华东微电子技术研究所是中国从事微电子技术研究的国家一类研究所,主要从事厚膜、薄膜混合集成技术(HIC)、多芯片组件技术以及相关电子材料、电路及专用设备的研究和制造。 East China Micro-electronics Technology Research Institute is China’s national first-class research institute which is mainly engaged in researching and producing of thick-film, thin-film hybrid IC (HIC), multi-chip module technology and related electronic material, circuit and manufacturing equipments. 我所已通过ISO9000质量管理体系认证,拥有国内领先的多芯片组件(MCM)、厚膜混合集成电路、薄膜混合集成电路以及金属封装外壳等四条研制生产线,混合集成电路可满足GJB2438A-2000《混合集成电路通用规范》H级要求(相当于MIL-PRF-38534的H级)。 We have already obtained ISO9000 Quality Management System Certificate, and have four research and product line, including MCM, thick-film hybrid integrated circuits, thin-film hybrid integrated circuits, and metal package, which are of the lead position in domestic level. 我所研制生产的产品有功率电路(包括DC/DC、AC/DC、DC/AC、EMI滤波器、脉宽调制放大器)、转换器电路(SDC/RDC、DRC/C、F/V、I/F变换器)、精密基准电路(电压基准源、精密恒流源)、信号处理电路、放大器电路、专用混合集成电路、多芯片组件、厚膜工艺设备以及相关电子材料等,广泛应用于工业领域高可靠的电子设备中。
Our products include power circuits (including DC/DC, AC/DC, DC/AC, EMI filters, pulse width modulation amplifier), the converter circuits (SDC/RDC, DRC/ C, F/V, I/F converter), precision benchmark circuits (voltage reference, precision constant current source), signal processing circuit, amplifier circuit, hybrid integrated circuits, MCM, thick-film technological equipment and related electronic equipment, which are widely used in industrial highly reliable electronic devices.

1.第一代DC/DC变换器(厚膜电路)
DC/DC变换器产品经过二十多年的不断完善,目前已形成系列化、标准化、供货批量化。
产品特点:
1、采用PWM推挽式技术
2、工作频率:200kHz~300kHz(恒频)
3、输入电压:18V~36V
4、输出功率:5W、15W、30W、50W、70W、200W
5、具有禁止、短路保护等辅助功能。
6、工作温度:-55℃~105℃
7、厚膜混合集成工艺,裸芯片组装,全密封金属封装。
1. First-generation DC/DC Converter (thick-film circuit)
After more than 20 years of continuous improvement, DC/DC converter products currently are serialized, standardized and available for mass supply.
Features:
1. Using PWM push-pull technology.
2. Working frequency: 200 kHz~300 kHz (Constant Frequency).
3. Input voltage: 18 V~36V.
4. Output power: 5W, 15W, 30W, 50W, 70W, 200W
5. Auxiliary functions such as prohibit, short-circuit protection.

11. Charge amplifier (HCA2)
Features:
Its principle is the amplifier will receive input charge signals, convert them into voltage signals, so as to let sensor components such as accelerometer create charges and convert them into voltage. The circuit makes use of thin-film hybrid integrated technology, bare chip assembly. It is packed with whole-sealed circular metal shell, with high technical specifications, small size and light weight. Working temperature is -55℃~125℃, with quality level of Class H
