电磁阀操作手册翻译-中英对照
操作过程
按 “执行”键画面格式不变(如果凸轮或转芯轴不在零位,机器会自动回到零位后,再等待);摇手轮进行手动检测或按“倍率”键作点动检测。
D:按“自动”按键到自动开机画面
①内容说明:
按“自动”按键模式切换成自动,机器按所编程序执行。
②操作过程
按“倍率”键摇手轮到所需要的适当速度。
E:按“编程修改”功能按键到修改画面(不用停机修改程式)
①内容说明: 在机器自动运行中进入编程修改,画面切换: 修改
②操作过程
按“F2”键不停机直接将光标移动到要修改的位置输入要改的数据,按输入键进行修改;全部修改完成后按执行键,机器在做完上一条弹簧后,执行修改后的程式,工作模式切换成“自动”。

说 明:(与实例1配合用)
1、 凸轮从50°转至120°,同步送线50mm,转芯到20°,循环从第1行开始,共将循环3次;
2、凸轮从135.3°转至154°,同步退线5mm,转芯到60°,在此处暂停0.5秒;
3、以默认转速的80%,凸轮定位在160°,单步送线100mm,在送到98mm(Y-Yf)时, 电磁阀1打开,1号气缸打出,探针命令有效,辅助送线2mm。 ①当探针探到时(探针碰到钢线),电磁阀马上关闭,汽缸马上退回;②当探针没有探到时(探针没碰到钢线),在送完Yf值(在此处是100 mm)的线后电磁阀自动关闭,汽缸退回;结束一个循环并返回第1行开始下一循环。在执行完3个循环(1>2>3> …1>2>3共3次)后,系统才开始执行第4行程式;
注解:①实际送线长度以碰到探针为准。 (不超过100 mm)
②送线到98mm时探针有效,开始减速(速度是参数设定画面里的“探针速度”值),辅助送线碰探针, 碰到后即刻停止送线。(辅助送线值不超过2mm)
③在主画面上必须设定“探针次数”探针才有效。(当“探针次数”设1次时,探针没有碰到机器会马上停,出现“探针失败”提示而不出现报警;当“探针次数” 设2次或以上时,最后一条没有碰到,机器要做完此条后才停,并且出现报警。)
4、凸轮从175 °转至235.7°,同步送线10mm;
5、以默认转速的180%,凸轮从257.1°转至289.5°;
自动归零后跳到第一行,再执行1—5行程序。
Comments: (cooperate with example1)
1. The cam is switched from 50°to 120°, the simultaneous feeding line is about 50mm, switch core to 20°, circulation begins from the 1st line, and it will circulate 3 times altogether;

3. 80% of default rotational speed, the location of cam shall be reserved in 160°, the single-step line shall be 100mm, when the line sending is about to 98mm (Y-Yf ), the electromagnetic valve 1 is open, air cylinder No. 1 is open, the order of probe is effective, auxiliary feeding line is about 2mm .
① When the probe is reached (probe touches the copper wire), the electromagnetic valve shall be shut off at once, the cylinder shall be returned at once; ②When the probe was not reached (probe did not touch the copper wire ), the electromagnetic valve shall be closed automatically after finishing feeding the line of Yf value (100 mm herein ), the cylinder shall be returned; Finish a circulation and return the 1st lining; begin the next circulation. After finishing 3 circulation (1> 2> 3 of > to 1> 2> 3 all together in 3 times), the system shall begin the 4th procedure;
Note: ① The actual length of feeding shall subject to touch the probe. (not exceed 100 mm )
② The probe is effective while feeding line reach to 98mm, and begin to deceleration (speed is the " speed of the probe " value of set parameter in the picture ), when the feeding line of auxiliary touches the probe, it shall stop feeding the line instantaneously after touching. (the auxiliary value of feeding line shall not exceed 2mm)
③ It is valid when the " number of the probe times " set on the main picture. (when " number of the probe times "is set in the first time, the probe shall be stopped instantaneously if the probe has not reached the machine , " the probe will fail " shall be display with no alarm; When " number of the probe times " set for 2 times or above and did not touched , the machine shall shut down after finishing this procedure and alarm. )
4. the cam is switched from 175 °to 235.7°, the simultaneous feeding line is about 10mm;
5. 180% of default rotational speed, switch cam from 257.1°to 289.5°; jumping to the first line after automatic zero-set, carry out 1- 5 lines of procedures once again.
