最近发现政府工作部门的英语其实并不好翻译，索性从网上搜索了些标准翻译。这边发现，不是不好翻译，有的原文本来就写得很奇怪，在专用翻译和原文直接，还有个专长叫做公文写作吧。标准表达如下;
