在停车时，每个电解槽都必须灌满盐水和碱液，以保证整个离子膜处于潮湿状态，而且极化处理会在整个离子膜面积上起作用。电解槽阳极液侧所需的盐水灌满量为每室37.5升。在大多数的停车情况下，使用普通盐水进料系统即可，以正常工作盐水进料速度进行持续运转。但是，在各种情况下（包括现场主电源故障的情况）都必须保证此盐水供应量，因此必须配有系统能够在各种情况下为电解槽灌满盐水。
另外重要的一点是需要在灌满盐水后，应立即使用电解槽盐水冲洗液（液体体积与所有电解槽阳极室的总体积相同）将含氯物质排出阳极室。所需的整体冲洗量应为单个阳极液室体积（107升）乘以单元槽总数。在大多数的停车情况下，使用普通盐水进料系统即可，以正常工作盐水进料速度进行持续运转。但是，电解槽可能会受到损坏，因此建议配有系统能够在各种情况下（包括现场电源故障的情况）为电解槽灌满盐水。
一般使用以下设备实现高整体性盐水灌满和冲洗：1）一个通过重力作用实现盐水供给的原料储槽；2）盐水供给槽中具有一定量的盐水，并配备具有高可靠性的盐水供给泵，包括自动转设备和备用电源，或者3）以上两者结合使用。
用于灌满和冲洗的盐水必须为非酸化的电解槽供给盐水，其pH值>2，温度必须大于55℃。
停车时的碱液灌满和冲洗
在停车时，每个电解槽都必须灌满供给碱液（每个单元槽30升）。在大多数的停车情况下，使用普通碱液进料系统即可，以正常工作碱液供给速度进行持续运转。但是，在各种情况下（包括现场主电源故障的情况）都必须保证此碱液供应量，因此必须配有系统能够在各种情况下为电解槽灌满碱液。
一般使用以下设备实现高整体性碱液灌满和冲洗：1）一个通过重力作用实现碱液供给的原料储槽；2）阴极液槽中具有一定量的存储量，并配备具有高可靠性的阴极液供给泵，包括自动转设备和备用电源，或者3）以上两者结合使用。
对于正常停车情况，在灌满后，如果盐水冲洗没有结束，则应继续将碱液冲入电解槽阴极室中。
Salt water filling and purging
