整流器系统控制翻译-中英对照
1.运行参数的控制:
整流器电流调节范围为0~7200A DC
2.自动切断整流器电源的极限值:
每组海水电解槽组的海水流量低极限值为20.4m3/h;
电解槽压力上限极限值为0.4MPa;
过电流极限值为7200A DC;
过电压极限值为50V DC;
电解液出水温度高限极限值为45℃;
电解槽电压下限极限值为0.3V DC;
3.过滤器自动反洗极限值:压力降极限值为0.035Mpa;
4.次氯酸钠贮存罐液位极限值:
当液位到达高液位5.5M时,启动冲击加药泵,冲击加药结束后,冲击加药泵停止;
当液位到达高高液位6.3M时,发出报警信号,提示操作人员,并自动溢流;
当液位到达低低液位0.25M时,停加药泵;
5.酸洗报警:电解槽电压上限极限值为5.5V DC;
6.运行的逻辑控制:
a .运行逻辑控制包括自动程序顺序控制方式下设备的启动和关断逻辑、手动单步控制方式下设备的启动和关断逻辑及联锁控制逻辑。
● 启动逻辑
海水泵启动      整流器启动       连续加药泵启动      冲击加药电动阀开启        进入运行监控。
此逻辑顺序适合于所有启动方式。
● 关断逻辑
整流器关断           加药泵关断          海水泵关断。
此逻辑顺序适合于所有关断方式。
b.联锁控制逻辑
联锁控制逻辑包括:
● 备用切换
海水泵、加药泵均有备用设置,在启动或运行过程中,如果运行设备出现故障,则关断运行设备,同时自动切换到备用设备。
● 时序逻辑联锁
各设备的启停操作必须符合工艺要求的时序逻辑。
● 顺序逻辑联锁
按启动逻辑和关断逻辑,方可顺序操作设备,如果违反顺序,则操作命令不能执行。
如:必须先开海水泵后,才能开启整流器。反之则不能。
● 条件逻辑联锁
按启动逻辑和关断逻辑,一些设备的启动或关断必须满足一定的条件,若条件不满足,则操作命令不能执行。
如:海水泵启动后,必须在流量、压力、温度条件满足时,方允许启动整流器。

● Operation of submerged pump
Inspection of the submerged pump before operation (before the first commissioning and after each repairing);
The voltage and frequency of power supply system shall comply with the description of the label plate of motor.
The rotation direction of motor shall be consistence with the rotation direction of pumps marked by the arrow. It is required to start up the motor in a

short time for checking the rotation direction after the installation of coupling.
It is required to check the feeding condition of lubricating grease inside the container while feeding the lubricating grease with the lubricator, including

the lubricant pipeline. It may fill the lubricant in case of necessity.
Implements the inspection while using the axis sealing;
If the rubber bearing is applied, note to carry out suitable flushing. The rubber bearing shall not operate in dry condition, even for several circles. It

is required to flush the pipeline with water continuously to prevent crack. The water consumption for each bearing flushing process shall be 1 m3/h.
●Startup of submerged pump
It is required to start the outlet valve under the closure condition; Uses the ampere meter in the start process for inspection.
Slowly turns on the outlet valve to adjust its current capacity after start up;
Maintenance during the operation
Pump group operates steady; it is required to shut down the operation and check out the reason in case of the occurrence of unusual noise or failure.
Implements the switching mechanism at regular interval;
●Shut down of submerged pump
Closes the outlet valve of pumps at first;
Shuts down the operation of motor;
6. Operation of air blower
●The inspection and preparatory work before air blower startup
The air blower and its surrounding area shall be clean and free of sundry goods to affect its operation;
The foot bolt and various junction planes connection shall be firmly fixed;
The injecting volume of lubricating oil shall comply with the relevant requirement;
The rotation of shaft turning machine shall be flexible and free of fricative noise and the unusual sound;
●Air blower startup
Opens the discharging valve of air blower;
Connects the cooling water pipeline;
Starts the air blower, after half minute, opens the outlet valve and closes the discharging valve.
●Shut down of air blower
Gradually opens the discharging valve of air blower;
Stops the air blower, closes the air outlet valve and discharging valve of air blower;
Closes cooling water valve.
●Operation surveillance of air blower
The surface of air blower and its surrounding area shall be cleaning;
Frequently checks fixture of fixing pin and fastener;
Checks the current and temperature rise of motor each hour; the temperature rise shall not be greater than 60℃; the bearing temperature shall not be

greater than 80℃;
Frequently checks the axis unit and ensure preclude the situation of blockage; it is required to clean the blockage in time.
Periodically inspect the operating condition of blower; it is required to shut down the operation of Root’s blower in case of the occurrence of following condition;
Accident of personal injury;
Water seepage of Root’s blower;
Belt creep or fall off;
Over current with smell of burning or smoke;
Fierce vibration; the sound is unusual;
Excessive temperature; surpasses the rated value;
Cooling water stopped;
7. Failure treatment of Root’s air blower

8. Operation of the equipments of compressed air system
Check the connection and tighten situation of each connecting piece; tighten the loosing part in time;
Check the flow condition of cooling water system; open the valve of total water inlet pipeline; and check whether the branches of water pipe are

unobstructed. Check the barometers and pressure gauge and the equipment shall be in a good condition.  .
The gas tank inlet valve shall be opened. After the pot internal pressure is greater than 0.60MPa, it is applicable to open the outlet valve of air collector and feed to the equipments.
Implement the patrol inspection every 2 hours; check whether the related parameters are in a normal range; check for possible leakage for the system and the normal operation of each meter.
Air collector of each shift shall discharge the water for one time; the discharging valve shall perform the discharging routine every morning shift after adjusting the valve.
Section sixth Operation principle of “local” and “remote”
In regular system operation, the general operating mode of equipment shall select “remote”, which may control the equipments operation through remote control system.
The “local” mode shall be selected in case of bugging, commissioning inspection or accident settlement.
After selecting the “local” operating mode, all heat engineering protection and interconnection logic shall not work any more except the electrical protection of electrical switch itself.
