BF: 按照我们之前在2010年05月20日的电子邮件的信息，我们已经在2010年05月31日提出了我们的施工文件（我们提出了我们所能提出的信息，不包括待解决区域以及丢失信息）。没有以上请求信息，我们确实不能完成施工文件中100%的内容或者是继续待解决的项目。当我们按照错误的文件开始建设ID装备时，这将在现场产生很大的问题。
我们对于“建筑物 B”的原始计划目标是2010年06月11日提出提出计划并遵循（同样是TBC日期）所有的高度、门一览表及细节、任何新的说明、任何新的细节（“建筑物 B”与“建筑物 A”大部分的细节文件相同，因为我们想保持我们的设计一致）。我们将只在与“建筑物 A”不同的文件中或者其附加文件中提出这些新的细节和说明，因此请密切注意这一点。
对于照明咨询文件，“Lai Kuen(PLD)”将再一次通知每一个人有关建筑物A和B发布的原始日期。
BF: 注意，我们在05月20日得到回复并给出了我们的评论，因此请您再次核对电子邮件。我们也将在今天按照您的审查意见提出改进后的设计及其透视图。

PS: Please kindly make sure all these requested information come in one time. It is necessary to come in 1 time in order to combine everything together to 100% completed package as Chairman’s specific dateline.
The stone pavement in the square will be done within this month. It is planned that the fit-out construction company will enter the site and commences their work within this month.
BF: Of course no problem, we would like to remind team about our ID mock-up request noted on our drawing and specification package. For quite number of rooms and repetition we have in this restaurant, we really need this for our review and comment on site to make sure everything is execute as our design’s intent (This is really critical according to our experience in many projects in the same case). Refer to our propose for mock-up review on site above.
We appreciate all kinds of comments and suggestions for adjustment from you.
2. We have received the preliminary interior design construction document and materials manual of building A at the end of April. Since the deadline requested by Chairman Fang is very challenging, now we are wondering the possible date for us to have the completed version. Your confirmation by this week will be very much appreciated.
BF: According to our earlier informed on email 20.05.10, we already issued out our construction package on 31.05.10 (we issued as far as information we have, without On-Hold area and missing info). We really can’t complete 100% construction package or continue on On-Hold items without above requested info (list on item1 above). Otherwise our ID drawing will be just assumption by us, not accurate and useless. This will create major problem on site when we start to build ID fit out follow inaccurate package
Our rough schedule target for ‘Building B’ will be 11.06.10 to issue 6 plans and follow with (TBC date again) all elevations, door schedule & detail, any new specification, any new detail (‘Building B’ will share most of the detail with ‘Building A’ package because we want to keep our design consistency). We will issue these new detail & spec only for the sheet that different or add-on from ‘Building A’ package so please kindly note on this.
For Lighting consultant package, ‘Lai Kuen(PLD)’ will inform everyone the rough date of Building A & B issuance by herself again.
3. Chairman Fang has given his feedback to the floor plan of the small banquet hall in building B on May 6. Since this part of program should be open in Oct. as well, Chairman Fang is looking forward to your comments.
BF: Noted, we was reply back and gave our comment on 20 May so could you please recheck the email again? And we also going to issue revised layout with perspective within today for your review as well.
4. Upon the request of GINKO, our design development team has stationed at the site from this week. We will e-mail you any feasibility suggestions we may have regarding your preliminary construction documents within this week, and we would appreciate if you could send us the complete construction documents at your earliest convenience.
BF: Noted, no problem. Please kindly keep our colleague “June” in loop for this project building A & B, thank you. We would suggest regularly conference call every 2 weeks with send us list query earlier for 2 days before (need 2 days to prepare our feedback info). For completed construction package, please refer to our reply (on item1, 2) above.
