Pavement Report 路面报告
A draft pavement report shall be submitted, detailing the pavement design, for approval to the Engineer prior to any pavement operation. 应提交一份路面报告初稿，详细说明路面设计，以便在任何路面作业前供业主工程师审批。
Any comments on the draft report will be returned to the Design-Builder for incorporating the comments during the finalization of the report. 关于路面报告初稿的任何评价，将会交回设计建造商，并在制定最终报告时应加以采纳。
