在装运时，要特别注意配电盘及控制面板的包装以防潮气进入。除非工程师另行同意，一般保护措施应包括将设备装入一个0.13毫米厚密封的聚乙烯袋及硅胶或其他经批准的空气干燥器内，并将多余的空气抽出，使得聚乙烯袋能够紧贴装置的外部轮廓。
电动电机（或类似设备）运输时，电机应上锁以防轴承在运输过程中因震动受损。
管路包装的设计旨在避免任何表面凹陷或者圆度受损。
所有的包装都应该使用识别编号清楚而显著地标记。标记内容应包含雇主参考号以及承包商的标记。
2.20.2运输
承包商应负责将设备运抵施工现场，包括其操作及保管。在某些特定情况下，设备的运输还包括以下任何一项或全部，但不限于此：
通过海运，陆运或空运的方式装载并运送设备，包括保险。
负责设备在柬埔寨港口或铁路或机场服务站入口处的相关费用，包括港口费、码头费、逾期费、中转存储费、终点装卸费、施工现场的再装载转运费。
将设备运输至施工现场，卸载并临时储存至仓库或使用遮盖放置，直到工程要求安装。
承包商应尽可能在港口或者航空或铁路终端详细检查设备，再运达施工现场。承包商一旦发现设备在运输时受损或被破坏，应立即通知工程师，由其检查设备并给出更换或维修的指令。
承包商应在施工现场准备一个临时的存储区域。现场安排及存储条件都必须经工程师审批。工程师将随时检查承包商准备的临时存储区域。没有正确存放，受损的或者被腐蚀的物品将被做上标记，且由承包商负责起更换的费用。承包商在运输付款过程结束后，仍应对设备的存储全权负责。
工程师认为不合格的设备都必须立即移除，并由承包商负责更换。
2.20.3Storage 存储
承包商应根据制造商的建议为所有设备提供安全，合适的存储地点，设备存储要考虑温度、雨水、阳光，风及地面条件等。
存储的设备由承包商规划放置，方便其在日后根据项目的需要重新使用。
支架上堆放的设备应防止因隔板所造成的损坏，并安全摆放。金属制品不得直接堆放在地上。
小物品可直接放入合适的大储藏箱，盒子或抽屉内，用标签清楚标记。
小心处理并存储设备以便其不受过度应力的挤压，保护其包装不被损坏。
承包商对于吊索，链条及挂钩的使用与放置应符合制造商的包装及设备标记的要求。
承包商应有一本库存帐，有需要时可对存储物进行查询，评判。
入口处仅限于存放原水主输送管道所需的管道， PPWSA（金边供水管理局）将在水处理厂内划出一块回填区域作为管道储存之用。承包商应负责围栏以及存储区的准备工作，包括进入该区域的通道。
2.21性能担保
承包商应担保每台设备都能具备令人，设备的整体性能良好能够生产出指定质量的原水，并达到泵送及运输的要求。
承包商还应担保项目清单所列的各项细节情况属实。
如果所担保的性能未达成，承包商有必要对设备做出修改或更换以达到理想的性能。
2.22拍照
承包商应在工程开始之前现场安排照相，随后根据工程师代表的要求提供JPEG格式的文件。承包商应承诺在未经雇主允许的情况下，不得将任何文件或打印文件做其他用途使用。承包商还应保证现场不得出现未经授权的摄影师。

2.20.3 Storage

2.22 Taking photos

Contractor shall also ensure that the site may not appear unauthorized photographer.
