涂装： 安装图纸的要求或者第09875 部分"抗腐蚀薄层"指定的要求，对电镀和非镀膜黑色金属进行底漆和最后涂装，取较严格的标准为准：
第1层涂装： 底漆。

第3层涂装： 高光泽醇酸搪瓷。
第1层涂装不需要在车间进行底漆涂装。涂层总厚度将不小于0.1毫米，在涂装前彻底进行表明清洁。
电镀钢材必须按照批准的程序进行预处理，保证涂层适当的压紧度。 颜色为深黄色。

3. Wiring within controller cabinet to be neatly arranged and laced.
4. Grounded circuit conductor shall be identified by continuous white or natural grey color.
5. Equipment grounding conductor shall be identified by solid green color or by continuous green color with one or more yellow strips.
G. Traffic Signal Heads:
1. Attach signal heads to support; located, arranged, and directed as specified on drawings.
2. Point signal heads in direction of approaching traffic to be controlled. Direct centre of light beam toward approximately 50 meters in advance of stop line and in centre of traffic approach;
H. Installation of Detector Loop: install detector loop devices as shown on approved drawings, specified herein, in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, applicable requirements of the Electrical Code and in accordance with recognized industry practices.
Painting: Carry out priming and finish painting of galvanized and uncoated ferrous metal as follows or conform to requirements of Section 09875, "Corrosion Resistant Coatings", whichever more stringent:
1st coat: Prime coat.
2nd coat: High gloss alkyd enamel.
3rd coat: High gloss alkyd enamel.
First coat not required on items delivered shop primed. Total dry film thickness shall not be less than 0.1 mm. Carry out cleaning and priming prior to installation.
Galvanized steel shall be pre-treated with an approved system to ensure proper bonding of the paint coating. Color shall be dark yellow.
