承包商施工设计规范-中英对照
1.1.1 总则
承包商负责施工设计并且达到预期的性能。
设备的设计必须便于操作，维修和清理。为了使两个大楼获得最小的建设费用和建设周期，施工设计要求避免复杂结构。大楼施工不得有任何压力管道，但是全部压力导管设置在泵里。结构和支持物，横梁等等较小部件不得采用传统的结构方法建立，要求采用金属构件。
施工的一般区域在图纸上标明 (PPWSA 限制)。如果联系的土地节省，承包商必须坚持关于图纸上标明的一般的位置或者提出实际操作安排。
1.1.2 管道工程和下水管道
提供合同包括条款中限制指定的全部用水，管道工程，阀门和装置。也包括全部管道工程排水，阀门和大楼内和结构装置。
施工作业必须提供全部必要检查阀门和分隔的阀门，压力管道， 叠梁闸门允许隔离或者移动，方便进行维修而不需要关闭新设备的任何其他部分设备的单项装置。.
1.1.3 栏杆、梯子、平台、盖板，等等 ...

1.1.4 备用设备
至少准备一个备用装置，可立即提供使用，要求为设备的全部项目安装备用装置，对施工的正常的操作非常必要。
如果施工装置在发生故障时不影响项目的运行，无论是停止使用或增加装置的运行负荷，不要求对所有设备按照备用装置。
作为引导，提供下列是否要求按照备用装置的设备：
-要求提供备用装置的设备
•原水泵，
•控制压力表
•工作站执行机构控制
-不要求提供备用装置的设备
•流量计,
1.1 Design
1.1.1 General
Contractor is responsible for construction design and achieves the desired performance.
Equipment must be designed so as to facilitate operation, maintenance and cleaning. In order to make the two buildings get minimum construction cost and construction period, construction design requirements shall avoid complex structure. Building construction shall not have any pressure pipeline, but all the pressure tube set in the pump. Structure and solid support, bar and so on small parts shall not adopt the structure of the traditional method to establish, require the use of metal components.

1.1.2 Pipeline engineering and water pipe
Provide all limits specified in the contract including terms water, pipeline, valve and device. Also includes all the drainage pipeline engineering, valves and building and structure of the device.
Construction work must provide all necessary check valve and separate valves, pressure pipe, stop log allows isolation or mobile, convenient maintenance and do not need to close the new equipment in any other part of the single unit. .
1.1.3 Railing, ladders, platforms, cover plate, etc...
Provide all manhole cover plate, sidewalks, platform, floor catheter block, construction with ladders and include in the contract of rail.
