电机皮带轮：
当手动调试正常后，接通电源，首先观察电机的转向与出厂标记是否一致，（否则，重新接线）然后装上三角皮带。 加工第一只产品时，应用点动操作，观察机床工作是否正常，然后再连续工作。
安装：
本机在出厂时已全部装配并经过试车、加工样件，安装时应找平，固定机脚螺丝，防止工作中钢丝拉倒，确保机床稳定。 电路连续接到360V电源开关关上，注意电机运转方向与出厂标记相同，并予以接地保护。
搬运：
搬运应用起重机运输装置进行，起重机重约600公斤，起重能力应相适应，用钢素、钢缆与机床吊环螺钉相连接，予以起吊，防止机床倾到， 造成不必要的损失。
机床操作：
机床接好电源启动前应用手轮手动试车，待半齿轮啮合完全正常后方可启动电源。注意正常工作时，必须拔出或脱开手轮，防止手轮高速运转，产生安全事故。
弹簧机械操作工上岗前必须进行操作培训，机床由专业人员进行操作、使用。
机床维护：
为保证机床正常工作和保持机床精度，必须坚持经常性的维护保养。及时对机床进行全面清洗，除去油污。对各紧固处进行适当的紧固，机床滑块及转动处必须坚持每天进行油枪润滑。
机床内部传动部件属于飞溅式润滑。机床出厂时未加润滑油。正常工作时，机床底部大齿轮以浸到机油2-3cm 为标准，机床右侧装有放有孔，要求一年左右更换润滑油一次，并保证内部无杂质。

Shut down the machine when the circuit is received in succession 360V, notice the operating direction of electrical machinery and is marching with the ex-factory, and attach the ground protection .
Material handling :
Material handling shall use the hoisting device for transport, the hoist weighs about 600 kilograms, the hoisting ability shall equal to it; applies the steel material and the steel cable links with rings screw of the lathe, hoisting it so as to prevent the lathe from inclining that cause unnecessary losses.
Operation of the lathe :
Lathe shall use manual handwheel to perform commissioning before connecting to power, and after the semi-gear completely marching than start the power. Paying attention to pull out or uncoupling the handwheel during the normal operation, so as to prevent the handwheel from operating at a high speed that produces the incident.
Operator shall be trained before the machinery of the spring operates workers on duty, the lathe shall be operated and used by professional personnel.
Lathe maintenance:
In order to ensure that the lathe operates and keeps the normal precision of lathe, it is necessary to adhere to practice the regular maintenance. Wash the lathe in an all-round way in time and remove the greasy dirt. Fasten the proper place of machine; the slide block of lathe and rotating area shall be lubricated every day by toil gun.
The transmission parts inside the lathe belongs to the splashing type for lubrication. The lathe has not added the lubricating oil while dispatching from the factory. While working normally, the big gear wheel of lathe bottom regards soaking standard of engine oil for 2-3cm, which equipped with the oil drain hole in the lathe right side. It require to change lubricating oil once in about one year, and guarantee that there is not impurity inside .
