Main Responsibilities of Production & Planning Team
(1) 组织施工,布置施工任务,对施工进度负责;

(6) 组织工程技术、质量、安全及消防检查现场会;
(6) Organize the on-the-spot meeting about engineering technology, quality, safety and fire service inspection;
(7) 组织工程技术交底工作;
(7) Organize to confide the technical secret about the project;
(8) 按时间要求编制月施工计划及统计月实际完成情况,并根据现场实际及时调整施工计划;
(8) Establish the monthly construction plan and make statistics of the actual monthly fulfillment based on the time requirement, and make timely adjustment of the construction plan according to the real situation on the site;
(9) 签署质量资料评定意见,负责组织督促竣工资料的整理、归档。
(9) Sign the evaluation comments about the quality data, be responsible for organizing and urging the arrangement and filing of completion data.
质量安全组主要职责:对工程全项目安全和质量负责。
Main Responsibilities of Quality Safety Team: Be responsible for the safety and
quality of all the projects in the works.
(1) 负责贯彻公司的质量方针、目标、程序文件、项目质量计划并验证其执行情况;
(1) Be responsible for carrying out the quality policy, objective, procedure document and project quality plan and inspecting how the execution goes;
(2) 全面负责项目施工过程中的质量跟踪与质量控制工作;
(2) Be completely responsible for quality follow-up and quality control during the project construction;
(3) 负责过程检验和实验的监督、管理工作,参与工程竣工验收;
(3) Be responsible for supervision and management for the inspection and test of the procedure, and get involved in the acceptance work after completion;

(4) Be responsible for the management of site inspection and test;
(5) 负责项目不合格品的控制和统计分析工作;
(5) Be responsible for the control and statistical analysis of unqualified products in the project;
(6) 负责本项目质量记录的监督、管理工作;

(7) 编制安全生产方案,审核安全技术措施;

物资采供组主要职责
Main Responsibilities of Material Purchase & Supply Team
保证使用于本项目的各种物资、材料符合设计和规范、标准的要求。
Ensure that various materials are in conformity with the requirements of the design, specification and standards.
(1) 统一管理本项目的物资供应工作,控制工程材料成本;
(1) Execute uniform management of material supply for the project, and control the cost of engineering material;
(2) 依据材料需用计划,编制材料采购计划;
(2) According to the demand plan of material, establish the material purchase plan;
(3) 根据工程进度情况,及时组织材料进场;
(3) Based on the project progress, organize the approach of material in time;
(4) 负责进场材料进货检验和实验,并记录存档;
(4) Be responsible for the purchase inspection and test of the approached material and make records for filing;
(5) 负责本项目各类材料的标识,使得其具有可追溯性;
(5) Be responsible for marking various materials in the project so that they are traceable;
(6) 负责本项目材料、半成品的搬运、储存的控制管理工作;
(6) Be responsible for the control and management of transportation and storage of material and semi-finished products;
(7) 负责业主提供材料的进场检验,并办理书面手续。
(7) Be responsible for the approach inspection of the material offered by the proprietors and arrange the written procedure.

6. Special Management Measures of the Project
(1) 列为我公司2007~2008年度重点工程,公司从各方面优先考虑该工程,全方位保证项目的运作。
(1) It is listed as the key project of our company between the year 2007 and 2008, so priority will be given to the project in every aspect to ensure its operation in all directions.
(2) 建立项目简报制度,每旬将本项目的各种质量、安全、进度、协作关系情况实时向业主、地方政府有关部门、公司总部汇报, 并通报给相关的土建单位。
(2) Establish the project briefing system to report the quality, safety, progress and cooperative relations about the project to the proprietor, the local government departments concerned and the corporate headquarter in real time, meanwhile, report it to the relevant unit for the civil works.
