金属薄板涂层要求翻译-中英对照

在要求完全防水的各处都需要装遮雨板。其钢板的厚度应当不小于0.7毫米。套筒带的周长应当在15厘米到25厘米之间。

4.4.3.23.9 装配

4.4.3.23.10 在装配过程中隔热材料的保护

4.4.3.23.11 壁板、屋顶和内墙的清洁
壁板、金属屋顶和内墙的所有暴露在外的部分应当无标记、无灰尘、无污渍、无裂缝、无变色等。其在安装的时候管道至少应当是干燥的。

4.4.3.23.12 外观存在缺陷的补救方法
    外观的缺陷包括缺口、抓痕、擦伤、凹陷、涂写(handing)、erection、风化等。投标人对此的补救方法如下:
在原来的涂层上再次涂上一层或者多层相同材质的有机瓷釉进行修葺。修葺部分的厚度、外观和色彩应当与原先的吻合。若修葺部分无法令业主满意,则应当更换损坏的薄板或者零件。
4.4.3.23.13 检查与检测
除非另有规定,投标人应当负责本规范中提到的所有检查和检测。业主在检查或者检测过程中,可以到投标人的工厂或者施工地点察看投标人的工作进度。
涂层检测
屋顶和墙面的外钢板涂层应当符合下列标准,且试验结果应当由中立的检测机构证明,由其认可。
以下的各个检测结果均应当提交给雇主,与以下要求进行核对。
色彩的变化和防止退色的性能
一个至少有两个直接切下来的边缘的样本,经过至少60天的加速耐候性试验和/或200.000兰利的紫外线照射无破裂,起皮、起泡或脱落。最大的色彩变化,包括外部的污垢、尘土堆积,应当不超过每单位2nbs。
磨损——涂层的耐久性检测
该试验中采用扁平试样。检测主要是依据ASTM的D-968-51()的试验标准进行的,其中指出,末端最先显示的是基底金属。在这个检测中,涂层在显露极地金属之前应需要能够经受至少200次粗沙的摩擦。
涂层整体性检测

耐污检测

漆膜硬度检测(ASTM第D3363号标准),应当至少能够经受住F铅笔的推划。
人工老化试验(ASTM第G23号标准),在阳光射线下暴晒5000个小时,在8号的每次ASTM第D659试验的时候没有脱落现象,且每经过一次STM D224的试验退色不会超过5nbs,在凝露循环试验下循环60/60个周期。
可延展性测试(ASTM第D1737号标准):能够经受1T到2T的弯曲。

PENETRATIONS, WALL OR ROOF SLEEVES
Penetrations, sleeves, duct openings, etc, in siding, roofs, and interior walls shall be shown on Bidders drawings and shall be soundly designed for weather tightness.
LOUVERS
Louver shall comply with the requirement defined in the general technical specifications refers to sub section 'Metal Sheets' and 'Metal Sheet Finishes'. The Material, fasteners and finishing shall be the same as the siding material defined in this general technical specification.
4.4.3.23.9        ERECTION
Erection shall be in strict accordance with manufacturers' procedure for this type of work. Care shall be taken to insure that Metal and aluminium are at all times separated such that a galvanic reaction cannot take place.
4.4.3.23.10     PROTECTION OF INSULATION DURING ERECTION
For all insulated constructions, satisfactorily protect all insulation from the weather during erection so as to eliminate soaking of insulation by water, or other moisture contaminants.
4.4.3.23.11      CLEANING OF SIDING, ROOFS AND INTERIOR WALLS
All exposed faces of siding, metal roofs and interior walls shall be cleaned of labels, dirt, streaks, caulking or sealing materials, undue discoloration etc. and as a minimum a dry wipe down shall be provided at the time of erection.
All exposed faces of siding, metal roofs and interior walls, prior to acceptance by Owner shall be completely satisfactory to the Owner in appearance.
4.4.3.23.12      REMEDY OF DEFECTS IN APPEARANCE
Defects in appearance shall include nicking, scratching, gouging, dimpling, denting, abrasions, and marring of any nature due to shipping, storing, handling, erection, weathering etc. and shall be remedied at Bidders expense as follows:

Touch up the baked enamel organic coating finish with one or more coats of the same coating material used for the original finish. Thickness, appearance and colour of the touch-up shall match adjacent surfaces. If touch-up is not satisfactory to Owner, damaged sheets or accessories shall be replaced.
4.4.3.23.13     INSPECTION AND TESTING
The Bidder shall be responsible for all inspection and testing required by this specification unless otherwise specified. The Owner may during the course of the work, observe various phases of the work performed by Bidder, at the Bidders plant and at the site.
Coating Tests General
The coating system of the external steel sheet for roof and wall has to meet the following performance criteria and test results and must be substantiated and certified by a recognized independent testing organization.
Result of following tests shall be submitted to the Employer, proving the compliance with the following requirements.
Colour Change and Fade Resistance
A sample with a minimum of two raw-cut edges shall withstand a minimum of 60 days emmaqua weathering test exposure (exterior equatorial mount with mirrors and water spray) and/or 200.000 Langley's of ultra violet radiation without cracking, peeling, blistering or loss of adhesion. Maximum colour change, including all exterior surface deposits such as dirt or chalk, shall not exceed 2 nbs units.
Abrasion - Resistance Test for Coating System
A flat specimen shall be subject to abrasion-resistance test. Test shall be conducted in accordance with ASTM D-968-51 (falling sand) which specifies that the end point shall be the first appearance of the base metal. Coating system shall resist abrasion to the extent indicated by the use of not less than 200 litters of sand to procedure a first appearance of base metal.
Coating System Integrity Test
A sample shall withstand a salt-fog test for a minimum of 1.000 hours in accordance with ASTM B-117-64, including the scribe requirement in the test. Immediately upon removal of the specimen from the test, the coating system shall show no signs of cracking, peeling, blistering or loss of adhesion.

Pollution-Resistance Test
A flat specimen, with no protected edge, shall be subjected to the 30 cycles of Kesternich testing without blistering, peeling or any other of joss of adhesion. The Kesternich test consist of eight hours of exposures at 40
With 100% relative humidity (condension) in a controlled sulphur dioxide (SO2), carbon dioxide (CO2) atmosphere. Atmospheric concentrations of pullutant gases shall be in accordance with Kesternich test standards DIN 50018. This is followed by 16 hours of dry time, which concludes one cycle of testing.
Humidity-Resistance Test
A sample shall be tested for 1000 hours at 100 deg F in accordance with ASTM D - 2247 - 68 with no blistering, peeling or loss adhesion.
Glare-Resistance Test
A flat sample shall be tested at 60 deg in accordance with ASTM D - 523 - 67. The rating shall fall in the 10 to 15 range.
Pencil Hardness (ASTM D3363) : Shall be F minimum
Weatherometer (ASTM G23) after 5000 hours exposure in sunshine Arc. Weatherometer or Atlas Twin Arc Weatherometer, no chalk in excess of No. 8 per ASTM D 659 and no colour fade more than 5 NBS units perSTM D2244, as operated under Dew Cycle conditions using 60/60 cycle.
Flexibility (ASTM D 1737) : Withstand 1T - 2T bends
Gloss (ASTM D 523) : 25-35 % reflectivity measured on 60 °C gloss meter.
Impact : no removal of finish when tested as follows :
Using as sharp knife, make 6 or more parallel cuts at 1.5 mm intervals through finish to bare metal.
Cross hatch similarly.
Reserve impact to east 92 cm - kg or to point of metal rupture.
Apply Scotch cellophane tape firmly to scribe impacted are. Remove tape with sharp pull.
There shall be no loss of adhesion.
