漫游短信

漫游短信欢迎系统主要根据信令监测技术,监测用户在信令网络发生的Update_Location信令过程,判断用户的漫游类

型(漫入、漫出、漫回、离网)。当用户发生漫游时,用户需要在当前所在的MSC向用户归属的HLR发送

Update_Location信令,通过信令监测的手段获取此信令消息中的手机号码(IMSI、MSISDN),HLR GT码判断用户的

归属即用户是哪个国家,哪个区域,哪个城市的用户,通过信令监测的手段获取此信令中的VLR GT码判断用户目前所

在的位置即漫游到了哪个国家,哪个区域,哪个城市;根据用户的归属网络和漫游目的地分析用户发生的各种漫游场

景,并根据预先定义的短信发送规则,发送漫游短信内容。
对于漫入规则,需要判断用户为非本地或本区域或本国家的用户,漫游地为本地网络或本地区域网络或本地国家网络

,满足上述的条件,系统判断用户发生漫入行为。
对于漫出规则,需要判断用户为本地或本区域或本国家的用户,漫游目的地为非本地网络或非本区域网络或非本国家

网络,满足上述的条件,系统判断用户发生漫出行为。
对于漫回规则,首先系统判断用户已经发生了漫出行为,而后本网络用户由发生了漫入行为,两种行为关联分析,系

统判断用户发生了漫回行为。
对于离网规则,首先系统判断非本网络用户发生了漫入行为,而后非本网络用户离开了本网络,两种行为进行关联分

析,系统判断用户发生了离网行为。
信令监测点的选取条件:
1、 必须能够将所有的MAP的Update_Location信令都能够捕获到,即该监测点必须设置在MAP的Update_Location

信令的必经之路上。
2、 虽然MAP位置更新信令的必经之路上有很多监测点可以选取,但是必须依据监测链路最省原则选取。

 

1、 漫入欢迎短信
(1) 南区内部Circle之间的漫入欢迎短信
南区内从一个Circle漫游区漫入到其它Circle漫游区(任意其它4个Circle用户漫入到其中1个Circle,五个Circle为Kerala

Circle、TN Circle、Channel Circle、KTK Circle、AP Circle)
(2) 4个区域之间的漫入欢迎短信
其它Zone漫游区(Zone漫游区包括东西南北4个区域),其它3个区域漫入到南区漫游区发送漫入欢迎短信。
(3) 其它国家用户漫入南区欢迎短信Roaming Message Welcome System is, mainly based on signaling monitoring

technologies, to monitor subscribers’ Update_Location signaling process generated in the signaling network and judge

subscribers’ roaming type (roam-in, roam-out, roam-back, and network-off). When subscribers’ roaming happens, subscribers

need to send Update_Location signaling in the current MSC to HLR to which subscribers belong, then the cell phone number

(IMSI, MSISDN) in this signaling information will be obtained through signaling monitoring means. HLR GT will judge

subscribers’ identification, that is, which city of which region in which country subscribers are, then VLR GT in this signaling

will be obtained through signaling monitoring means to judge subscribers’ current location, that is, roam in which city of which

region in which country. Finally, the system will analyze various roaming scenes generated by subscribers according to

subscribers’ identifying network and roaming destination and then send the roaming SMS content according to the predefined

SMS sending rules.

For roam-in rules, it requires to judge whether the subscriber is the non-local/regional/country subscriber and whether the

roaming area is covered by the local/regional/country network, if both yes, the system will judge the subscriber generates roam-

in behavior.
For roam-out rules, it requires to judge whether the subscriber is the local/regional/country subscriber and whether the roaming

destination is covered by the non-local/regional/country network, if both yes, the system will judge the subscriber generates

roam-out behavior.
For roam-back rules, the system firstly judges the subscriber has generated roam-out behavior and then the subscriber in the

current network generates roam-in behavior, through the association analysis of two behaviors, the system will judge the

subscriber generates roam-back behavior.
For network-off rules, the system firstly judges the subscriber beyond the current network has generated roam-in behavior and

then the subscriber beyond the current network leaves the current network, through the association analysis of two behaviors,

the system will judge the subscriber generates network-off behavior.

Selection conditions of signaling monitoring points:
1. Must capture all MAP’s Update_Location signaling, namely, the monitoring point must be setup in the link that MAP’

s Update_Location signaling will certainly pass.
2. Although there are many optional monitoring points in the link that MAP’s Update_Location signaling will certainly

pass, the selection must be done based on the most saving principle of monitoring links.
