1、辅料的配置
1）、把150g的蛋白酶（2709）放入规定的容器按1：1进行溶解，待用。
2）、把10kg的无水氯化钙放入规定的容器按1：1进行溶解，调节PH值至8.5，待用。
3）、把10kg的无水碳酸氢钠放入规定的容器按1：1进行溶解，待用。
2、投料、溶解
1）、打开溶解罐夹套补水管球阀，将自来水注满夹套，关闭排料阀门，
2）、打开内胆加水管道球阀，根据粗品肝素钠的投料量，按1：10的比例加入蒸馏水至溶解罐中
3）、将粗品肝素钠投料至溶解罐中，调PH7.8-8.0
3、升温、酶解、降温
1）、打开蒸汽阀门升温，启动搅拌电源，均匀搅拌升温至50-60℃2）、均匀搅拌至肝素钠粗品完全溶解
3）、搅拌过程中溶解液自然冷却降温至38-42℃，将已溶解好的蛋白酶（2709）150克加入料液中搅匀PH7.8-8.0，温控38-42℃间隔搅拌共4小时
4、加热升温、降温
1）先调值至PH8.5，加肠衣盐（15-20KG）3-4%按溶解后体积加，加辅料（无水碳酸钠106克，碳酸氢钠756克，EDTA186克，无水亚硫酸钠200克）加水10KG搅匀加入液体中，升温60℃加氯化钙10KG（氯化钙要先溶解调PH8.5）再升温85-90℃加无水碳酸钠10KG搅50-10分钟，关闭蒸汽保温30分钟后降温至60-65℃
5、过滤
打开溶解罐底部排料阀门，排料阀门经管道与板框过滤机相联接，溶解液经板框过滤机过滤、去除杂质，用泵将液体抽入溶解罐
6、沉淀
按1:2的比例向过滤液中加入80-90°酒精（过滤液:酒精=1:2），充分搅拌均匀，检测波美度在35-40℃按常温调节。保持4小时温度在30℃以上
7、脱水
采用自吸泵抽取出上清液后，取出沉淀后的肝素钠，加入85-95℃度酒精脱水，用滤布进一步滤干,然后放入不锈钢盘中。
8、烘干
1）、 将不锈钢盘放入烘箱内,烘箱温度设定在50~70℃;
2）、在烘干过程中操作人员每隔2小时观察烘箱温度,并如实填写记录(日期､时间､温度等)。
9、将两层塑料袋重叠套好并称重;其重量为皮重.
1)、取出烘干的肝素,用已称重的两层塑料袋密封后再称重,其重量为毛重.按照下列公式计算出肝素的净重。
净重=毛重-皮重
2）、在塑料袋外面贴上标签,标签上写明工厂名称､生产批号､生产日期､净重､效期等内容;包装后的肝素放入专柜储存。

Please contact us when you have made your travel arrangements to let us know your date of arrival in the UK. You are expected to arrive by Sunday 14July at the latest in order to be present on the first day of the course, Monday 15July.
