储存间导槽用来竖向储存闸门。导向装置包括固定在储存坑墙壁的搭接片和角钢部件。导向装置安装在操作平台之下,并维持在一个垂直位置上。导向装置的支承块把闸门支撑在坑底之上,并且使密封与混凝土结构不接触。支撑块有塑料表面,以防止与闸门接触时保护层使闸门涂漆层受损伤。2个HPX泵房设置8个储存间,共储存16个闸门,宽度5.5m*;
d) 鼓形滤网
鼓形滤网设备应该遵循 RCC-M 等级3。
1)概述
鼓形滤网是一个在圆周上装有网片的旋转圆筒体。水从两侧端面进入鼓形滤网,经过网面过滤后沿圆周向外出水。当鼓形滤网旋转时,将网面拦截的污物带到操作平台以上,用冲洗水冲入排污槽,通过排水沟道排走。旋转结构是由鼓网框架构成的,通过安装在主轴上的轮毂上向外发散的辐条支撑。主轴两端用密封的轴承座里油润滑的自动调心双列球面滚子轴承支撑。主轴一端的轴承座中,装有外加电流阴极保护系统的电刷式馈电机构。鼓形滤网两侧设有带低油位报警开关的润滑油箱。滤网的的外圆面由单独的、可更换的网片组成,网片用螺栓和螺母固定于鼓形滤网骨架的圆周上。
鼓形滤网旋转时的密封,是由用压板、紧固件安装在骨架结构外环上的柔性成型橡胶密封板,与安装在水室墙壁上的固定密封角钢上的低摩擦密封板相接触实现的。
捞污斗固定在鼓形滤网内的水平横梁上,提升大块污物。通往鼓形滤网反冲洗水清洗装置的操作平台上设有栏杆,从操作平台通道,防溅罩,排污装置到运行平台的通道上都设有楼梯。安装在防溅罩里的反冲洗管为两个100%容量的管路,掀开防溅罩的折叶盖板可对喷嘴进行检查检修。
当鼓形滤网旋转时,网片转过鼓形滤网内部的排污斗时,被一系列安装于鼓形滤网全宽的网片上方的喷嘴冲洗。喷嘴以快换接头与反冲洗管相接,易于清洗、更换。反冲洗管上带有测压仪表。收集在排污斗内的污物和冲洗水通过一混凝土排水沟道排走。鼓形滤网由驱动装置传动轴上的小齿轮,驱动鼓形滤网骨架结构中央环上的大齿圈旋转。传动轴由一对可分滚子轴承支撑,与组合减速器联接,减速器由独立的低速和双速(中/高速)电机驱动。还有一个备用的低速电机安装在减速器用于紧急备用。通过安装在别处的主控盘上的电子功率监测器跳闸来实现驱动装置扭矩过载保护。电动机带有防潮加热器。为了防止在由高速向中速转换或中速向低速转换时低速电机产生负电势,在每个低速电机上安装一个测速发电机以获得一个与驱动速度成比例的信号。在速度达到同步转速之前,控制系统将协调控制,以防止中低速电机接电。

10) The technical specification of guide barrel of strobe storage room
The guide barrel of storage room is used to store the strobe vertically. The guiding device includes splice plate and angle steel part which are fixed to the wall of storage room. The guiding device is installed below an operation platform, keeping in a vertical position. The supporting block of guiding device upholds the strobe above the pit base, avoiding the seal from contacting the concrete structure. The plastic surface of supporting block is used for preventing damage to paint of strobe during contact. 2 HPX pump rooms have set 8 storage rooms to store 16 strobes, which are 5.5m wide.
d) Drum-shaped filter screen
Drum-shaped filter screen shall comply with RCC-M Grade 3.
1)General
The drum-shaped filter screen is a rotating cylinder whose circle is installed with net slices. Water flows into the drum-shaped filter screen from ends on both sides and discharges outside along the circle after being filtered by the filter screen. When the drum-shaped filter screen rotates, the dirt interrupted by filter screen is brought onto the operation platform, washing it to a dump tank and draining it through drain. The rotating structure is composed of a drum-shaped filter screen frame, which is an outward-emitting spoke support through the hub installed on the main shaft. Both ends of main shaft are supported by an automatic center adjusting double-row sphere roller with spherical surface in bearing seat. In the bearing seat on one end of the main shaft, a brush-type feed mechanism of extra current cathode protection system is installed. Both sides of drum-shaped filter screen are set with a grease-box with alarming switch for low oil level. The exterior surface of filter screen is composed of separate and replaceable net slices which are fixed to the circle of drum-shaped filter screen framework by bolts and nuts.
During rotation, the drum-shaped filter screen is sealed by contact of flexible molding rubber seal plate with pressure plate and fastener installed on exterior of framework structure and low-friction seal plate installed on the fixed sealed angle steel on the wall of water chamber.
Dirt picking bucket is fastened onto the horizontal beam in drum-shaped filter screen for lifting large blocks of dirt. The railing is set on the passage to operation platform of backwashing device with a drum-shaped filter screen, and a stairway is built from passage of operation platform, anti splash housing, clearing dirty device to the working platform. The backwashing pipes installed in the anti splash housing are two pipelines of 100% capacity, and it is possible to check and repair the nozzle when raising the cover of anti splash housing.
When the drum-shaped filter screen rotates, the net slices rotate across the dirt discharging bucket which is washed by the nozzle installed on fully wide net slices of drum-shaped filter screen. The nozzle is connected to the backwashing pipe by swift-changed joint, which is easy to clean and replace. The backwashing pipe is installed with a pressure measuring meter. The dirt accumulated in dirt discharging bucket and flushing water are discharged through concrete drainage. The rotation of drum-shaped filter screen is driven by pinions on transmission shaft of driving device and big gear ring in the central loop of drum-shaped filter screen framework. The transmission shaft is supported by a pair of separate roller bearings which are connected to the combined reducer, and the reducer is driven by an independent low-rate and a double-rate motor (middle/high rate). Additionally, there is a standby low-rate motor which is installed in reducer for emergency. Over loading protection of torque for driving device is realized by skip of electronic power monitor on a main panel installed at other where. The motor is equipped with moisture-proof heater in order to avoid the generation of negative potential when switching from high-rate to middle-rate or from middle-rate to low-rate. It is required to install a speed-measuring motor on each low-rate motor to gain a proportionate signal with driving speed. Before synchronized rotate speed is reached, the control system will harmonize and control to prevent low-rate motor switches on.
