脱硫高温气体概述-中英对照

In order to solve above-mentioned problems, we adopt to set up a dense section of cooling condensation for dust removal before entering the absorbing process of the main tower. This process adopts turbulent shock technology to implement the cooling and ammonium sulfate concentration process, and the water washing operation to dust and other impurities, and then filter the impurities in the serous fluid. It may effectively remove more than 80% of the dust and impurities. As for the oversaturation flue gas with high moisture content, this process also has the function of water elimination. The impurities such as dust in the flue gas are removed in this process, so the impurities in the ammonium sulfite absorbed in the circulation serous fluid is very few in the subsequent filtration module area and demister. It guaranteed that the demister does not have the occurrence of block, and reduced the production of the ammonium sulfate aerosol, which improves the utilization ratio of the ammonia and reduces the secondary pollution.

湍冲洗涤以不雾化的喷头将液相物料湍冲状喷射与逆向运动的气流进行撞击,在某一设定区域建立能量、质量、热量的动态交换场。在这交换场由于液相是湍冲状态,并不断切割气相使之也形成湍冲状,达到二相的表面积不断更新,取得最大的比表面积,而充分交换。

 

The turbulent scrubber sprays the liquid phase materials in turbulent form by non-atomized nozzle, and impacts with the reverse air current. Establish the dynamic exchange field of energy, quality and heat in certain area. As the liquid phase is the turbulent form in this field, and it may constantly cut the air phrase and make it transform to the turbulent form. 由于是不雾化喷头,喷口直径大,吸收原理先进,解决了传统湿法吸收过程中喷嘴堵塞的问题,还大大地降低了喷头的操作压力。它不但脱硫的效率极高,单级的湍冲处理脱硫效果可达95%以上,而且除尘效率亦极高。

 

As for the application of non-atomized nozzle with large nozzle diameter and advance absorbing principle, it has solved the problem that the spray nozzle may easily block in the traditional wet absorbing process, and greatly reduced the operation pressure of the nozzle. It not only has the high efficiency in desulphurization process, and the desulphurization result of single grade may reach to 95% above, but also has extremely high efficiency in dust removal.

 

另外,湍冲洗涤过程气相物质必须经过液相的湍冲状交换场,故气量变化时仅是使动态交换场位置移动而对脱除效率影响很少,工业化过程中,气相量的变化极为正常,湍冲洗涤应对此情况有着显著的适应性,系统内气量变化50%左右情况下,二氧化硫脱除率基本不变。

 

In addition, the air phrase materials in the turbulent scrubbing process shall pass through the turbulent exchanging field. Therefore, the position movement of dynamic exchanging field may result limited influence in removal efficiency in the changing of gas content. In industrialization process, the changing of gas content is quite normal. The turbulent scrubbing shall have the remarkable adaptability to this situation. When the changing of gas content in the system is 50%, the removal rate of sulfur dioxide does not change.

 

(3)低投资、吸收剂适应性宽

传统湿法的脱硫除尘气体处理装置一般体积较大、结构复杂,它与高温腐蚀性气体直接接触的表面积大,对于这种设备的防腐措施受到目前制造加工工艺的限制,往往只能采用昂贵的材料制成整体设备,造成了高额投资,难以在环保领域内广泛应用。

 

he traditional wet desulphurization of dust and gas removal device is always characterized in large volume and complicated structure, which has large surface area directly contacted with high-temperature corrosive gas. The antiseptic measures of these equipments are restricted by the processing technology at present. Usually, it can only adopt the expensive materials to build the integral equipment, which may cause the large investment and shall be difficult to implement the extensive application in the environmental protection field.

 

本除尘脱硫装置工艺包整体设计有针对性地、有效地解决了上述问题。它采用不同防腐材料、不同防腐工艺、分区域进行防腐。将高温强腐蚀恶劣工况集中在几何形腔较简单、体积较小的圆筒形洗涤器上端部的小区域内,即在该区域对高温烟气进行脱硫的处理,故只需要在该小区域内采用适应的重点防腐措施。

 

The design of this dust removal desulphurization device has effectively solved above-mentioned problems. It adopts different antiseptic materials, different antiseptic processes, and may assign antiseptic process in divided field. It may concentrate the serious operating mode of the high temperature and corrosive environment in the simple shape of geometry in the small area of the top part of small cylindrical scrubbing device. Namely, it may carry on the treatment of the desulphurization to the high-temperature flue gas in this area, therefore, it only need to adopt the key antiseptic measure in this small area.

 

如处理高温气体时,以耐高温的聚四氟乙烯或石墨材料制作形腔简单,而且体积相对小的溢流堰。通过该溢流堰形成降膜,隔离高温强腐蚀介质与圆筒形洗涤器主体设备直接接触。又如遇处理特殊的腐蚀恶劣气体,像含高氟、氯等的高温气体,也只需在液、气交界面的小区域以紧衬聚四氟乙烯接管进行防腐处理,即可保证防腐衬里层长期可靠运行。
