Installation scope
成都地铁2号线工程安装范围为本项目的全部所有区域，包括且不限于：The installation scope of Chengdu Subway Line 2 project is all the area of this project, it contains but is not limited to:
(1) 正线的全部设备安装：All the equipments installation of the main line:
控制中心、应急指挥中心、设备集中站、非集中站的室内、外及轨旁设备配置、安装及线缆敷设、连接配线；Configuration, installation, cable laying, connection and wiring of the indoor / outdoor and wayside equipments of the control center, emergency command center, equipment central station and non-central station;
正线信号系统的所有光、电缆敷设、测试、接续和配线。All the lighting, cable laying, test connection and wiring of the main line signal system.
(2) V车辆段设备安装：ehicle depot equipment installation:
车辆段室内、外设备配置、安装及线缆连接配线；Vehicle depot indoor and outdoor equipments configuration, installation and cable connection and wiring;
试车线室内、外设备配置、安装及线缆连接配线；Train test line indoor and outdoor equipments configuration, installation and cable connection and wiring;

1.2 工作内容Work contents
1. 本项目中的工作范围包括但不限于：The work scope of this project contains but is not limited to:
熟悉设计文件、掌握设计标准，开展现场调查及施工定测；Get familiar with the design documents, understand the design standards, perform the site investigation and construction location survey;
完成本项目整个信号系统施工及安装；Complete the whole signal system construction and installation of this project;
提供各阶段的进度报告及施工计划等。Provide the progress reports and construction plans of all the stages.
2. 在设备正式移交之前，负责对工程施工现场设备看护和管理。Before the official handover of the equipments, be responsible to the monitoring and management of the construction site equipments.
3. 负责所供设备的装卸、仓储、保管和运输。Be responsible for the load and unload, storage, management and transportation of the supplied equipment.
4. 安装工程项目管理和协调；Installation project management and coordination;
5. 所属工程范围完工测试；Project completion test in the corresponding work scope;

1.3 工程图纸、技术文件和技术资料Engineering drawings, technical documents and technical materials
1. 提供各阶段的安装进度、安装计划、验收报告等文件和资料。Provide the documents and materials of the installation progresses, installation plans, and acceptance reports of all the stages.
2. 所提供的竣工图纸及技术文件，纸质印刷版除另有规定外按一式10份提交，相应的电子文件2套，电子文件的文档编辑软件版本为Office2000及以上版本、图形文件为AutoCAD 2004及以上版本，以光盘方式提交。For the supplied completion drawings and technical documents, the paper printing version shall be submitted with 10 copies (unless specified otherwise), the corresponding electronic version documents shall be submitted with 2 sets, the electronic documents editing software shall be Office2000 and higher version, the drawing documents editing software shall be AutoCAD 2004 and higher version, all the electronic documents shall be submitted in CD-roms.
2 项目管理Project management
2.1 组织机构Organization structure
1. 应于签定合同后的30天内，在成都设立本工程的施工安装项目管理机构即施工单位现场项目部，项目部必须保证有满足工程要求的管理人员、技术人员和施工及安装人员。The construction installation project management authority shall be established in Chengdu within 30 days after the contract is signed, i.e. the site project department of the construction unit. The project department must guarantee that there are management personnel, technical personnel and construction and installation personnel to meet the project requirements.
2. 应采用图表形式展示项目管理的详细组织架构，主要职员姓名，职务，常驻地点，专职及职员关系。图表亦要要清楚地展示将不同组别联系起来的个人及责任方向。The diagrams shall be used to present the detailed organization structure of the project management, the name, position, location of the main employee, the personnel relationship. The diagrams shall also clearly demonstrate the personnel that connect different groups and his responsibility.
3. 应提交本项目主要行政人员、监督人员、工程人员的姓名、资历和至目前的履历。该等人员应全职受雇于该项目。The name, experience and resume of the main administrative personnel, supervision personnel, engineering personnel in this project shall be provided. These personnel shall be employed in this project in full time.
4. 项目部技术负责人，应由具有丰富工程和管理经验的人员担任。The project department technical head shall be the personnel with vast engineering and management experience.
5. 须有数量相当、经验丰富的管理和专业技术人员担任项目工程师。项目工程师、管理和专业技术人员须满足下表要求，且应提供每一岗位的人员的资料。There must be a number of experienced management and professional technical personnel as the project engineers. The project engineer, management and professional technical personnel must satisfy the requirements listed in the following table, and the materials of the personnel in every position shall be provided.
6. 须提交一份在本项目中的项目经理在其他类似规模的信号系统项目中作为主要负责人的用户证明。项目经理和项目工程师要专职服务于该项目，由任职开始至合同执行完为止，履行在合同内要尽的责任。工程开始后，只要招标人认为项目经理或项目工程师不能正确及时地履行其职责，招标人有权在任何时间要求撤换。投标人应承诺在一（1）个月内更换。A certification from the user must be provided to indicate that the project manager of this project has been working in the other signal system project with similar scope as a principle head. The project manager and project engineer shall serve this project in full time, from the beginning to the completion of the contract, to take the responsibility specified by the contract. After the project start, if Biddee believes that the project manager or the project engineer cannot perform his responsibility correctly and in time, then Biddee has the rights to make a replacement in any time. Bidder shall promise that the replacement will be made within one (1) month.
7. 应派有接口经验的工程师作为专职接口负责人。The engineer with the experience in interface shall be assigned as the special interface head.
