招募策略及会员活动三: 院内淋巴瘤义诊 ?a?a吸引目标患者集中活动
目的:
美罗华目标医院开诊义诊活动,参加活动的患者及家属多为我们要招募的目标客户群。
义诊活动同时为项目做公益宣传,做院内加入系统的路径指引,为招募工作做好准备。
通过义诊专家的诊断咨询,推荐患者加入美罗华患教项目,成为潜在消费者。
项目形式:
为淋巴瘤患者免费提供专家诊断。
为淋巴瘤患者提供免费咨询、体检。
项目宣传,推荐患者加入项目。
目标客户:还没有加入项目的有意加入的淋巴瘤患者,他们是美罗华的潜在用户,项目会员,其他主动参与的患者。
项目实施:
在上海、北京、广州试点医院开展, 每个医院3个月一次。
辅以院内宣传、网站及热线通知。
义诊可以现场加入会员,既有礼包。
启动时间:2010年9月 上海;2011年3月 北京;2011年9月 广州。
招募策略及会员活动四: 健康大讲堂
项目目的:
宣传患教项目,吸引患者加入项目;
为会员及非会员患者讲解淋巴瘤的疾病知识及药物治疗的知识;
目标客户: 没有加入项目但有意加入项目的患者, 项目会员,及自愿接受教育的其他患者。
项目实施:
以销售代表为主,以其所负责的市场区域为单位开展活动。
在销售额排名中top30的医院中开展。
形式为院内讲座,销售代表负责联系专家和组织患者,联系场地等。
每次院内讲座,以20~30名患者为宜,每2个月一次,共计60场。
现场加入成为会员现场填写ICF,或事后网站及800自助入会。
辅之宣传资料包及礼品(招募期会员使用)
启动时间:2010年11月。
VIP会员活动策略目标
对已经成为美罗华用户的患者进行进一步的教育及有附加价值的服务,提高患者依从性,成为美罗华的忠实用户。

项目目的:
为VIP会员提供关爱服务,体现项目的附加价值。
推广标准化治疗方案,提高患者的依从性。
目标客户:已经是项目会员的,并且已经用美罗华治疗的患者。

StrategyⅡ of the Recruitment and Member Activity:Healthy Prescription
Carry out healthy prescription of lymphoma action in pathology department, report picking-up place of the outpatient section and in-hospital education conference except lymphoma specialist consultation:
Contents of the healthy prescription: emphasize the introduction of the public benefit of the item and the patients' benefits.
Disease knowledge: make disease knowledge advertisements of lymphoma to set up decision for the patients to fight lymphoma;
Introduction of the hospital and specialty: health book and member quarterly;
Hot line and web site show: provide direct specialist telephone counseling service and online service, and obtain disease management comprehensive service via hot line and site registration;
Disease management: members can obtain therapeutic evaluation check when receiving reexamination and disease management of the system for free.

The activity of volunteer medical consultation also make the public service announcement for the project, introduce the route to join the system in the hospital, make preparation for the recruitment work.

Project Objective:
Patient education promotion project; attract patients to join the project;
Explain lymphomat knowledge of disease and drug treatment knowledge to the members patient and non-members patient;
Target customer: Patient not joined the project but was interested in joining the project, project members, and other patients voluntary for education.
Implementation of the project:
Rely mainly on sales representative, and carry out the activates based on their responsible region as the unit.
Carry out activates in the top30 hospitals in the sales;
In the form of hospital lectures, sales representative is responsible for contacting with experts and organized patients, and contact relevant personal for activity site;
Lectures of each hospital shall be suitable for 20 to 30 patients 1, every two months, with total of 60 times.
The patient attended as the member in the activities shall fill in ICF, or visit the web site or call 800 to join membership.
