遮雨板防水测试翻译-中英对照
在要求完全防水的各处都需要装遮雨板。其钢板的厚度应当不小于0.7毫米。套筒带的周长应当在15厘米到25厘米之间。
在壁板、屋顶以及内墙的管道的穿插、套接、开口等应当在投标人的设计图中展示出来,且应当合理设计,达到防风、防雨、防尘的效果。
天窗
天窗应当符合在一般技术规范的“金属薄板”和“金属薄板涂层”两部分中提到的要求。其所用到的材料、扣件以及涂层应当与技术规范中所规定的壁板材料的规格相同。
4.4.3.23.9 装配
转配应当严格按照厂家的程序步骤来。金属和铝应当时刻分开以避免发生电镀反应。
4.4.3.23.10 在装配过程中隔热材料的保护
对于所有隔热的构筑,在装配过程中保护其免受风吹日晒等天气的变化损害,减少隔热材料吸水或者吸收其他潮湿的东西。
4.4.3.23.11 壁板、屋顶和内墙的清洁
壁板、金属屋顶和内墙的所有暴露在外的部分应当无标记、无灰尘、无污渍、无裂缝、无变色等。其在安装的时候管道至少应当是干燥的。
壁板、金属屋顶和内墙的所有暴露在外的部分,在业主验收前其外观首先应当令人满意。
4.4.3.23.12 外观存在缺陷的补救方法
外观的缺陷包括缺口、抓痕、擦伤、凹陷、涂写(handing)、erection、风化等。投标人对此的补救方法如下:
在原来的涂层上再次涂上一层或者多层相同材质的有机瓷釉进行修葺。修葺部分的厚度、外观和色彩应当与原先的吻合。若修葺部分无法令业主满意,则应当更换损坏的薄板或者零件。
4.4.3.23.13 检查与检测
除非另有规定,投标人应当负责本规范中提到的所有检查和检测。业主在检查或者检测过程中,可以到投标人的工厂或者施工地点察看投标人的工作进度。
涂层检测
屋顶和墙面的外钢板涂层应当符合下列标准,且试验结果应当由中立的检测机构证明,由其认可。
以下的各个检测结果均应当提交给雇主,与以下要求进行核对。
色彩的变化和防止退色的性能
一个至少有两个直接切下来的边缘的样本,经过至少60天的加速耐候性试验和/或200.000兰利的紫外线照射无破裂,起皮、起泡或脱落。最大的色彩变化,包括外部的污垢、尘土堆积,应当不超过每单位2nbs。
磨损——涂层的耐久性检测
该试验中采用扁平试样。检测主要是依据ASTM的D-968-51()的试验标准进行的,其中指出,末端最先显示的是基底金属。在这个检测中,涂层在显露极地金属之前应需要能够经受至少200次粗沙的摩擦。
涂层整体性检测
根据ASTM B-117-64号的试验标准,样本至少需要在盐雾试验中经过1000个小时,还包括挂擦试验。从试验环境中移出来时,样本应当没有任何破裂、驳皮、起泡或者脱落。
耐污检测
没有任何保护边缘的扁平试样,将在克氏试验中循环30个周期,要求样本没有任何破裂、驳皮、起泡或者脱落的现象出现。克氏试验是首先将样品暴露在40摄氏度的温度下8小时,样品会被放置在相对潮湿的SO2和CO2气体环境中,两种污染气体的浓度根据克氏试验的DIN50018号测试标准规定。随后又是16个小时的干燥时间,这才完成一次克氏试验的循环周期。
耐湿性测试
根据ASTM的D-2247-68号试验标准,样品要在华氏100度的温度下放置1000个小时,要求样本没有任何破裂、驳皮、起泡或者脱落的现象出现。
镜面光洁度测试
根据ASTM的D-2247-68号试验标准,一个平面样本会在60华氏度的温度下进行测试,等级会在10到15之间。
漆膜硬度检测(ASTM第D3363号标准),应当至少能够经受住F铅笔的推划。
人工老化试验(ASTM第G23号标准),在阳光射线下暴晒5000个小时,在8号的每次ASTM第D659试验的时候没有脱落现象,且每经过一次STM D224的试验退色不会超过5nbs,在凝露循环试验下循环60/60个周期。
可延展性测试(ASTM第D1737号标准):能够经受1T到2T的弯曲。
光滑度测试(ASTM第523号标准):在60度的光泽度计上有25-35%的反射率。
撞击:当如下测试结束后,涂层没有脱落。
用一把锋利的刀从涂层到金属平行地刻下6道或者更多道口子,每条刻痕间隔1.5毫米。
以相同方式交叉刻。
保留影响为东92厘米/公斤,或者是对准金属的裂缝。
用玻璃纸胶带粘在刻痕上,然后猛力拉开。
应当没有涂层掉下。
WATER TESTING
The completed roofing and siding installation shall be such that absolutely no water shall leak through. The Employer reserves the right to conduct water leakage tests on installed roofing and siding at any time during the installation.
Should any leakage be discovered during such leakage test. The roofing and/or siding shall disassemble to the extent directed by the Employer and joints shall be resealed with specified sealant or tape, and the roofing, and/or siding reinstalled. Joints shall be sealed as directed by the Employer on all subsequent panels.
Warranty
The Bidder shall furnish the Owner, upon acceptance installation, a written warranty that fluorocarbon organic coating has been applied in accordance with licensee manufacturers process instructions and under normal conditions; and it shall meet the following standards for a minimum period of 10 years (the Bidder shall state the number of years warranty and also the number of times he will replace any defective panels without charges of any kind):
Will not chalk in excess of ASTM D659 No. 8 rating. Chalk rating shall be determined by the procedure outlined in ASTM D659.
Will not change colour more than 5 NBS units as determined in accordance with procedures set forth in ASTM D 2244, after removal of external deposits and chalk.
Will not crack, check or peel (lose adhesion).
