制动装置失灵
起升制动装置为弹簧加载/电动-液压释放型。当电源出于任何原因被切断时,起升制动装置便被激活。发动机停机、电气故障、起升制动装置内部液压回路泄露等可引起即时最大制动。
发动机故障或造成连续断电的其他原因可导致集装箱被滞留于起升位置,地面以上数米。万一发生这种情况:

如果发动机失灵,
则用起升制动释放杆(3)与(4),将制动释放杆与弹簧拉起(如图所示),以减少制动块与制动盘之间的制动力。

首先拉起制动释放杆(3),然后通过将制动释放杆(3)拉到终点,打开制动装置(1)。在这之后,使用制动释放杆(4)。当制动释放杆被拉到一定位置,制动装置(2)开始滑动,载荷开始下降。在使用手动制动释放之前,请确定载荷下没有任何物品。

如果发动机工作正常,

上述方法同样适用,除非经验丰富的起重机驾驶员可以从司机室通过起升“保持”提起载荷。

 


  立即寻找检修人员,并通知地面上的所有人员小心头顶上的危险载荷!

 


  在位于高处的载荷被下降之前,禁止实施所有其他检修工作。

 


  在对被卡住的载荷实施下降尝试过程中,起重机区域必须禁止所有未经培训的人员进入,以避免发生重大事故与/或对起重机与其他财产造成严重损坏。

11.7.1. 智能减速

可编程序控制器(PLC)控制的智能减速功能可使小车与起升装置在活动范围终点平稳运行,防止与位于活动范围终端的车档发生严重碰撞。

如何实现

1) 起升装置

起升装置的位置由位于起升卷筒轴上的绝对值编码器检测,译码器向可编程序控制器(PLC)发出有关确切位置的信息。由于起升长度的变化,起升装置必须在起升超行程位置上同步。建议该程序一个月一次或按更长的间隔时间实施。

智能减速功能遵循最佳减速曲线,这使操作员在工作中可以保持最大工作效率。


2) 小车

小车的位置由转速计检测,转速计向可编程序控制器(PLC)发出有关确切位置的脉冲信息。可编程序控制器(PLC)位置在同步点确认,如果可编程序控制器(PLC)与实际位置的距离超过设置的误差,将出现“未同步报警”,且小车速度被减至最大速度的25%。每次当小车后退经过同步点时,便检查小车位置。

智能减速功能遵循最佳减速曲线,这使操作员在工作中可以保持最大工作效率。

11.7.2. 生物工程学应用

1. 当您就座时,为自己调节座椅。


 

2. 坐在座椅靠后部分。保持背部挺直,并仰靠在座椅背上。您可以轻松地呼吸,并放松上身。


3. 每小时起立、行走并舒展身体至少五 – 七分钟。

Brake jamming
Hoist brake is of spring loaded/electro--hydraulic released type, which is activated

when
electric--power is cut off for any reason. Engines shut--down, electronic failure,

leak in hoist
brake’s inner hydraulic circuit etc. are causes for immediate maximum breaking.
Engines break down or other cause of continuous loss of electric power, may result in

leaving
container to lifting position, several meters above the ground. In case of such

situation:
If engine is not functioning
Use hoist brake releasing levers (3) and (4) to pull the brake lever and--spring up

(as shown
in the picture), thus decreasing braking force between brake pad and brake disc. First

lift the

lever (3) up and then open brake (1) by pulling the brake lever (3) over dead point.

After this
use brake lever 4. When lever 4 is pulled enough, brake 2 starts to slide and load

also starts
to lower. Make sure there is nothingunderthe loadbefore usingmanual break releasing!
If engine is functioning
The abovementioned method apply here as well, except that well experienced driver of

the
crane can ”hold” the load by hoisting it from the cabin.

11.7.5. Smart slowdown
PLC--controlled smart slowdown --function enablessmooth movementof bothtrolleyandhoist
at the end of movement range, preventing heavy collisions to the stoppers at the end

of the
movement range.
How does it work
1) Hoist
Position of hoist isdetected byabsolute encoder, located at the axle of hoist drum,

whichgives
the actual position to the PLC. Due to variation in rope length, the hoist must be

syncronized
on hoist overtravel position. This procedure is recommended to be done once per month

or at
longer intervals.
Smart slowdown function is following optimum slowdown curve, this allows operator to

main-
tain maximum working efficiency during work.
2) Trolley
Position of trolley is detected by tachometer which gives pulses to the PLC for

position count-
ing.PLCpositionisverifiedatsynchronisationpoint,ifdifferencebetweenPLCandactualposi-
tion exceed the set tolerances, there will be “out of sync. alarm”, and trolley

speed is reduced
to 25 % of max.speed. Trolley position is checked every time when trolley reverses

through
sync. point.

11.7.6. Ergonomics for a driver
1. When you are sitting, adjust the seat for yourself.
2. Put your buttocs back on the seat. Keep your back straight and lean to the back of
the seat. You can breathe easily and relax the upper body.
3. Stand up, walk and strech at least five -- seven minutes an hour.
