The special operating methods are merely available when operation mentioned above can not be implemented partially (or completely), which are required for some machine or device with peculiar properties.

机器和电气设备安全措施登记可参见本服务规程的附件四中列举的部分内容。

在委托外企业承包加工的情况下, 作为负责某机器的日常/临时维修、检查和清洁，以及对电气设备或附近的电气装置进行日常/临时维修的订货代表人，为了能在订货人生产单位正式实施安全措施程序，必须在起草“现场临检的纪要“时，将本服务规程的复印件交付给承包的企业负责人。
In circumstance of contracting processing by commission, the order representative who is responsible for daily/temporary inspection, maintenance and cleaning for a certain machine as well as daily/temporary maintenance for electric equipment and nearby electric devices shall submit the copy of this Service Regulations to principal of contracting enterprise when drafting out “The Summary of Factory Inspection” for formally implementing procedures of safety measure in manufacturer of orderer.
安全防护和措施服务负责人RSPP，将负责更新本服务规程的内容如下：
The person RSPP who is in charge of safety protection and measure service will update the content of this Service Regulations as follows:
• 机器清单，本服务规程的附件一;
• List of Machine, the Appendix I of this Service Regulations;
• 有关授权实施机器或电气设备安全措施的专家PES和经特种工作专门培训的PAV人员名单，本服务规程附件二；
• The name list of experts PES with warranty of implementing safety measure for machine and electric equipment and PAV members through special training, the Appendix II of this Service Regulations.
• “特别情况”的相关操作方法，本服务规程附件三；
• Related operating methods for “special circumstance”, the Appendix III of this Service Regulations.
• 备有“安全措施的登记表”的地点列表, 本服务规程附件四。
• Location list of “Registration Form of Safety Measure”, the Appendix IV of this Service Regulations.
每月一次，安全防护和措施服务负责人RSPP负责审核登记表，以检验在本服务规程中，安全程序的应用是否正确，并对产生异常情况的页码进行标注。
The person RSPP who is in charge of safety protection and measure service will audit the registration form every month to check if the safety procedure is correct in this Service Regulations and mark the page for abnormity.
在出现问题的情况下，召集异常情况记录的负责人, 检查问题的产生原因, 并重新对照登记，并签署一份说明参加人员和着手实施措施的会议记录。
When problem occurs, it is necessary to call in the responsible person who recorded the abnormity and examine the reason of problem, register it again and subscribe minute of participators and measures.
任何与本规定不同的例外，都应及时报领导部门批准.
Any exception different from this regulation shall be reported to the leading sector for approval.
登记表是非常重要的, 应该对表的页码编号，并小心仔细有条理的保存，如上描述的所有操作和说明，将由授权的人员负责实施。
The registration form is very important and the page of form should be numbered which must be kept carefully. All operation and explanation mentioned above shall be implemented by authorized person.

Every year, the group leader of cooperative service （CSR）or group leader of electric service (CSE) will convoke all experts PES with warranty of implementing safety measure for machine and electric equipment and PAV members in order to ingeminate safety procedure described in this Service Regulation and further provide other renewed information related to safety measures for machine and electric equipment.
在会议召集期间将编写一份列有参加人员和处理各项议题的纪要。.
During summoning the conference, a summary with participators and topic for discussion is listed on it.
该纪要将由安全防护和措施服务负责人保存。
This minute shall be kept by the person who is in charge of safety protection and measure service.
