2、 施工顺序
Construction sequence
槽内清理→防水砂浆→防水涂料→保温层→玻璃钢防水层→闭水试验→混凝土板保护层→冰槽运输到场→冰槽就位→管道测量、下料→管道镀锌→管道安装→管道冲洗、试压→配合调试→提交竣工图→竣工验收。
Trough cleaning → waterproof slurry → waterproof paint → heat preservation layer → glass steel waterproof layer → closed water testing → concrete plate protective layer → ice tank transported to site → ice tank preparation → pipeline measurement and charging → pipeline galvanization → pipeline installation → pipeline cleaning and pressure testing → debugging → delivery of construction completion chart → inspection and acceptance.

三、 冰槽防水保温施工方案
III. Construction Plan for Water Resistance and Heat Conservation of Ice Tank
蓄冰槽侧壁及底板设保温层，由里向外的做法是：找平层、防水层、保温层、防水层、混凝土板保护层60mm（底板）。
Heat conservation layer should be installed in the side wall and bottom plate of ice tank. The method from inside to outside is as follows: leveling layer, water resistance layer, heat conservation layer, water resistance layer, concrete plate protective layer 60mm (bottom plate).

2、 找平层
leveling layer
20mm厚有机硅防水砂浆找平层
20mm organic silicon water resistance mortar leveling layer
池内烘干后，将池内污物杂质清除干净，用聚合物防水砂浆找平，池底、池壁和顶部做成20mm厚，此防水砂浆应抹平压光、坚实、平稳、不起砂、不起皮，不得出现凹凸、裂缝、麻面等现象，做此层时要将池内的四角做成圆弧状，不能做成直角，这样有利于防水卷材的铺设。
After drying in the pond, dirt and sundries in the pond should be eliminated. Polymer water resistance slurry should be adopted to make flatten. The pond bottom, wall and top should be 20mm in thickness. The water resistance slurry should be flattened, polished, solid, stable with no sand, skins, cracks, fissures or pitted skins. The four corners of the pond should be arc circle instead of right corner s. This is good for laying water resistance materials.
