招标工程手册翻译-中英对照
1. 投标价已经将本项目所有工程所需内容考虑在内，如有漏项或缺项，均由投标人承担。工程实际需要但没有在供货清单内列明的项目及没有填写的服务项目，将被认为此项目所涉及的全部费用已包含在投标总价中，投标人将根据工程实际需要提供满足工程所需数量的所有货物并提供满足工程所需的所有技术服务。Bid price has considered all the engineering contents of this project, if there is any omission, then Bidder shall take the responsibility. If the items are actually needed by the project but not included in the supply list, and if the service items are not listed, then the relevant expenses of these items will be considered already included in the total bid price, Bidder will provide all the items and all the technical services needed by the project according to the actual needs of the project.
2. 供货清单中所列数量如不满足现场技术要求的，投标人在合同执行中无偿补足。If the quantity in the supply list cannot meet the construction site technical requirements, then Bidder shall make free compensation during the contract implementation.
3. 投标人已经充分考虑到线路及其他相关专业设计可能发生变化等的因素，在合同执行过程中，不得以此为理由提出增加费用。Bidder has already made comprehensive consideration on the possible changes of the line and other relevant special design, and there possible changes cannot be the reason for increasing the price during the contract implementation.
4. 所提供的信号设备、材料须满足在本工程的工程现场条件下达到本合同中的系统功能和设备性能要求。The supplied signal equipments and materials shall meet the system function and equipment performance requirements in this contract that issued from the construction site conditions of this project.
5. 本项目的所有设备在本工程的工程现场条件下安装、设备的安装须满足相应的规范和标准要求，轨旁设备的安装应符合本工程的设备限界的要求。All the equipments in this project shall be installed in the construction site conditions of this project. The equipment installation shall comply with the corresponding specification and standard requirements. The wayside equipments installation shall comply with the requirements of equipment limits in this project.
6. 投标人须提供本项目实施过程中的所有劳动。Bidder must provide all the labor force during the implementation process of this project.
7. 整项工程竣工验收合格后办理整个信号系统工程的移交手续，在设备正式移交之前，投标人负责对工程施工现场设备（信号系统的所有设备器材）进行看护和管理。After the acceptance of the completed construction, the handover process of the whole signal system shall be made. Before the official handover of the equipments, Bidder shall be responsible to monitor and manage the equipments in the construction site (all the equipments and materials of the signal system).
8. 保证本项目的伴随技术服务的质量，并按招标人规定的工程进度完成各阶段的工作，服从招标人对整个工程实施的管理和协调。Insure the technical services quality of this project, and accomplish all the works in accordance with the schedule specified by Biddee. Comply with the management and coordination of the whole project implementation by Biddee.
9. 在招标人的协调下，投标人在本工程实施过程中负责和相关系统及相关专业进行与施工安装接口相关工作的协调及配合。Under the coordination of Biddee, during this project implementation process, Bidder shall be responsible to make coordination and cooperation with relevant systems and relevant services regarding the relevant works related to construction installation interface.
10. 在设备安装、配合调试等全部工程过程中，如因投标人原因造成安全事故，投标人须承担全部责任和后果。During the processes of the equipment installation and combined debugging, if the safety problem is caused by Bidder, then Bidder must take all the responsibility and consequences.
11. 投标人须派遣经验丰富的技术人员参加信号系统的各种调试及联调试验配合。每个调试点至少派遣一名技术人员，以便于及时配合处理调试中出现的故障。Bidder must send experienced technical personnel to join the debugging and combined test of the signal system. Send at least one technical personnel at each debugging point, to solve the problem in the debugging process in time.
12. 在系统安装调试过程中，可能会对已安装的设备及配线进行修改、移设、补充安装信标、AP点等设备以使信号系统达到合同规定的要求，投标人应按要求及时完成修改工作。此类修改和变动将不被视为合同变更，并且不能得到经济补偿，投标人在投标报价时应充分考虑此项因素可能带来的工作量及风险。During the system installation debugging process, the modification, move, beacon and AP point installation may be made to the installed equipment and wiring to make the signal system meet the requirements specified by the contract. Bidder shall accomplish the modification work according to the requirements in time. These kinds of modification and change will not be regard as the contract modification, and cannot obtain the compensation payment. When submitting the bid price, Bidder shall make comprehensive consideration on the workload and risk brought by this factor.
13. 设备及材料到达目的地后，投标人应与相关各方一起根据运单和装箱单对货物的包装、外观、件数、规格、型号等进行清点检验。如发现有任何不符之处，由投标人自行负责并妥善处理。After the equipments and materials arrived at the destination, Bidder shall cooperate with the relevant parties to check the package, appearance, quantity, specification and type of the items according to the waybill and packing list. If any unconformity is found, then Bidder himself shall be responsible to handle this problem.
14. 现场检验时，如发现设备有任何损坏、缺陷、短少或不符合合同中规定的质量标准和规范时，由投标人自行负责并妥善处理，但应做好记录，并报招标人备案。In the site inspection, if any damage, flaws, shortage of the equipments are found, or if the unconformity with the quality standard and specification specified by the contract is found, then Bidder himself shall be responsible to handle this problem, and make the record and report to Biddee.
15. 如果相关各方代表在会同检验中对检验记录不能取得一致意见时，可由双方委托权威的第三方检验机构／各方权威检验机构联合进行检验。检验结果对双方都有约束力，检验费用由责任方负担。If the representatives of the relevant parties cannot achieve agreement on the inspection record in the combined inspection, then the third party inspection authority / combined authority can be invited to make the inspection. The inspection result has binding force on both parties, the inspection expense shall be paid by the party responsible.
16. 如果投标人由于自身原因不能到场参加开箱检查，则必须承认其余各方代表签字的检验记录。If Bidder cannot join the unpacking inspection on site due to his own reason, then he must approve the inspection record signed by other parties.
