静压预应力混凝土管桩设计说明及施工说明
1.本工程基础选用静压法(PHC)预应力混凝土管桩。
2.(PHC)预应力混凝土管桩,按照江苏省标《先张法预应力混凝土管桩》设计制造, 管桩厂家应提供产品详细图纸大样及有关说明(包括管桩力学性能指标),提供产品的有关检验数据及质保证书。
Design Description and Construction Instruction of Hydrostatic Pre-Stressing Concrete Pipe Pile
1. The foundation of this project applies the Reconnoiter pre-stressing concrete pipe pile for construction(PHC)
2. The manufacturing of pre-stressing concrete pipe pile (PHC) shall comply with the specification of Jiangsu Province “ Plan Compilation on Pretensioned Spun Concrete Pile”; the manufacturer of concrete pile should offer the full-page of detailed drawing of the products and relevant description (include being in charge of the performance index of concrete pile mechanics) ; offer the relevant inspection data and quality warranty of the products.
3.桩型号:桩径 %%C400 选用PHC-400(90)AB-C80-11。
4.桩混凝土强度等级为C80,桩基安全等级为二级。
5.室内%%p0.000相当于绝对标高为黄海4.430米,桩顶标高控制在-3.35米(黄海1.08米)。
3. Type of pile: the pile diameter is about %% C400; selects PHC-400 (90) AB-C80-11 for application.
4. The grade of intensity of pile concrete is C80; the safe grade of a pile is the grade two.
5.%% p0.000indoor is equivalent to the absolute altitude of 4.430 meters of the Huanghai Sea; the elevation of pile shall be controlled in - 3.35 meters (1.08 meters of the Huanghai Sea).
6.本工程根据2007年上海岩土工程勘察设计研究院有限公司提供《乔治费歇尔汽车产品有限公司一期工程岩土工程勘察报告》进行桩基设计,工程桩施工前应进行试桩及静载试验,试桩数量定为:%%C400为1根,单桩极限承载力标准值桩径D=400时暂定为1200KN,单桩承载力特征值桩径D=400时暂定为600KN,如未达到设计要求应重新设计。
6. The design of this project complies with the specification of “The First Stage Reconnoiter Report of The Rock and Soil of George Fischer Automobile Co., Ltd. of 2007” offered by Rock and Soil Reconnoiter Design and Research Institution Co., Ltd. It is required to implement the process of trial pile and static loading test; the number of trial pile shall be: %%C400 shall be calculated as one pile; the standard diameter of ultimate bearing capacity of single pile D=400D shall be defined as 1200KN temporarily; the diameter of bearing capacity of signal pile D =400 shall be defined as 600KN temporarily; redesigning is required if the designing requirement is fail to be satisfied.
7.桩尖持力层选用粉砂土 ,桩身进入持力层深度不小于1.0米。
8.本工程应选用配重1800KN以上的沉桩机械,压桩力 2 倍单桩竖向承载力特征值。
9.桩位应按厂区建施总图和桩基平面布置图放样,复核无误后方可施工。

7. The bearing layer of pile top shall select sand powder; the depth that the bearing layer entered shall not be smaller than 1.0 meters.
8. This project should select pile sinking machinery above 1800KN; pile driving pressure is 2 times of the vertical bearing weight of the characteristic value.
9. The location of pile shall be arranged according to the general construction drawing and plane layout of factory; implement the rechecking process that the location is properly place before construction starts.

11.桩的制作质量标准除应符合《地基与基础施工及验收规范》GB50202-2002和《钢筋混凝土工程施工及验收规范》GB50204-2002的有关规定外,尚应符合下列各项要求:
11.1管桩两头端头钢板表面平整并垂直于管桩中心线,管桩制作与出厂应有一星期自然养护间歇时间,十字钢桩尖焊缝厚度与焊接质量应满足设计要求。管桩出厂时必须对每根桩两头端头钢板表面平整度进行严格检查,严禁使用桩头钢板表面不平的管桩。
11. Unless otherwise provided for in “Inspection Specification of Foundation and Basic Construction” GB50202-2002 and “Inspection Specification of reinforcement” GB50204- 2002, the manufacturing quality of pile shall comply with the following requirements:
11.1The stencil plate surface of both end of pile shall be leveled and perpendicular to the centre line; the period between the pile manufacturing and ex-factory should have one week for natural maintenance; the thickness of welding seam of cross steel pile and welding quality should meet the requirement of designing. It is required to strictly implement the inspection for the roughness of stencil plate surface of both ends of pile while dispatching from the factory; it is prohibited to use the pile with the unsmooth surface of the stencil plate.
11.2沉桩前施工单位应提交沉桩先后顺序和每日或每台班沉桩数量等要求的施工组织计划,并经设计单位确认,方可沉桩。一般不宜在相近地段或同一桩台连续沉桩超过8根。
11.3管桩的运输,吊运和现场堆放必须严格按照规程的要求来施行,防止管桩在施工前受损伤,影响成桩质量。
11.2 The construction unit should submit the organized plan of construction such as the order of pile sinking procedure and the quantity of each day or the quantity of each shift, etc. before pile sinking process; it is required to be approved by the designing unit before the pile sinking process starts; generally it is unsuitable to implement the pile sinking process over 8 in succession in the close location or the same platform.
11.3 The transportation, hoisting and on site storage of pile shall be strictly implemented in accordance with the relevant procedure, so as to prevent the damaged before construction and influence the quality of pile forming.
11.4焊接接桩时必须严格遵守管桩焊接工艺要求。按规定选用焊条,焊前做好端板的除污,除锈清理工作,焊接结束后应让其自然冷却15分钟以上方可继续沉桩,以免热焊缝遇地下水而脆裂。
11.5沉桩时应采用相应技术措施,如设防震沟,测试土体孔隙水压力、隆起、位移、夹具打滑冲击力引起的震动波等,以便分析可能造成的危害性,采取相应的防患措施。
11.4 Strictly observe the specification of weld technology in case of pile welding. Select the welding rod for use according to the regulation; before welding removes the filth on the end-plate and eliminates the rust; cooling the processing parts in natural condition for 15 minutes above after the completion of welding and continue the pile sinking process, in case that the hot welding seam may crack while meeting the groundwater.
11.5 It is required to apply the corresponding technological measure in pile sinking process such as setting up shockproof ditch, test water pressure of soil pore, rising parts, displacement, and the vibrating wave caused by the impact of jig skid, etc. in order to analysis the possible harmfulness and take the corresponding preventive measures.
12.压桩施工
12.1沉桩前应处理地上和地下障碍物,场地应平整,桩机移动的范围内应保证地面的承载力,施工场地及周围应保持排水畅通。
12.2管桩混凝土强度达100%设计强度方可施工沉桩。
12. Pile pressing construction
12.1 Arranges the barrier on the ground as well as underground barrier; the construction shall be leveled; the range that a machine moved shall guarantee the bearing weight of the ground; the construction site and surrounding area shall maintain unblocked drainage system.
12.2The intensity of concrete pipe shall be up to100% of designing intensity before construction starts.
