目的
为发动机冷却液输送管路的固定耦合接头规范最小的功能参数,它们既要安装于主体部分之上也会安装于电动机配电盘上。
本文件适用于柴油或汽油电动机的内漏系统,以及其他操作压力为100kPa,操作温度可升至140摄氏度,在操作时间最多30分钟时的温度峰值能到达150摄氏度的其他装置。
固定耦合处还必须符合资格认定测试,该资格认定测试符合相应组件的采购规范。(橡胶耦合接头以及聚酰胺管路等等)。

定义

固定耦合器是一种允许两根管道之间或管道与元件/使用部分之间进行防水连接的装置,无需另行使用固定元件,也无需维护。
根据使用范围,进行连接。
连接包括一个雌头部分和一个雄头部分,如图1所示。
备注:雄连接器供应商应不同于雌连接器供应商,两个部分应保证符合一致性测试。

固定耦合接头/管路接口连接
每个接口连接类型/技术解决方案(例如:接口连接结合剖面图和管材类型)应符合规定的采购规范标准,在经合格验证通过的地方安装耦合接头。
每次安装都应是合格的,符合P.S.规定中关于管材检验的准则。

PURPOSE
Specify minimum functional parameters for fast couplings of motor cooling liquid feeding lines, which
are installed both on body and motor board.
The document applies to the blow-by systems for Diesel oil or gasoline motors and others with
operating pressures of 100 kPa and temperatures up to 140°C with 150°C peaks for maximum 30 min.
Fast couplings shall also comply with qualifications tests, which are provided by the Procurements
Specifications of components they are interfaced with (rubber couplings, polyamide pipes, etc.).

GENERALITIES

Definition
1.1.1
The fast coupling is a device allowing a watertight connection between two pipes or between a pipe
and a component/user, without using further fastening components and without maintenance needs.
According to the application, the connection can require objectivation or not.
The connection consists of a female part and a male part, as shown in Figure 1.
Note: Should the male component Supplier be different from the female component Supplier, both
parts shall guarantee the compliance with conformity tests.

The coupling can assume the orientation required by specific needs of the system, in which it is
installed, as shown in Figure 2.

Fast coupling/pipe interfacing
Each interfacing typology/technical solution (e.g. interfacing union profile, pipe material type) shall be
subject to a qualification aimed at the specific Procurement Specifications of the supplied components,
on which couplings were installed.
Each assembly shall be qualified according to modes specified by the P.S. related to the pipe being
examined.
