项目经理和项目副经理职责-中英对照
Project Manager
为本公司工程总负责人，负责各项目总体协调，确定项目管理运作方式，为施工创造良好的外部环境。
As the general executive of the project in the company, the project manager is responsible for the overall coordination of every project, determining the management and operation methods, and creating a favorable external environment for construction.
(1) 全面主持项目执行机构的日常工作；
(1) Preside over the overall daily work of the executive organization for the project;
(2) 在投标阶段，组织编制投标资质审查文件和投标文件;项目实施过程的全职组织者和指挥者；
(2) During tendering, organize and establish the tender qualification evaluation document and tender document; the full-time organizer and commander during the project implementation;
(3) 组织编制项目质量保证计划、各类施工技术方案、安全文明施工组织管理方案并督促落实工作;组织编制项目执行机构的劳资分配制度和其他管理制度;组织编制项目实施的各类进度计划、预算、报表；
(3) Organize and establish the project quality guarantee plan, various construction technical program as well as the organization and management program for safe and civilized construction, and urge to implement the work; organize and establish the labor employment distribution system and other management system of the project executive organization; organize and establish all kinds of schedules, budgets and statements for the project operation;
(4) 组织项目实施的各类供应商的选择工作；
(4) Organize the selection of various suppliers for the project implementation;
(5) 根据集团公司的授权，处理项目实施中的重大紧急事件，并及时向集团公司报告；
(5) Based on the authorization by the group company, dispose of the key emergencies during the project operation and report to the group company in time;
(6) 拟订项目执行机构组织和人员配制，提请集团公司聘任或解聘项目主要岗位人员；
(6) Formulate the executive organizations and personnel arrangement for the project, and submit the application for the appointment or dismissal of the chief personnel at post to the group company.
(7) 具体负责项目质量、工期，安全目标的管理监督工作；
(7) Be responsible for the management and supervision of project quality, project duration and safety objective;
(8) 决定项目的各种奖励分配方案并报集团公司备案；
(8) Decide on various awards allocation schemes of the project and report to the group company for filing;
(9) 负责与建设单位、监理单位、设计单位等协调和沟通的组织领导工作；
（9） Be responsible for organizing and leading the cooperation and communication with
the construction unit, the supervising unit and the design unit.
(10) 管理经营部和设备材料部的工作；组织和领导工程创优工作;负责工程的竣工交验工作。
(10) Manage the work of Business Department and Equipment & Material Department; organize and lead the excellence creation in the project; be responsible for the acceptance work of the project after completion.
项目副经理
Deputy Project Manager
(1) 协助项目经理工作，具体负责项目施工生产的技术、质量、安全、进度的组织、控制和管理工作以及协助项目经理分管工程部、安全部、质量部、办公室等部门的工作；
(1) Assist the project manager to work, take charge of the organization, control and management of technology, quality, safety and progress during the project construction, and assist the project manager to deal with the work in the Engineering Department, Safety Department, Quality Department and the office;
(2) 具体负责项目质量保证计划、各类施工技术方案和安全文明施工组织管理方案的编制和落实工作；
(2) Be responsible for the establishment and implementation of the project quality guarantee plans, various technical schemes for construction and the management and control plans for safe and civilized construction;
(3) 负责总体和阶段进度计划的编制、分解、协调和落实工作；
(3) Take charge of the establishment, analysis, coordination and implementation of the overall and phase schedule;
(4) 负责项目质量目标、进度目标、安全文明施工目标和质量奖目标的策划、组织、管理和落实工作；
(4) Be responsible for the planning, organization, management and implementation of quality objective, progress objective, objective for safe and civilized construction and quality awards objective;
(5) 负责与建设单位、监理单位等的现场协调和沟通的组织领导工作；
(5) Be responsible for organizing and leading the site cooperation and communication with the construction unit, the supervising unit;
(6) 参与供应商选择的组织工作；
(6) Get involved in organizing to select suppliers;
(7) 协助技术负责人进行新材料、新技术、新工艺在本工程的推广应用和技术总结工作；
(7) Assist the technical executive to implement promotion and application of new material, technology and process in the project and make technical summary;
(8) 具体负责工程的技术资料整理、阶段交验和竣工交验工作的组织领导工作。
(8) Be responsible for organizing and leading the technical data arrangement, phase inspection and completion inspection.
