动加药泵,检查压力表摆动正常,无明显上升趋势2~3分钟方可离开。
3.开启冷却水总门和各冷却器进出口门,汽水取样装置。
4.当汽包压力升到0.5Mpa开取样二次门,排污门、冲洗取样管数次,通知锅炉定期排污一次。锅炉水质不清晰时应加强定期排污换水。
5.当汽包压力升至2.5Mpa,冲洗取样管,联系锅炉开始连续排污。
6.当汽包压力升至4.5Mpa时冲洗取样管,投入取样装置,当炉水清晰,通知锅炉停止定期排污,并取样分析炉水PH值,PO43-。
7.当取炉水样分析PH 9~10,PO43 :1-3ppm时,进入正常控制,投入仪表监测。
8.锅炉启动中应加强炉水,给水PH、PO43  及氨的监督,根据分析结果进行调整。
四.锅炉停运时的化学工作:
1.接到锅炉停运的通知时,停止凝酸盐加药泵运行,关闭加药泵进出口门,溶液出口门。
2.通知锅炉关闭取样一次门,连排一次门,关闭上述各二次门。
3.停汽水取样装置及表计,关闭冷却水总门和取样冷却水进、出口门。
4.锅炉换水降压完毕,停止系统加氨,加联氨。
5.了解停炉情况,听候值长通知,作好停炉保护处理。
6.停炉充氮保护系统投运后的第一个白班,联系化验室班长安排测定氮气纯度,并做好相关保护记录。
1. This system has more than 8 medium filter: output power: 45t/h per unit; it is required that the turbidity of flow water shall not be greater than

1mg/l.The interior filter material shall be quartz sand: 800mm; anthracite:400mm; the total feeding height is about 1200mm.The rate of filtration shall not

be greater than 6m/h.

2. This system has 5 activated charcoal filters: the output power of SDI shall not be greater than 4; the amount of free chlorine is smaller than 0.1mg/l;

the feeding height is about 1500mm; the rate of filtration shall not be greater than 15m/h.
3. The first class sea water hyperfiltration equipment: two sets; rate of water production: 128t/h.
4. The second hyperfiltration equipment: two sets; rate of water production: 85t/h.
5. Mixing bed: two; output power of each unit: 85t/h; resin model: 001X7 strong acidic anode-exchange resin (H) and 201X7 strong basic anion-exchange resin

(OH), resin height: The anode-exchange resin is about 500mm, the anion-exchange resin is about 1000mm.
6. Hyperfiltration dosing device:
●Sterilization equipment: including one 20m3 storing tank; five metering pumps and three filters; the output power of metering pump: ≥900l/h;
●PH value adjustment device: including one m3 dosing tank, three metering pumps, and three filters; the output power of metering pump: 10l/h.
●Flocculating agent dosing device: including one m3dosimeter, three metering pumps and three filters; the output power of metering pump: 48l/h.
●Anti-sludging agent dosing device: including one m3dosimeter, three metering pumps and three filters; the output power of metering pump: 15l/h.

7. Back flush device: including one 200 m3 back flush water tank and two backwash water pumps; the output power of back flush water pump: 200~400m3/h.
8. acids/alkali storing device: 20 m3acid/alkali storing pot; the output power:15 m3/h acid unloads /alkali pump.
9. Regenerating unit: 1 m3acid/alkali dosing tank; output power: 15.7m3/ acid unloads /alkali ejector; the output power of each unit shall be: 32t/h two

regeneration water pumps and output power of each unit shall be: 7.85m3/ Root’s air blower.
10. Flushing device: 50 m3 second class fresh water tanks; including one flushing water pump with the output power of 100m3/h.
11. Cleaning unit: 5 m3 cleaning tank; including one cleaning pump and one filter with the output power of 100m3/h.
12. Waste water treating device: including one 0.3 m3 acid/alkali dosing device and one 200 m3 waste water tank with the output power of 50t/h and two

neutralizing water pump.
13. Water supplies device: including two1000 m3/ desalinization water tank with the output power of 100t/h and two desalinization pumps with the output

power of 250t/h.

II. Operation flow of desalinization system:
     Filtration sea water -> Tubular mixer -> Multi- medium filter -> Activated charcoal filter -> Sea water hyperfiltration system -> First class fresh

water tank -> Second class hyperfiltration system -> Second class fresh water tank -> Mixes ion-exchange reactor -> Desalinization water tank ->

Desalinization water pump -> thermodynamic system of main building.


Section two Operation mode of system
This desalinization system equipment: Filtering processing includes more than 8 medium filter and 5 activated charcoal filters. Under the normal condition,

there are more than 8 medium filters and 5 activated charcoal filters may be operated at the same time; while a failure occurred in 1 unit or in a process

of back flushing, the output power the other equipment shall comply with the requirements of normal operation of the system. Under the normal condition, 2

sets of sea water hyperfiltration system and 2 sets of two sets of second hyperfiltration system may be operated at the same time; the output power of sea

water hyperfiltration system is about 128m3/h; the output power of second hyperfiltration system shall be 85 m3/h. Under the normal condition, two mixing

bed shall be arranged and one mixing shall be treated as backup unit in case of failure.

Section three Preparation before the operation of system

I. Inspection before the startup of system:
1. Inspection before the startup of desalinization system:
●Check whether the desalinization equipment system is switched on and whether the voltage is complied with the requirements.
●Check whether the water pump is complete and in a readiness condition; the water pump inlet gate shall be opened.
●Check whether the current meter and pressure gauge are complete; instruments cock shall be opened;
●Check whether the water levels of water tanks are above 2/3; the outlet passage shall be opened; the water quality shall be clean and comply with the

relevant requirements;
●Check whether the air supplies in air compressor are sufficient; the pressure of gas tank shall be 0.4MPa above.
●Drugs, measuring appliances and instruments of chemical examination shall be prepared and in a good condition;
●The opening and closing of the valves of desalinization system shall be flexible and reliable;

2. Inspection of dosing system:
1. Inspection of sodium hypochlorite dosing system:
●Inspection of the flow level of sodium hypochlorite storing tank;
●Inspect whether the sodium hypochlorite dosing pump is in a normal operation.
●Inspect whether the inlet and outlet channel of sodium hypochlorite dosing pump is opened;

2. Inspection of the flocculating agent system:
●Inspect whether the motor and dosing pump is in a normal operation.
●The watering feeding vent and discharging vent of solution tank shall be tightness; the inlet and outlet vent of dosing pump shall be open before

operation.
●Dissolve the dosing materials:
A. Open the watering supply vent of solution tank, add water to 4/5 and slowly pour proper amount coagulant into the unit.
Start the mixer for stirring.
B. Open the watering supply vent and add the water to a required height.
C. Stop stirring after 20 minutes; open the outlet vent to discharge the solution to the gauge tank.
