BF: 我们同意这一项，但是现在的问题是我们尚没有建筑师绘图信息、足够的监测与评价信息以及用以完成我们100%的ID建设绘图的证明（之前我们已经请求过3次，这是第4次）。虽然为了继续我们的工作，你们从建筑师那里得到了绘图的恰当意图，因为目前这完全是我们对于绘图的ID假设，这就是我们在该二层内预留出部分区域的原因。 并且为了按照董事长指定的日期按期完工，我们需要立即获取所有信息，对施工图不可能再等待更长的时间。
1. 对于一层入口门厅和门，我们需要建筑师的绘图（CAD格式）。请参见我们之前在2010年04月19日发出的请求电子邮件。
2. 二层的整个楼层尚等待完工，我们需要建筑师的绘图（CAD格式）。按照之前与项目组协定的ID布局，为了确定平面图与正面图的关系的建筑师是正确的（最近的绘图全是错误的）。请参见我们之前在2010年04月19日发出的请求电子邮件。
3. 我们需要从制造商那里获取电梯轿厢的绘图（CAD格式）。请参见我们之前在2010年04月19日发出的请求电子邮件。
4. 来自专家的餐具室设计图（CAD格式）以及所有设备设备的信息。请参见我们之前在2010年04月19日发出的请求电子邮件。

7. 机械及电气、户口以及消防服务尚没有足够的信息，并且仍然没有与我们的设计意图相吻合，因此我们建议与所有的咨询顾问和工作组举行一次面对面的协调会议。该协调也需要所有咨询顾问讨论所有的待解决信息，例如二层的电梯轿厢、餐具室设备尺寸以及餐具室制造专家。与此能够同步进行的是，审查下面提到的所有实物模型，只需要保证承包商提前并适当地准备好所有的实物模型即可。请参见我们之前在2010年04月19日发出的关于请求召开会议的电子邮件。

Hope everything is well.
We very much appreciate the technical support from you and the lighting design company for the 6th floor of Ginko project in May. Presently, the fit-out construction of this project is progressing very well.
For the Ginko Shenxianshu project, Chairman Fang specifies that the fit-out construction of building A should be finished before October of this year, and the restaurant should be opened in October. For this to happen, we’d like to discuss with you the schedule for construction progress and design deliverables:
1. The external elevation of A/B buildings has now been covered with stone material, and construction scaffold was removed by May 31. Please refer to the following picture for effect. The unfinished construction on the second floor of building A and the copper roof of building B, etc. would be constructed during fit-out construction phase.
BF: We are okay with this however the problem now is we don’t have Architect drawing info, enough M&E info and some confirmation to complete our ID construction drawing 100% (as our requested 3 times earlier and this is the 4th request). Even if you have proper drawing’s intent from Architect in order to continue our work because right now it is totally our ID assumption on drawing, that’s why we pending few areas included this Level2. And to finish as Chairman specific dateline we need all information immediately and not possible to wait longer for shop drawing.
1. Level1 Entrance vestibule & door, we need drawing from Architect (CAD file). Please refer to our earlier requested email on 19.04.10.
2. Level2 whole floor are On Hold, we need drawing from Architect(CAD file). Architect to make sure relationship between plan & elevation are correct (latest drawings are all wrong) according to ID layout as agreed with team earlier. Please refer to our earlier requested email on 19.04.10.
3. We need Lift car drawing from Manufacture (CAD file). Please refer to our earlier requested email on 19.04.10.
4. Pantry design drawing (CAD file) and all Equipments info by Specialist. Please refer to our earlier requested email on 19.04.10.
5. Regard to our confirmation requested on email 20.05.10 and 22.04.10, we would need your approve confirmation to relocate these 2 lift car as our explanation in those 2 emails. Please kindly recheck our 2 emails.
6. Please be remind about ID mock-up request noted on our drawing and specification package. Refer to our detail explanation in item7 below.
7. M&E, AC, Fire service has not enough info and still no coordinated to our design’s intent so we would suggest face-to-face coordination meeting with all consultants and site team. This coordinate will need all consultants to discuss about all On-Hold info as well such as Level2, Lift car, Pantry equipment size, Pantry manufacture specialist. We can also make this the same trip for review all mock-up as mentioned right below, just need to make sure contractor prepare all mock-up earlier and properly. Please refer to our earlier requested for meeting on email 19.04.10.
For “VIP Club - Level6” same issue, our colleague ‘Poom’ will need to have face-to-face coordination meeting on the same date as mentioned by Richard on email 16.04.10 as well.
