8001Scope of Works工作范围

The scope of work for electrical and mechanical work under the Lusaka Water Supply, Sanitation and Drainage (LWSSD) Project in the Republic of Zambia, required under this contract includes but is not limited to the following: 本合同项下，赞比亚共和国卢萨卡供水、卫生和排水（LWSSD）项目的电气和机械工作范围，包括但不限于以下要求：

Kwamwena Township Kwamwena乡镇

1. Supply of LV power from the existing 11 kV lines to five borehole sites and one tank site, complete with transformers以现有的11千伏线路，对五个钻井工地和一个油罐提供低压电力，包括变压器设备；
2. Equipping of five boreholes with pumps and starter panels, including cabling; 装备5孔钻井装备、泵设备和起动盘设备，包括相关电缆;
3. Electrical and mechanical works at the tank site including equipment for one chlorination building and office block. 油罐场地的机电设备，包括一个氯化设备和办公大楼工程。

Ndeke Township Ndeke乡镇

8003General and Particular Specifications一般及特定规范

These Particular Specifications are to be read in conjunction with the General Specifications (Chapter 8a). 本文件的特定规范应配合一般规范（第8A章节）一并释读。

Specific technical data and ratings of the above-mentioned equipment are provided under the Particular Specifications. General requirements and standards are stated under the General Specifications. 在特定规范中，提供有具体的技术数据和上述设备的评级说明。一般性要求和标准在一般规范中都予以明确说明。

Both the General and the Particular Specifications shall be conformed to in the bids and during the implementation of the works. In case of a difference, the Particular Specifications will take preference over the General Specifications.

8004Standard Specifications Reference Numbers (SSRN)标准规格参考号（SSRN）

The Standard Specifications reference Numbers (SSRN) is a list compiled to provide cross-reference of international standards. In these specifications, the standards required are given by an SSRN, which indicates all the known standards for the particular item of equipment, etc. An SSRN list is provided in Chapter 10. 标准规格的参考号（SSRN）为国际标准的交叉索引列表。在这些规范中，所有的标准都标注有一个SSRN编号，通过该编号可标示所有已知特定项的标准设备，等等。SSRN列表在第10章提供详述。

Schedules of Particulars for mechanical and electrical equipment are provided at the end of these specifications. 规范的末尾提供有机械和电气设备的详情目录。

The Bidder shall complete these schedules with full details of the equipment and materials proposed and submit them in his bid. 投标人应制定出设备和材料的详细目录，并在投标时提交。

Bids without these details shall be rejected as unresponsive. 在投标时如没有上述文件，拒绝其进行投标。

A      General一般

The main electrical and mechanical plant for this contract consists of transformers, LV switchboards and motor control centres (MCC), borehole pumps and chlorine motive power pumps.. All this equipment shall be provided complete with the appropriate motors where applicable and other related electrical installations and controls. 该合同的主要机电设备由变压器、低压配电和电动机控制中心（任务控制中心）、深井泵和氯动力泵组成。上述所有设备应提供完整，适当及适用的电机设备，包括其它相关电气设备和控制装置。

Pump motors shall be in particular rated in conformity to the specifications provided herein and in the relevant Clauses of the General Specifications. The Contractor shall execute the design, manufacture, works testing, packing, delivery to site, installation, testing and commissioning of the mechanical and electrical plant as specified. 泵电动机应特别予以重视，要求符合本文所提供的规格，同时符合一般规格的相关条款。承包商应按照规定要求，严格执行机电设备的设计、制造、工作测试、包装、运送到现场、安装、测试及调试流程。

Each pump set shall be supplied and installed complete with all associated motor, pipe work, cables, control boards; starters and switchgear to the limit of the Contract as described in these Technical Specifications and shown on the Drawings. The pump duties required for the surface (vertical) and submersible pumps shall be as stated for the pumps under each category. 每个泵设备的提供和安装应包括设备的相关电机、管道工程、电缆、控制电路板等子部件。要求在技术规范和图纸上显示合同中关于起动器和开关设备的相关描述。关于表面（垂直）和潜水泵所需的泵流量，应符合各类泵设备相关描述。
