Installation engineering requirements
1.1 基本要求Basic requirements
1. 投标人应将拥有合格资质的安装施工队伍（安装分包商）及工程项目部上报招标人认可；项目部应设置必要的管理岗位，配备相关工程技术人员。Bidder shall report the information of the qualified installation construction team (installation subcontractor) and construction project department to Biddee for his approval; the project department shall set necessary management positions, and arrange relevant engineering technical personnel.
2. 投标人与其安装分包商的供货范围划分及安装工程实施范围划分须在投标文件中明确列出细节(应包括施工现场看管、技术及安全责任划分、开箱检验责任处理等)；投标人应督导安装分包商完成整个信号系统的施工安装工作及相应的伴随服务；且无论范围如何划分，一切责任均由投标人承担。招标人有权更改供货及安装范围划分。The supply scopes and the installation engineering implementation scopes of Bidder and his installation subcontractor shall be detailed listed in the bid documents (including construction site monitoring, technical and security responsibility scopes, unpacking inspection responsibility, etc.); Bidder shall administrate the installation subcontractor to complete the construction installation and relevant services of the whole signal system; and regardless what the scopes are divided, all the responsibility shall be carried by Bidder. Biddee can change the supply scopes and the installation scopes.
3. 安装工程须充分考虑工程范围和工程现场条件，针对本工程的线路、车站建筑、桥梁、隧道结构、车站线路配置、牵引供电方式、车辆配置及线路可能的延伸等总体情况，根据本《招标文件》的要求为本项目提供系统、设备、材料、工器具、安装施工及其它相应的所有服务。Installation engineering shall make comprehensive consideration on the engineering scope and construction site conditions, according the conditions of line, station building, bridge, tunnel structure, station line arrangement, traction power supply type, vehicle arrangement and the possible extension of the line, based on the requirements of this Bidding document to provide the systems, equipments, materials, tools, installation construction and the relevant services to this project.
4. 安装工程的服务包括提供系统、设备（设备主体、设备附件、各种辅助材料（含缆线等）、备品备件、通用仪器仪表和安装及调试工器具等、安装基础、支撑架及附件、技术文件（含技术资料）、其它服务（含工厂监造、运输和仓储、安装、测试、测试联调配合、培训、试运行、系统维护和技术支持、质量保证期服务、本合同中所描述的其它类似义务及工作）、相关的箱、柜、桌椅（桌椅的选购应得到招标人的认可，室内计算机设备桌椅及设备室内的备品备件柜、工具柜及资料柜的相关技术要求及数量招标人在工程后续阶段提供）、利润和税金等，投标价已包括上述全部费用。Installation engineering service includes the system, equipment (equipment, equipment accessories, all the auxiliary materials (including the cables), spare parts, general instruments and installation and testing tools, installation base, bracket and accessories, technical documents (including technical materials), other services (including plant supervision, transportation and storage, installation, testing, combined testing, training, commissioning, system maintenance and technical support, quality insurance period service, other similar duties and works described in this contract), relevant boxes, cabinets, tables and chairs (the purchasing of the tables and chairs shall obtain the approval of Biddee, the tables and chairs of indoor computer equipment and the indoor cabinets of equipment spare parts, the technical requirements and quantity of the tool cabinets and material cabinets will be provided by Biddee at the subsequent stages), profits and taxes, the bid price has included all the fees above.
5. 所选择并提供的设备应完全符合招标人的要求，并在投标文件中详细描述其所供系统、设备、材料的规格、型号、数量、原产地、性能参数等。The selected and supplied equipments shall completely comply with the retirements of Biddee, and make detailed description in the bid documents including the specification, type, quantity, producing origin, performance parameters of the systems, equipments and materials.
6. 所供的设备、材料的计划和方案应报送招标人备案，并应得到招标人的认可方可实施。招标人有权要求更换该类产品的规格、型号及生产厂家，并不需为此增加任何费用。The plan of the supplied equipments and materials shall be submitted to Biddee as a record, and the plan can be implemented after the approval of Biddee being obtained. Biddee has the rights to request to change the product specification, type and manufacturer without extra payment.
7. 安装工程包括信号系统室内外及轨旁设备、箱盒的专用安装支撑架、基础、安装装置及安装附件的安装，室内机柜安装支架采用钢质设备应固定在土建结构的地坪上，机柜安装支架的安装应与室内的架空地板相协调，轨旁设备的安装支架应在符合轨旁设备的安装环境的前提下，方便设备的维护及维修。Installation engineering includes the installation of the indoor and outdoor wayside equipments of the signal system, special installation brackets of the cabinets, base, installation devices and installation accessories. The indoor cabinet installation brackets use steel equipments to fix onto the ground of the civil engineering structure, the installation of the cabinet installation bracket shall be compatible with the floating floor, the installation bracket of the wayside equipments shall comply with the installation environment of the wayside equipments, and be convenient for equipment maintenance.
8. 所供的设备及器材应为国际、国内的成熟设备及器材，主要设备及器材须具备两年以上良好的地铁运行业绩。应对国内采购部分的设备进行考察和评估，为本项目提供国内有相应资质的、通过相关权威部门鉴定（审查）的、行业内市场占有率居前的优质和名牌产品。The supplied equipments and materials shall be international and national mature equipments and materials. The principle equipments and materials shall have good performance in the subway operation over two years. The purchased domestic equipments shall be inspected and evaluated to provide qualified, wide-used and famous products with the certification from the authoritative departments.
9. 所提供的设备及器材须满足和适应本工程的工程现场条件，任何对工程现场条件的特殊要求和不合理的修改建议，招标人将有权予以否决。The supplied equipments and materials shall meet the construction site requirements of this project. Biddee has the rights to reject any special demands and unreasonable modification suggestions regarding to the construction site conditions.
10. 本招标文件所附图纸、主要工程数量表仅供参考。投标人应根据本招标文件及项目的实际需要自行计算并完善供货内容及技术服务内容。This bidding document and the attached drawings, bill of quantities are only for reference. Bidder shall calculate and complete the supply contents and technical service contents according to this bidding document and project actual demands.
