18. 防止触及3.3Kv高压预防措施(零排放起重机)
在中压开关柜上必须有一个接地失灵监控装置。一旦出现接地失灵,系统将立即断开起重机电源的保险开关(或者断路器)。监控装置的当前失灵数值应尽可能地小并经过Kalmar的同意。
零排放起重机的电源电缆是一个特别重要的部件,需要专门的保护
a) 电缆卷盘应当接地
b) 电源电缆应装有防止电缆磨损的保护;应避免电缆与水泥墙摩擦而产生的磨损
c) 每月应对电缆的状态进行目测检查

11.2.2. 对于操作者
1. 在启动起重机之前,确认没有人站在起重机的前面或者后面。
2. 避免急停或者快起。
3. 遵守你所工作环境的条件。留心限制你工作的障碍物,以及易打滑的区域,尤其是产生危险的冰雪区域。沙土堆积区域和浸油的表面也可对你的工作增加危险。立即向你的主管或者在你工作区域内负责安全的人报告产生危险的隐患。
4. 控制你的驾驶速度,确保安全操作。
5. 始终与其它车辆保持足够的距离。决不允许与其它车辆交会或者并向行驶。
6. 遵守指示可通过高度的信号或者标识。在进入一个有限制通过高度的空间之前,你应该知道你所操纵的起重机的精确总高。尤其要注意那些临时建筑、悬挂起来的电源线等。同时注意与小车等高的物体。
7. 不要在无照明的黑暗情况下驾驶。对照明不好的路段要及时报告。
8. 在改变行驶方向时,在转向之前,首先让起重机完全停住。
9. 注意观察行驶道路上的突出物,碰撞后将产生危险。
10. 记住起重机不可以让运输或起重工操作。
11. 只要你离开起重机哪怕是很短时间,也一定要关闭发动机。将吊装物放至地面。
12. 对于任何碰撞和事故,都要做一个详细的报告,包括造成的危害。这将防止再次发生类似的事故。
13. 遵守你的起重机的自重和总承载重量要求。不要在承重强度不足的地方驾驶起重机。
14. 遵守定期保养的计划表。这保证控制系统和整个起重机的操作的可靠性和安全性。
11.2.3. Safety follow- -up of the RTG
The safety follow--up of the RTG has the purpose of establishing a safe environment for the
operator as well as all those within its working area.
In addition, constant care of the RTG’s condition ensuresits troublefree and reliable operation
in all circumstances.
Safetyfollow--up must encompassthe RTG’swhole life span. Thisgives adequate information
on the occurrence and frequency of problems throughout the RTG’s life.
Through centralized follow--up and precise reporting, the variation of the RTG’s level due to
disturbances can be clearly established. This enables better concentration on the prevention
and elimination of the more frequent disturbances, and the use of the RTG can be made safer.
It is important that the reports are readily available and analysable, when required.
The reports of a careful safety follow--up are useful for determining when the car RTG begins
to be in the need of a more thorough overhaul. This will eventually also involve the question
of completely removing the RTG from service.
Whenever writing down faults and disturbances in the safety follow--up reports, report them
also without delay to the person in charge of maintenance and repairs.
The manufacturer’s experience is of great advantage in the planning and realization of safety
follow--up procedures. The manufacturerpossessesextensive knowledge of the serviceability
and safety of the RTG in different operating circumstances.
The money invested in the maintenance and safety of the RTG gives you short-
er standstills and better occupational safety to the operators.

11.3. Safety equipment
Your RTG is equipped with various safety equipment to aid in safe working with the machine.
Before using of the crane, make sure that hoist drum locking device and
trolley lock are opened, tie- -down is disconnected and wheel chocks have
been removed.
11.3.1. Wheel chocks
Wheelchockshave to be used (A) everytime when crane isparked and tyres are not in locked
position (B), for example during maintenance. When not in use, wheel chocks travels with the
crane in their storage hooks (C).
Wheels can be turned into parking position from the cabin with Touch Panel.
