11.1. 操作指南
在本操作指南中,本部分与另外几个指南(发动机、发电机、传动装置等)的目的是讲述该轮胎式集装箱龙门起重机(RTG)的使用和日常保养,以及介绍一些有关安全的预防措施。
11.1.1. 对于该起重机的操作者
自己要完全掌握这些内容并遵守它,尤其注意设备的运行和周期保养。正确的使用是轮胎式集装箱龙门起重机可靠操作的保证。
轮胎式集装箱龙门起重机的操作者必须在生理上适合从事本工作。操作者的健康、视力和听力必须满足做为一个本设备操作执行者的工作要求。为本工作选择一个合适的人选并提供使之掌握如何安全操作本设备足够的培训,应是雇主的责任。
只允许专业的和受过适当培训的员工才可以从事本起重机的操作和保养。如果使用的不正确,将给操作人和环境带来危险和危害。
本指南是专为您的设备而编写的。但一些选购件的介绍仅是出于提供完整信息的原因而被包含在内,只有在起重机升级后才可应用。

11.2. 安全操作说明
本起重机只允许由熟练的和受过适当培训的人员从事操作。如果使用不正确,本起重机将给操作人和环境带来危险。
尽管对于各种危险状态,系统都可以提供声音报警,但是安全地操作本起重机仍需要十分小心仔细以防意外,操作人应有相应的技术水平。
在发生各种问题的情况下,操作人应对起重机进行全面控制。所以,操作人自己对该起重机的熟知程度是十分重要的。在进行各种任务时,这将为安全操作该起重机做好准备工作。

  在发生问题时,要记住保持冷静;首先想好如何处理,然后再进行相应的行动。


11.2.1. 设备的安全操作

1. 操作人自己要完全熟知起重机的结构和说明书。遵守相关的说明和警示语。

2. 尝试判断危险并避免危险。汇报所有的问题,尽管你可能已经向你的主管或者负责维修的人员汇报过了。

3. 始终穿带劳保服、防护服、安全帽、手套、劳保鞋等。

4. 在爬上和爬下起重机时,始终遵守相关的警示和警告语。始终按照设计的步行道行走。保持步行道的清洁。消除所有的安全隐患,如积冰和积雪以及其它的外来物。随时擦除所有的泄漏油污,以防滑倒。

5. 保持设备清洁,尤其是调整和控制装置。

6. 不要在你操作时,委托任何未授权的人操作起重机。因此由起重机造成的任何损坏,起重机的操作人将付相应的责任。

7. 事先熟悉紧急出口的使用方法。

11.1. Operator’s manual
The purpose of this section, the Operator’s Manual, together with the additional

manuals
(engine,generator,gearetc.),istodescribetheuseanddailymaintenanceoftheRubberTyred
Gantry Crane (RTG), and to point out some safety precautions.
11.1.1. To the operator of the crane
Thoroughly acquaint yourself with the information and observe it especially concerning
running--in and periodic maintenance. Correct use guarantees the machine’s

operational
reliability.
The operator of the RTG must have the physical fitness for the work. His health,

eyesight and
hearing must meet the requirements of the tasks to be carried out as the machine

operator.
It is the employer’s responsibility to choose a suitable person for the work and to

provide
sufficient training to acquaint him with the machine and how to operate it safely.
Operation and maintenance of the carrierareonlyallowedto professionaland

properlytrained
personnel. If used incorrectly, the crane may subject the operator and the environment

to
danger or damage.
Thismanualhasbeen complied especiallyforyourmachine. Descriptions of some optionsare
Included for information sake only, might be at hand in case of the crane upgrading.
Read this Operator’s Manual thoroughly before using of the crane or it’s
equipment.

11.2. Instructions for safe use
The crane should only be used by skilled and properly trained personnel. If used

incorrectly,
the crane may be dangerous to the operator and the environment.
Although sound alarms for different hazard situations have been provided, the safe use

of the
machine always requires special attentiveness and skills of the operator.
The operator should have full control of the crane in various occurring problems.

Therefore,
itisimportantthattheoperatoracquaintshimselfwiththesystemsofthecrane,andtheiropera-
tion. This enables him to prepare himself in advance for safe use of the machine in

performing
different tasks.
RTG DRIVER AND REPAIR PERSONNEL MUST WEAR A HELMET.
When problems arise, always remember to stay calm; think first and then
act accordingly.
11.2.1. Safe use of the machine
1. Thoroughly acquaint yourself with the crane’s structure and the manuals. Observe

the in-
structions and warnings.
2. Try to determine the hazards, and avoid them. Report any faults that you have

noticed to
your superior or to the person in charge of repairs.
3. Always use on protective clothing, overall, helmet, gloves, sefaty shoes and etc.
4. Always observe sufficient caution and care when climbing into or coming down from

the
crane. Always move along the paths designated as walkways. Keep the walkways clean.
Remove all safety risks, such as snow and ice, and other foreign matter. Wipe away all

oil
leakages at once to prevent slipping.
5. Keep the machine clean, especially the adjusting and control devices.
6. Do not allow any unauthorized persons to operate the crane entrusted in your use.

The
operator of the crane is responsible for any damage caused by the machine.
7. Acquaint yourself in advance with the use of emergency exits.
