电气装置日常维护翻译-中英对照
1. 在对相关电气设备的检查、保养/维修和清洁，以及对某电气设备或附近的电气装置进行日常/临时维修工作时，应该按照本服务规程附件一（“安全措施操作方法”）中的说明，由受委托方对机器或电气设备实行了安全防护措施后方能实施操作。并按照该附件的说明，在机器和/或电气设备的电源控制箱上贴上“工作进行中不得实行操作”的标识牌。

The inspection, maintenance/repairing and cleaning of the relevant electric equipment and the daily or temporary repairing of same electric equipment or electric device around, shall observe the description of the attached appendix 1 of this service rules (“Operation Technique of The Safety Measure”). The operator shall start the operation before the entrusted party implements the safe safeguard procedure. And paste the identification card of “No Operation Will Be Admitted in Running Period” on the power control cabinets of the machine and/or electric equipment according to the explanation of this appendix.

a) 必须关闭电气箱，并将标识牌挂贴在电气箱的外面；
a). Close the electric-control-box, and paste or hang the marking plate on external housing of electric-control-box;
b) “安全措施的受委托人”必须保证，放置在某房间（变压器室、电气柜室等）内的电气控制箱，其入口的门应与房间的门保持同样安全措施的状态，即用钥匙关闭。
b) “Entrusted Personnel of Safety Measure” shall guarantee that the entry of electric-control-box in some room (transformer room and electrical cabinet room, etc.) shall keep the same status of safety measure as the door of the room, namely use the key to turn off the equipment.
c) 对通过低压（BT）或/和高压 (AT) 进行供电的机器或/和设备实施安全保护措施的受委托人员，将列举在本服务规程的附件二中。

2. As the person in charge of implementation, it has the quality to submit the written application for the implementation of the safety measure of machine and/or electric equipment. Together with the technological staff related to this subject including the group leader of the operating technology (CTE), the group leader on duty of the section of brick stone grinding, workshop director, superintendent of the maintenance, and the new equipment operator for signing the special registration form of safety measure shall be fixed on the following points:
a) 所有操作技术组长和砖石磨碾工段班组长有权实行未在计划内的操作（指紧急的，未预见的事件等）；
a) All group leaders of operating technology and monitor or brick stone grinding section have the right to implement the operation out of plan (mean the urgent and unpredicted incident, etc.);
b) 任何其他已制定计划的操作，都必须经实施操作的负责人批准。
b) Any other formulated operation plan shall be authorized by the operating director.
3.对于部分或完全承包委托的工作，允许签署专门的安全措施登记表，作为参与该主题的机器和/或电气设备安全措施方面可使用的备注，也作为向预先任命的承包企业负责人、工地负责人、或他们的受委托人指出他们的职责，并按照传真附件五中的内容，通过书面形式向措施实施负责人明确说明。

在安全措施登记表上必须明确指明：
The items shall be clearly pointed out in the registration form of safety measure are as follows:
a ）安全措施申请的日期（第2列）和时间（第3列）;
a) Application date of safety measure (the second column) and time (the third column);
b ）申请安全措施为机器和/或电气设备实施安装的车间（第4列）;
b) The workshop of the machine and/or electric equipment applied for the safety measure (the 4th column);
c ）申请安全措施的具体机器和/或电气设备（第5列），具体说明如下：
c) The concrete machine and/or electric equipment apply for safety measure (the 5th column). The detail description is as follows:
c.1 ）申请人的责任，是评估是否有必要申请与机器或电气设备有关的安全措施，以确保安全的工作条件;
c.1). The applicant responsibility is to assess whether it is necessary to apply for the safety measure related to the machine or electric equipment, so as to ensure the safety operation condition;
c.2） 需要对于每台机器和/或电气系统实行单独申请，建议尽可能详细地说明需要申请安全措施的机器或电气设备情况，以避免任何可能的误解;
c.2) It is necessary to submit the application for each machine and/or electric system separately; it is suggested to describe the machines or electric equipment situations applied for safety measure in detail as much as possible, in order to avoid any possible misunderstanding;
d ）申请安全措施实施负责人的签字（第6列）：该列需划分为三个小列，以便在同一机器或同一电气设备要求申请多项安全措施的情况下，各安全措施的申请人，能够使用该三列中的一列清楚地实行签字，以便使他人能容易地识别签名人和他们所申请的安全措施，明确说明如下：
d) The signature of the person in charge of implementation applied for the safety measure (the 6th column): This column may be divided into three small columns. Therefore, each applicant of safety measure may clearly sign in one of these three columns under the condition that the same machine or the same electric equipment applied for multiple safety measures. Thus the others may distinguish the signature and applied safety measure easily. The detail description is as follows:
d 1）每位服务负责人，除了他的签名外，还将在签名的相应列中，明确注明日期（第2列）和时间（第3列）；实施负责人必须通知操作技术组长CTE或车间（装袋车间，采石车间等）的负责人有关无法实行操作的机器和/或电气设备情况;
d 1) Each director in charge of service, except his signature, shall clearly note the date (the second column ) and time (the third column ); the the person in charge of implementation shall inform the group leader of operating technology CTE or workshop director (bagging workshops and quarry workshop, etc.) the relevant situation of machine and/or electric equipment fail to operate;
d 2）随后，操作技术组长CTE或车间负责人将该安全措施情况通报安全措施受委托人，即通知车间电气设备员，或由他们的负责人（电气服务组长CSE ， 设备服务组长CSA或联合服务组长CSR）通知其他安全措施受委托人;
d2). Later, the group leader of operating technology CTE or workshop director shall inform the situation of this safety measure entrusted person of safety measure, namely inform the operator of electric equipments, or inform the other entrusted person of safety measure by their director (group leader of electric service CSE, group leader of equipment service CSA or group leader of cooperative serves CSR);
e）由实施负责人按照实施措施（对机器或电气设备及附近电气设备的日常/临时检查，维修和清洁）的必要性，预先通知操作技术组长CTE或车间负责人的签字（第7列），必须注意机器和/或电气设备不适于实施的情况，比如：

e.2) Inform the directors of each workshop shall paste “No Operation Will Be Admitted in Running Period” on the electric control box;
