第一节 水汽系统概况
一.水汽取样系统的组成:
为保证机组安全运行,本工程为每台机组分别设置了一套水汽集中取样分析装置以监测热力系统水汽品质。
水汽集中取样分析装置由高温高压架、仪表盘和恒温装置组成,采用两屏式,其中高温高压架为一个屏架,仪表盘和恒温装置组合在一个屏架上。
二.水汽系统各取样点及仪表分布:
凝结水泵出口: 电导率表、溶氧表、钠表、人工取样
除氧器出口: 溶氧表、人工取样
省煤器入口: pH表、电导率表、硅表、人工取样
炉水(左侧、右侧): pH表、比电导率仪、人工取样
饱和蒸汽(左侧、中、右侧): 电导率表、硅表、人工取样
过热蒸汽(左侧、右侧): 电导率表、硅表、人工取样
再热蒸汽入口(左侧、右侧): 人工取样
闭式循环冷却水: 人工取样
高压加热器疏水: 人工取样
低压加热器疏水: 人工取样
凝结水精处理出口: pH表、电导率表、人工取样

一.水汽质量标准:
● 炉水水质控制项目和标准:(PO43尽量控制在1.0―1.5ppm)
PH:9~10 PO43 :0.5~3.0ppm SiO2≤250 PPb DD≤20us/cm
● 给水水质标准:
硬度:0umol/l 溶解氧≤7ppb PH :9.0~9.3 DD≤0.3us/cm
N2H4 : 10~30ppb Fe3+ ≤20ppb Cu2+≤5ppb
● 蒸汽控制项目、标准:
SiO2≤20ppb Na+≤10ppb DD≤0.2us/cm
● 凝结水控制标准:
硬度<1umol/l 氢电导率≤0.3us/cm 溶解氧≤30ug/l
● 经精处理混床处理后水质标准:
硬度0 umol/l 电导率≤0.2us/cm 二氧化硅≤15ug/l 钠 5ug/l
铁≤8ug/l 铜≤3ug/l
一.加药系统概况:
1.系统的功能:
化学加药系统包括给水及凝结水加氨系统,给水加联氨系统,炉水加磷酸盐系统,以控制水汽系统化学工况,防止系统结垢和腐蚀。氨加入凝结水处理的出口及除氧器下降管中维
持给水PH值在合适的范围内以防止系统腐蚀;联氨加入除氧器下降管中以去除残余氧;磷酸盐直接加入锅炉汽包,提高炉水PH值和防止残余硬度在锅内沉积,以防止结垢和腐蚀。
2.系统的组成和作用:
● 给水、凝结水加氨系统:
氨钢瓶中液氨经蒸发定量注入到氨搅拌溶液箱,稀释到1-5%浓度后,再由氨加药泵送至凝结水处理的出口和除氧器出口下降管,氨的加入量以控制给水PH值在9.09.5范围内。
● 给水加联氨系统:
桶装联氨定量注入到联氨搅拌溶液箱中,稀释到0.1-0.3%浓度后,再用联氨加药泵加至除氧器下降管中,加入联氨以控制给水残余氧在一定范围内。
● 炉水加磷酸盐系统
固体粉末状磷酸盐在溶液箱内加水配制成5-8%浓度的磷酸盐,再由磷酸盐加药泵送至锅炉汽包,磷酸盐的加药量以控制炉水磷酸根含量0.5-3mg/l范围内。
3.系统的设备组成:
● 给水及凝结水加氨系统
两台机组共用一套加氨装置。加氨为两点加氨,即除氧器下降管和凝结水精处理出口。每套加氨装置由2台搅拌溶液箱、5台加药泵(4台运行,1台备用)以及系统管路、阀门、管件
、表计等组成,每套加氨装置内所有设备、管道等全部固定在一个碳钢底盘上,并配备平台扶梯。系统内凡与溶液接触部分均应无铜件。
● 给水加联氨系统
两台机组共用一套加药装置。联氨的加入点为:除氧器下降管。每套加药装置由2台搅拌溶液箱、3台加药泵(2台运行,1台公共备用)以及辅助设备、管路、阀门、管件、表计等组
成,每套加药装置内所有设备、管道等全部固定在一个碳钢底盘上,并配备平台扶梯。
Chapter Two Pretreatment system of sea water
Section one Overview of sea water pretreatment
1. Overview of equipments:
The output power of incline pipe settling pond for each unit: 400t/h; two units; settling pond includes pipeline mixer, grid reaction tank and incline pipe
settling pond;
The output power of siphon filter is about 800t/h, including one unit and shall be divided into 8 to filtering unit;
Dosing device: one set of coagulant dosing device, a set of coagulant aid dosing device and a set of sodium hypochlorite dosing device; The coagulant and
coagulant aid shall be delivered into the pipe mixer; the sodium hypochlorite shall be delivered to inline pipe settling pond;

Section two Operation mode of system
The sedimentation tank shall be divided into two groups; filter tank is about 800m3/h, which uses two groups of parallel operations; the sedimentation tank
and filter tank have unit system operation and it is applicable to expand the operation of unit system. During the unit system operation, a group of
sedimentation shall match a group of filter tank; during the operation of expanded unit system, one group sedimentation match two groups of filter tanks.
These two types of operations may be regulated in manual.
Section three Preparations before system operation
I. Preparations before the start of coagulant dosing device.
1. The agitator motor dosing pump of solution tank may operate properly.
2. The watering feeding vent and discharging vent of solution tank shall be tightness; the inlet and outlet vent of dosing pump shall be open before
operation.
3. Coagulants supply shall be sufficient, which may ensure the consumption of 7-10 days; informs the relevant unit in case of insufficient of dosing
materials.
4. Dissolves the dosing materials:
Open the watering supply vent of solution tank, add water to 4/5 and slowly pour proper amount coagulant into the unit.
Start the mixer for stirring.
Open the watering supply vent and add the water to a required height.
Stop stirring after 20 minutes; open the outlet vent to discharge the solution to the gauge tank.
2. Preparation before the startup of congeal dosing device
1. Preparations before the start of coagulant dosing device..
2. The watering feeding vent and discharging vent of solution tank shall be tightness; the inlet and outlet vent of dosing pump shall be open before
operation.
3. Coagulants supply shall be sufficient, which may ensure the consumption of 7-10 days; informs the relevant unit in case of insufficient of dosing
materials.
4. Dissolves the dosing materials:
●Open the watering supply vent of solution tank, add water to 4/5 and slowly pour proper amount coagulant into the unit.
● Start the mixer for stirring;
●Open the water gate to the required height
●Stop stirring after 20 minutes; open the outlet vent to discharge the solution to the gauge tank.
3. Preparations before the start of sodium hypochlorite device:
1. Check the flow level of sodium hypochlorite storing tank.
2. Check that sodium hypochlorite dosing pump shall be in a normal operation.
3. Check that the inlet vent of sodium hypochlorite dosing pump shall be opened;
4. Check that the booster pump of sea water shall be in a normal operation; the discharging vent of incline pipeline settling tank and siphon filter tank
shall be close respectively, the manhole gate is close; the one-time dosing gate is open;
Section four System Operation;
I. Start of incline pipeline settling tank:
1. Open the front inlet of pipeline mixer.
2. Start the sea water booster pump; start the outlet vent and control to the proper flow capacity.
3. Start the coagulant dosing pump and the operation of coagulant aid and control proper amount of dosing flow.
4. Open the sodium hypochlorite dosing pump when the incline pipeline settling tank has the majority of water,
5. Start the siphon filter tank: open the inlet gate of siphon filter tank;
III. Shut down of incline pipeline settling tank:
1. Stop the coagulant dosing pump and operation of coagulant aid and close the outlet vent.
2. Stop the sea water booster pump and close the outlet vent.
3. Stop the operation of sodium hypochlorite dosing pump and close the outlet vent.
4. Close the front outlet of pipeline mixer.
5. Shut down the siphon filter tank: close the inlet vent of siphon filter tank.
