起升卷筒锁紧

11.3.2. 车辆锁定装置

在暴风雨时,用位于小车架上的夹轨器将车轮的位置锁紧于主横梁上,见下图。

 

11.3.3. 防风拉索

 

1. 不用时,防风拉索的位置

3. 使用时,防风拉索的位置

当风速超过45米/秒(100mph, 165公里/小时)时,将起重机沿车道开至停放区,按驾驶室内触摸屏上的按钮,将轮子置于停车状态(见上图),将吊具升至最高位置,停止发动机,并用位于机器每一角的防风拉索将起重机与地面固定。(同时参见“小车锁紧装置”)。

因为防风拉索的松紧螺旋扣的调节长度只有680mm,所以轮子在停放区域地面的停放位置应准确,这样便于在必要时,使用防风拉索。


11.3.4. 起升卷筒锁紧


起重机配备起升卷筒锁紧装置,可机械地防止起升卷筒转动,因此防止吊具/吊架的垂直运动。起升减速箱、制动器、卷筒或其他起升设备每次检修时,都必须使用锁紧装置。

锁紧装置位于起升卷筒的另一端,起升减速箱的对侧。装置的锁紧块用螺栓固定于独立的板上。当装置不用时,它们处于下垂位置。当起升设备需要紧固保护时,将锁紧块提至起升卷筒轮缘,并旋紧锁紧块的固定螺栓,这样轮缘便被夹于锁紧块之间。必须同时使用两套锁紧块!

11.3.5. 紧急停车按钮
当按下紧急停车按钮时,所有功能将停止,发动机将被关闭。逆时针方向旋转按钮之旋钮,即可释放紧急停车按钮。
 

共八(8)个紧急停车按钮,设于下列位置:
A – 一(1)个在司机室里
B – 一(1)个在电气房里
C – 一(1)个在小车电气箱门上
D – 四(4)个在前后鞍梁上

E - 一(1)个在动力房置内
注意,通过按紧急停车按钮,所有电路仍保持连通,但起重机的所有功能将被停止。


11.3.6. 安全开关

 

 


 

安全开关用来切断传动装置与主电路的连接。它们被设于下列位置:

Whenwindvelocityexceeds45m/sec(100mph,162 km/h),travelthecrane toit’sstoragearea

panel’s button in the cabin, lift the spreader to it’s upmost position, stop the engine and fasten
the crane to the ground using tie- -down ropeslocated at each cornerof themachine. (Seealso

Because adjustment lenght of tie--down rope’s rigging screw is only 680mm. it is good idea to
mark correct parking position of wheels tostorage area’s ground, thus helping in use of
tie--down whenever necessary.
11.3.4. Hoist drum lock
Crane is equipped with hoist drum locking device, which mechanically prevents hoist drum
turning, thus preventing vertical movement of spreader/headblock. Locking device must be
used every time when hoist gear, -- brake, --drum or other hoist equipment is under
maintenance.
Locking device is located at the other end of hoist drum, opposite side of hoist gear. Device’s
locking pads are fastened to separate plates by screws. When devices are not in use they are
at the downmost position. When hoist equipment is needed to secure, lift locking pads to meet
flange of hoist drum and tighten tightening screws of locking pads, so that flange is squeezed
between pads. Both locking pad pairs must be used simultaneously!

11.3.5. Emergency stop buttons
When emergencypush buttonispressedallfunctionsare stoppedand engineswillshutdown.
Emergency push button is released by turning the button’s knob counterclockwise.

Notice,thatbypressingtheemergencypushbuttonallelectricalcircuitsremainconnected,but
all functions of the crane are stopped.
11.3.6. Safety switches
Failure in using of these safety equipment can result in death or serious
injury and/or damage to the crane and other property.
