承包商对施工的安装完全负责，并且负责提供全部熟练劳动，工具，举升装置和其它设备要求的处理和从存储区到现场设备的运输。
承包商必须提供足够数量的熟练安装工，能够按照指定要求安装设备，并且支付熟练的安装工费用，包括全部运输费用，全部开支和生活费用。

1.2 备件

在获得工程师批准后，承包商必须购买要求的备件。
如果有任何备件用于补救在维修期间出现的缺陷，承包商必须立即替换这样的备件，费用由承包商支付。
全部备件都可以严格与设备的相应部分通用。备件的质量不得低于原先设备的部件。备件必须采用足够的保护装入合适的集装箱，能在现场条件下进行贮存，并且要求要付4份零备件目录的详细分项。
全部备件必须在试验完成之前交付，并且在备件转交后发出接管证明书。
1.3 测量器和工具
