6.1 CSC-121A Digital Combined Recloser and Secondary Protection for Circuit Breaker
Function of Device
The device includes functional modules as combined recloser, failure protection, three phase inconsistent protection, charging protection and dead zone protection, etc.
Function & Principle
Protect Startup Component
Each functional module has different startup component. If any startup component of the module is started up, trip & close brake exit positive power supply of whole device will be turned on.
Current differential startup component: when any inter-phase current differential or zero-sequence current differential surpasses startup constant value for four times continuously, protection is started up.
Zero-sequence secondary startup component: zero-sequence secondary startup is mainly applied in functional module of failure protection.
Negative-sequence secondary startup component: negative-sequence secondary startup is mainly applied in functional module of failure protection, which is put into operation when failure function of negative-sequence startup generator transformer unit works.
Function of Combined Recloser
The device provides with four patterns including single phase recloser, three-phase recloser, combined recloser and recloser, being connected into startup recloser circuit on both sides of circuit breaker and satisfying requirement of middle circuit breaker of one and a half circuit breaker. Software and hardware for sidle circuit breaker and middle circuit breaker are the same.
