按脱硫效率95%、Ca/S=1.03 计,本工程6台1190t/h锅炉,锅炉采用4运行2台热备用,考虑实际4台锅炉运行脱硫所需石灰石量见表6.1-1。
According to 95% and Ca/S =1.03 of efficiency of desulfurization, there are 6 1190t/h boilers of this project. The boilers of this project have 4 boilers in operation and 2 boilers stand-by in case of emergency. The actual lime stone consumption of desulfurization process of 4 boilers in operation sees forms 6.1-1.

(2) Lime stone source
陕北地区石灰石矿主要分布在东南黄河沿岸一带,石灰岩在府谷县沿黄河西岸出露或埋层较浅,储藏面积为75平方公里,厚度为19-20米。总储量在5亿吨以上。经评查C+D级储量为2243.7万吨,含氧化钙52-55%,为一级品。其成份满足湿法脱硫石灰石品质的要求。府谷县及相邻的山西、内蒙古周边地区石灰石资源丰富,并且具备一定的石灰石粉加工能力。
The lime stone ore is mainly distributed along the bank of southeast the Yellow River in the north of Shanxi Province. The limestone is exposed or buried in shallow layer along the west bank of the Yellow River of Fugu County. The storage area is about 75 sq. km. The layer thickness is about 19-20 meters. The total reserve is 500 million tons above. Through the assessment, the C +D grade reserve is about 22,437,000 tons, including the first class 52-55% calcium oxidize. Its composition meets the quality specifications of the wet type desulfurization lime stone. The lime stone is resource abundant in Fugu county and surrounding area of Shanxi and Inner Mongol, which have certain lime stone powder processing ability.
神华集团府谷天桥水泥有限责任公司拥有天桥至浪湾段石灰石矿山0.75km2,工业储量500万吨,地质储量1500万吨。目前,年开采量为15万吨,按探明的工业储量服务年限为30年。
Shenhua Group Fugu Tianqiao Cement Co., Ltd. owns 0.75km2 lime stone mine from Tianqiao to Langwan section. The industrial reserve is about 5 million tons. The geological reserve is about 15 million tons. At present, the annual exploiting amount is about 150,000 tons. The service life of proved reserve is 30 years.
本工程石灰石拟采用厂内湿式磨机进行石灰石浆液制备。也可考虑采用外购天桥水泥有限责任公司石灰石成品粉方案。电厂应与相关单位签订供应石灰石的承诺函,保证提供电厂脱硫用合格的、足量的石灰石。
This lime stone of this project plans to adopt the wet type miller for the preparation of lime stone fluid in the factory. It is applicable to apply the scheme of finished products of lime stone purchased from Tianqiao Cement Co., Ltd. The power plant shall sign the commitment letter for supplying the lime stone with relevant unit, so as to ensure offering the qualified and sufficient lime stone for the desulfurization process of power plant.

本工程石灰石拟采用厂内湿式磨机进行石灰石浆液制备。由自卸汽车运至厂内。
This lime stone of this project plans to adopt the wet type miller for the preparation of lime stone fluid in the factory, which shall be transported from dump truck to the factory.

The by-product of Energy Center FGD Process is dehydrated gypsum in main, which comes from gypsum thick liquid of absorbing tower and pumps into the dehydrating system, through the swirl separator, and then dehydrate by the hydroextractor. The moisture content of gypsum after dehydrating is about 10%. The compositions (dry basis) of the desulfurization gypsum are:

石灰石──石膏湿法脱硫副产品为脱硫石膏,利用途径很广泛,在不少领域如水泥、建材行业、建筑以及农业等广泛使用。
The by-product of Energy Center FGD Process is desulfurization gypsum, which used very extensive and used in many fields as cement, building materials, building and agriculture, etc.
在水泥行业,石膏可以作为水泥的掺和料,可起到缓凝作用。目前,水泥中石膏掺和料大多来自天然石膏矿,开采天然石膏矿耗用了国家大量资源。如果采用脱硫石膏替代天然石膏,只要控制脱硫石膏中有害杂质含量、降低脱硫石膏表面水分、或控制石膏造粒等,脱硫石膏就可以替代天然石膏广泛应用于水泥行业。
In the cement trade, the gypsum can play slow coagulation function and used as admixing material of cement. At present, the gypsum admixing materials mostly come from the natural gypsum ore. The exploitation of the natural gypsum ore consumed the ample resources of our country. If the desulfurization gypsum substitutes the natural gypsum, only controlling the harmful impurity content of desulfurization gypsum may reduce the surface moisture of desulfurization gypsum, or controll the gypsum granulation, etc. The desulfurization gypsum can substitute the natural gypsum to apply to the cement trade extensively.
中国硅酸盐学会曾对珞璜电厂的脱硫石膏进行全面性能验证试验,试验结果证明脱硫石膏用作水泥缓凝剂完全可行,脱硫石膏的各项性能指标均可以达到有关标准的要求,有些指标甚至还优于天然石膏,所以,脱硫石膏完全可以替代天然石膏。另外这种工艺技术简单、易于实现。因此在水泥行业,脱硫石膏将会广泛地得到使用。
Chinese silicate society once carried on overall performance and verification test to the desulfurization gypsum of the Luohuang power plant. The result of the test proves that it is totally feasible that the desulfurization gypsum is used as the cement retarder. Each performance index of the desulfurization gypsum can reach the standard requirements. Some indexes are even superior to the natural gypsum; therefore, the desulfurization gypsum can totally substitute the natural gypsum. In addition, this technology is quite simple and easy to realize. So in the cement trade, the desulfurization gypsum will be widely used.

In construction material, gypsum board and gypsum products occupy the special position especially in the new-type construction material. A lot of domestic gypsum board factories use the desulfurization gypsum as raw materials.

In the building trade, the desulfurization gypsum has markets of enormous and comprehensive application. In addition, in chemical fertilizer production of sulfuric acid potassium, the desulfurization gypsum will be extensively used as well.
脱硫石膏首先立足于综合利用,以保护环境,节约土地,避免资源浪费,并可产生一定的经济效益。本工程采用干灰场,无法采用石膏水力抛弃处理方案,本工程脱硫石膏全部脱水后,运往综合利用用户。脱硫石膏无法综合利用时,石膏脱水后由输送皮带运至电厂干灰场碾压贮存。本工程6台1190t/h锅炉,锅炉采用4运行2台热备用,考虑实际4台锅炉运行脱硫石膏排放量见表7.1-2。
The application of desulfurization gypsum shall base on comprehensive utilization at first, so as to protect the environment, economize the land resource, avoid resources wasting, and produce certain economic benefits. This project adopts the dry ash yard, and unable to adopt gypsum water conservancy throwing disposal scheme. After the dehydrating process of all desulfurization gypsum of this project, it shall be transported to synthetic utilized users. When the desulfurization gypsum is unable to apply synthetic utilization, gypsum after dehydrating shall deliver to power plant gray field for storage after rolling through the transporting belt. The boilers of this project have 4 boilers in operation and 2 boilers stand-by in case of emergency. The actual lime stone consumption of desulfurization process of 4 boilers in operation sees forms 7.1-2.
