特制地板规格资料翻译-中英对照
FT16橡胶/铝仿形衬边

SK06天然石壁脚砖

天然石地板和壁脚板的样品必须安装的开始之前提供。

在墙壁油漆作业之前,天然石地砖紧紧固定在水泥砂浆中。

在墙壁的油漆作业期间,仔细保护壁脚板并且在油漆作业完成之后,立即清洗干净。

混凝土天花板的油漆作业
混凝土天花板的抹灰作业必须按照图纸要求水平、平整并保持直线。
悬挂天花板装饰的尺寸:
-同一位置的水平最大允许为5000毫米:≤20毫米
-最大偏差为2000毫米:±5毫米
-不允许有凹痕
建设单位能分别决定是否在使用更多的熟石膏进行修理的期间允许较小的错误。熟石膏不允许剥落或者从天花板上落下:熟石膏必须粘到板材上并且坚固得足以承受自己的重量。
修理不得影响装饰、设备和家俱的尺寸和/或功能;
-混凝土天花板凹进的格状框架、平坦处和机械装置可见处都必须涂成粗糙表面。
-凹处已经填补之后,可见混凝土天花板可以直接上漆。
-悬挂天花板上方的混凝土的裂缝和开始等,在有特别卫生要求状况下,如果相关法律法规没有特别规定,需要使用粘尘涂料进行处理。

悬挂天花板
悬挂天花板为一套完整而可用的面板、硬件和支持部件系统组成。天花板系统由单独的制造商提供,并且是最新目录数据中所示标准产品。
悬挂天花板必须按照图纸要求水平、平整并保持直线。任何存在弯曲和变形的部分必须完全除去粗制滥造部分,然后重新建造天花板。

Shafts
Vertical air-ducts, pipelines and electrical risers shall be mounted in easily accessible and serviceable shafts.
The shafts shall be made according to regulations and sound insulated.
The shafts shall have fire seals according to regulations and be fitted with lockable, removable service hatches.
Shafts shall be built as required in approved structural design documents. Also see section C1010 Interior Partitions.
Columns
As required by the structural design documents. Finish shall be according to
Architect’s plans (Room Book, Paint Schedule etc.).
Beams
As required by the structural design documents.
Most of the beams shall be made of reinforced concrete or concrete filled steel profiles.
Floor slabs
As required by the structural design documents.
Slabs shall generally be made from pre-stressed reinforced concrete, sheet steel- concrete composite slab or cast in-situ reinforced concrete.
Slimmer slabs shall be used under freezer/cooler floors and similar spaces (fitted with thermal insulation etc.) to make the finished floors achieve the same level as the
surrounding floors.
Provisions for electrical floor fixtures, for lamps etc. shall be made in some slabs. Slabs in all kitchens, bars etc. shall have provisions (ducts and lead-ins) for plumbing and for electrical fixtures, computer cables etc.
