使用本仪器之前,请仔细阅读本使用说明书,以便使您能正确使用仪器,避免不必要的测量误差, 确保测量精度, 延长仪器的使用寿命。
pHS-25型pH计, 是一台由单片机控制,具有蓝色背光、双排数字显示LCD,同时显示pH(mV)值和温度值、缓冲溶液自动认知(pH4.00、pH6.86、pH9.18)功能,适用于工矿、研究院所的化验室取样测定水溶液的酸度(pH)值和测量电极电位(mV)值。

三、仪器的使用方法
开机前准备
a. 电极梗旋入电极梗安装座,调节电极夹到适当位置;
b. 拉下复合电极前端的电极套,将复合电极夹在电极夹上;
c. 用蒸馏水清洗电极;
d. 将随机所配的直流稳压电源接到仪器上的电源插座中,另一端连接到220V交流电源插座上。
仪器的开机
按一下仪器的“电源”键,仪器即进入pH测量状态。
仪器的关机
仪器在任何工作状态下,按一下仪器的“电源”键,仪器进入关机状态。
仪器的温度设置
当仪器在pH测量状态下,按仪器的“▲”或“▼”键,仪器的“℃”符号会闪耀,当调整到所需的温度值时,按仪器的“mV/pH/ENTER”键,仪器的“℃”符号停止闪耀,把设置的温度值存入仪器内,仪器自动返回到pH测量状态。
仪器的标定
仪器在使用前,即测量溶液pH值前,先要进行标定。但并不是每次使用前都要进行标定,一般当测量间隔时间比较短的情况下,每天标定一次即可。
本仪器可以进行采用一点标定,也可以进行二点标定;仪器具有自动认知标定和手动标定功能,具体操作方法如下:
一点标定
注意:仪器使用一点标定时,其斜率值使用的是上一次的标定值
(1) 按一下“电源”键,接通电源,仪器进入“pH”测量状态;
(2) 按“▲”或“▼”键,调整仪器的温度显示值,使仪器温度显示值与使用的标准溶液的温度值相一致(在按“▲”或“▼”键,仪器的“℃”符号会闪耀),然后按仪器的“mV/pH/ENTER”键,把设置的温度值存入仪器内,仪器自动返回到pH测量状态;
(3) 按仪器的“CAL”键,使仪器“定位”符号闪耀,表明仪器进入第一点标定状态;
(4) 首先用蒸馏水清洗电极,然后在三种pH缓冲溶液中选择一种与被测溶液pH值比较接近pH缓冲溶液。把电极插入此标准溶液中,同时利用电极轻轻搅拌,然后停止搅拌,轻轻地把电极置于溶液中,等待仪器的读数稳定;
(5) 当使用仪器的自动认知标定功能进行标定时,按仪器的“mV/pH/ENTER”键,仪器显示该标准溶液在当前温度下的pH值,然后仪器“斜率”符号闪耀,按仪器的“CAL”键,仪器“斜率”符号消隐,仪器的一点标定完成,可以进行测量。

Before operation this instrument, please read the operation manual carefully, in order to enable you to use the instrument correctly, and avoid the unnecessary measurement error, so as to guarantee the precision of measure, lengthen the service life of this instrument.
pHS-25 pH meter is a controlled by microprocessor, have blue back light and double digital display LCD; has the function of displaying pH (mV) value and temperature value in the same time, and buffering the automatic cognitive (pH4.00 , pH6.86 , pH9.18 ) solution. It is suitable for taking a sample and determining the value of acidity (pH ) of the aqueous solution and measuring the value of electric potential of electrodes (mV ) of the industrial mining and laboratory of the institute.

III.Operating Methods of Instrument
Preparation before startup
a. Screw the electrode stalk into an installing seat and regulate the electrode clamper to an appropriate location;
b. Remove electrode casing at the front end of compound electrode and nip the compound electrode onto the electrode clamper;
c. Rinse the electrode with distilled water;
d. Connect randomly assigned regulated power supply to the power plug of instrument and connect the other end to 220V AC power plug.
Startup of instrument
Press key “Power supply” on instrument, which enters into pH measuring state.
Shutdown of instrument
Press key “Power supply” on instrument in any working state and the instrument enters into state of shutdown.
Temperature setting of instrument
When the instrument is in pH measuring state, press key“▲”or“▼”on instrument, the symbol “C” on instrument will be flashing; when it is adjusted to the required temperature value, press key “mV/pH/ENTER”on instrument, the symbol “C” will stop flashing and store the set temperature value into the instrument and it will return to pH measuring state automatically.
Calibration for instrument
Before starting up instrument, namely measuring pH value of solution, calibration should be carried out in advance but not every time before application. Generally, only one time of calibration per day is available when the measuring interval is relatively short.
This instrument adopts both one-point calibration and two-point calibration; the instrument has functions of automatically cognitive calibration and manual calibration, the specific operating methods are as follow:
One-point calibration
Notes: as for one-point calibration, the slope value applied is the calibration value last time.
(1) Press key “Power supply” and switch on, the instrument enters into “pH” measuring state;
(2) Press key“▲”or“▼”to regulate temperature value of instrument and keep temperature value of instrument consistent with temperature value of standard solution (the symbol “C” on instrument will flash on pressing key “▲”or“▼”), and then press key “mV/pH/ENTER”on instrument to store the set temperature value into instrument and the instrument will return to pH measuring state automatically.
(3) Press key “CAL”to make symbol “Calibration” on instrument flash, indicating the instrument has entered into calibration state for the first point;
(4) At first, rinse the electrode with distilled water, then select a sort of pH buffer solution among three pH buffer solutions with a pH value being close to the tested solution. Insert the electrode into this standard solution and mix it with the electrode at the same time, then stop mixing and put the electrode in the solution slightly, waiting for the reading of instrument becoming stabilized;
(5) When apply the function of automatically cognitive calibration for calibrating, press key “mV/pH/ENTER”on instrument and the instrument indicates pH value of the standard solution at current temperature, and then the symbol “Slope”on instrument flashes, which will disappear if key“CAL” is pressed. After one-point calibration has been completed, the measurement can be carried out.
When manual function of instrument is applied for calibrating, press key“▲”or“▼”to keep reading indicated by instrument consistent with pH value of buffer solution at current temperature (if mixed phosphate is applied for calibration at the temperature of 10℃, pH=6.92), press key“mV/pH/ENTER”on instrument and instrument indicates pH value of this standard solution at current temperature, and then the symbol “Slope”on instrument flashes, which will disappear if key“mV/pH/ENTER” is pressed. After one-point calibration has been completed, the measurement can be carried out.
Two-point calibration
(1) Carry out calibration for the first point as per method of one-point calibration, when the symbol “Slope”on instrument flashes, it indicates that the instrument enters into calibration state for the second point.
(2) After taking out the electrode form pH buffer solution, which should be rinsed with distilled water, insert the rinsed electrode into to another pH buffer solution and mix it with the electrode, then stop mixing and put the electrode in the solution slightly, waiting for the reading of instrument becoming stabilized;
(3) When apply the function of automatically cognitive calibration for calibrating, press key “mV/pH/ENTER”on instrument, which means the two-point calibration has been done and it enters into measuring state;
When manual function of instrument is applied, press key“▲”or“▼”to keep reading of indicated by instrument consistent with pH value of buffer solution at current temperature (if sodium tetraborate is applied for calibration at the temperature of 10℃, pH=9.33), press key
