该系统无论在台湾省还是在内地都是使用厂家最多使用量最为广泛和普及的;具有以下主要特点:
That system is the most extensive and universal for factories both in Taiwan Province and in the motherland, which has main characteristics as following:
一、 采用闭环控制方式,使控制精度更高。
I. Apply closed loop control pattern, and raise control accuracy
二、 采用高分辨率彩色TFT格式10.4″屏,美观大方色调和谐舒适。
II. Apply high resolution colorized TFT format, with 10.4″ screen, which has decent and harmonious hue.
三、 系统硬件高度集成化,使故障率降到最低,稳定性大大提升。

IX. Overall safe design: 1. Cut off servo motor’s signal of Servo On when dead-stop is available; 2. The over-speed system of motor shall alarm in advance; 3. Protection design for safety door; 4. The shutdown protection for no material, breaking material or abnormal wire frame; 5. Fault alarming and automatic shutdown; 6. Wire frame is following up.

X. With stronger anti-interference (during operation) than common PC frame controller; the highest voltage pulse is 2,000 v / microsecond between each 0.01s.
十一、 比一般PC架构控制器具更好的抗振动性(运转时);在频率5HZ时,最大0.075毫米。
XI. Has better anti-vibration (during operation) than common PC frame controller; The max. value is 0.075 mm when the frequency is 5HZ.
十二、 比一般PC架构控制器具更宽的环境温度适应能力性;运转时在0℃--45℃,存放或搬运时在-20℃--45℃。
XII. Has broader temperature adaptability than common PC frame controller; operate during 0℃--45℃, store or convery during -20℃--45℃.

在任何情況下按此键可将机器回复到主画面待机模式。
Press this key in any case, the machine will return to main menu in standby mode.
注解: 1, 不管机器目前处于何种运行状态只要按“复位”键机器马上停机。
2,不管电脑目前处于何种显示内容只要按“复位”键显示内容会回到主画面待机模式。
Notes:1 No matter what operation status the machine is, as soon as “reset” key is pressed, the machine will shut down at once.
2. No matter what operation status the computer is, as soon as “reset” key is pressed, it will return to main menu in standby mode.
此键为归零命令键,按此键并选择归零轴,如:原点 X 、原点 Z 或原点 A ,机器会按所选轴执行归零动作。
This one is the command key for returning to zero, and press this key for selecting zero-axis, for instance, Home X, Home Z or Home A , the machine will carry out returning action as the axis selected.
注解: 1,X轴为凸轮轴,Z轴是转芯轴, A轴是卷圈轴,开机后X轴必须归零;Y轴为送线轴不需要归零。
2,如果不需用转芯轴/卷圈轴或归零动作对刀架有妨碍,可以用手动功能把该轴摇到合适位置再按Z轴/开关 或A轴/开关 键把该轴关闭,这样的话该轴不用归零机器也可完成自动执行其它轴的程序。
3,一般情况下只有在电脑上出现归零提示时才必须执行原点归零动作,在正常调机时不需要执行归零动作。
4,在调好机后,如果目前位置不在零位,不管调机师傅是执行“检测” 动作还是“自动” 动作,电脑都会自动归完零后才执行程序。
5,如果出现原点位置有异常变化,请检查接近开关是否正常。
Notes: 1. X is for camshaft, Z is for rotating core axis, and A is for coiling axis; after starting up, X axis must return to zero; Y is the wire-feeding axis which may not return to zero.
2. If there is no need for rotating core axis/ coiling axis or the action of returning to zero interferes the tool support, turn this axis to a proper position with manual function, and then press Z axis/switch or A axis/switch to close this axis, so that the machine could carry other programs without returning this axis to zero.
3. Generally speaking, only is the return-to-zero suggested on computer screen, the return-to-zero action will be carried out; when adjusting machine normally, the return-to-zero action is not required.
4. After adjusting machine has been finished, if it is not in the zero position currently, the computer will carry out program after returning to zero automatically, no matter whether “check” is run by operator or “automatic” action is run.
5. If the home position has abnormal change, please check whether the proximity switch is normal.
在待机模式下按此键进入教导编程模式,在编程栏输入数值进行编程。有两种数值输入方式:1、直接按数字键设定需要的数值(数值会在编程栏的左下角显示),然后按 输入 键便可将数值输入到光标显示的位置,数值输入后,光标会自动向右移动一格。2、按 X 、 Y 、 Z或 A 键,光标自动跳到所选轴的位置,摇手轮到所需位置(会动态显示该轴的实际位置,被选轴会反白),按 输入 键可将实际数值存入电脑。例如:要编程凸轮轴的实际角度,具体操作是:在教导编程模式下按 X 键后,光标自动跳到“X1”栏,摇手轮确定凸轮起始角度后,直接按 输入 键,凸轮起始角度将会被自动存入电脑,光标自动跳到结束角度“X2”栏。在机器自动执行状态下按此键,系统将从主画面切换到编程画面,但工作模式仍为自动,此时并不能对程式进行修改,必须按F2键将模式切换成“修改”才能在机器运转过程中修改正在使用的程式。
Press this key to enter into programming mode from standby mode, input value in programming bar to perform programming. There are two inputting manners: 1. Press numerical keys to input values directly (the number will display on the left bottom of programming bar), then press Enter and the numerical value will show in position where the cursor points. After the numerical value has been inputted, the cursor will automatically move to the next space on the right. 2. Press X , Y , Z or A and the cursor will skip to the selected place; move the hand-wheel to required position (show actual position of this axis dynamically and the selected axis will reverse video), press Enter to store the actual value into computer. For example, the specific operation for programming the actual angle of camshaft is as following: press X in programming mode, the initial angle of camshaft will be stored into computer and the cursor will strip to bar of end angle “×2” automatically. Press this key when this machine is in automatic mode, and the system will switch to main menu from programming one, but the working mode is still automatic, and no programming modification is available at this moment, F2 must be pressed to switch the mode to “Modify”, so as to modify running program during operation of machine.
