停车时的盐水灌满和吹扫-中英对照

在停车时,每个电解槽都必须灌满盐水和碱液,以保证整个离子膜处于潮湿状态,而且极化处理会在整个离子膜面积上起作用。电解槽阳极液侧所需的盐水灌满量为每室37.5升。在大多数的停车情况下,使用普通盐水进料系统即可,以正常工作盐水进料速度进行持续运转。但是,在各种情况下(包括现场主电源故障的情况)都必须保证此盐水供应量,因此必须配有系统能够在各种情况下为电解槽灌满盐水。

另外重要的一点是需要在灌满盐水后,应立即使用电解槽盐水冲洗液(液体体积与所有电解槽阳极室的总体积相同)将含氯物质排出阳极室。所需的整体冲洗量应为单个阳极液室体积(107升)乘以单元槽总数。在大多数的停车情况下,使用普通盐水进料系统即可,以正常工作盐水进料速度进行持续运转。但是,电解槽可能会受到损坏,因此建议配有系统能够在各种情况下(包括现场电源故障的情况)为电解槽灌满盐水。

用于灌满和冲洗的盐水必须为非酸化的电解槽供给盐水,其pH值>2,温度必须大于55℃。 

停车时的碱液灌满和冲洗

在停车时,每个电解槽都必须灌满供给碱液(每个单元槽30升)。在大多数的停车情况下,使用普通碱液进料系统即可,以正常工作碱液供给速度进行持续运转。但是,在各种情况下(包括现场主电源故障的情况)都必须保证此碱液供应量,因此必须配有系统能够在各种情况下为电解槽灌满碱液。

一般使用以下设备实现高整体性碱液灌满和冲洗:1)一个通过重力作用实现碱液供给的原料储槽;2)阴极液槽中具有一定量的存储量,并配备具有高可靠性的阴极液供给泵,包括自动转设备和备用电源,或者3)以上两者结合使用。 

对于正常停车情况,在灌满后,如果盐水冲洗没有结束,则应继续将碱液冲入电解槽阴极室中。

Salt water filling and purging

For normal parking, after filling, if there is no end of brine rinse, should continue to lye into cell cathode chamber.
