标识和工艺说明翻译-中英对照

4.1设备的标识和电缆

仪器,电缆,管材和线材符合说明的要求。 电缆操作员必须将电缆连接紧密地绑紧。

标识系统必须符合买方仪器操作标准。

仪器部件将运达有铭牌标志的施工现场, 铭牌注明仪器设备标准的代码。 承包商负责给某些应用设备加上标签。鉴定用于施工作业的预先校准和和作业分配。如果对鉴定有疑问,请联系买方。

4.2校准和测试

仪器施工承包商负责对全部仪器操作的校准和测试。

仪器的预先校准和环路测试将被根据以下的一般规则执行。

4.2.1.仪器的预先校准

现场仪器和阀件将运达现场,并带有仪器的代码的铭牌 ( 例如821-pt-111)。 仪器阀件标上标签,执行阀件行程的预先校准。

仪器和阀件的外观检查在到货时必须立即完成。

在检查仪器的校准过程中,承包商必须报告任何设计上的错误,( 例如阀门不在保险位置,必须仔细根据阀件说明进行检查),机械损害或者校准。在任何情况下,检查必须包括设备修正和标签的验收。 除非供应商另有说明,制造商必须提供校准说明,并完成校准工作, 设备将根据说明进行校准,如果不进行校准,承包商将通知买方负责指导机器/ 设备校准信息的供应商。

全部的现场仪器和控制阀,必须进行校准的范围、规模和适当的行动等等的检查。测试设备的精度偏差将根据测试仪而定;发送器和控制面板仪器±0.25%和±0.5%地方仪器的偏差。

在校准期间,D/P发送器用于化学作业使用,如氧气,避免设备与油料接触。

承包商负责全部设备测试和校验的记录。 另外,在全部仪器检查完成后,标签上标明校验的日期和签名。
Marking and Workmanship

4.1 Marking of Equipment and Cables

Instruments, cables, tubes and wires shall be marked in accordance with the instructions. Cable marker shall be tied with strong cable tie.

The marking system shall follow the Purchaser’s instrumentation standard.

Instrument components will arrive at the site with a nameplate showing the code of instrument according to Equipment Standard. The Contractor is responsible for tagging the instrument for certain applications. This identification will be used for the precalibration and distribution of the instruments for the erection. If identification is in doubt, the Purchaser shall be contacted.

On completion of the installation all field instruments and control valves shall have clearly visible plastic nameplates supplied, engraved and installed by the Contractor.

4.2 Calibration and Testing

The Instrument Erection Contractor shall be responsible for calibration and testing of the complete instrumentation.

Precalibration of the instruments and loop tests shall be done in accordance with the following general rules.

4.2.1. Precalibration of Instruments

The field instruments and valves will arrive at the site with nameplates showing the code of the instrument (e.g. 821-pt-111). The instrument valve will be tagged and recalibration of valve stroke shall be performed.

Visual examinations of instruments and valves shall be completed immediately upon receipt.

In checking the calibration of instruments, the Contractor shall report any errors in design, (e.g. valve fail safe position shall be checked carefully according to the valve specification), mechanical damage or calibrication. In all cases checking shall include an inspection for the correct equipment and tagging. Unless otherwise specified by the Supplier, manufacturer's calibration instructions shall be followed and on completion of calibration, the equipment shall perform according to specification, if not, the Contractor shall inform the Purchaser who in turn shall direct the information to the Machinery/equipment Supplier.

The checking of the calibration ranges, scales, proper actions etc. shall be done for all field instruments and control valves. The accuracy of test equipment shall be in accordance with the tested instruments, generally ± 0.25% for transmitters and panel instruments and ± 0.5% for local gauges.

During the calibration carry out for those D/P transmitters which are used in chemical services, like oxygen, an oil shall be avoid from contact with this equipment.

The Contractor is responsible for keeping a record of all equipment tested and calibrated. In addition, a tag, complete with the date and signature of the calibrated shall be secured to all instruments which have been checked.


5. Check-Out and loop tests

The Contractor is responsible for carrying out complete functional loop tests after the installation of instrumentation. The check-out and loop tests shall follow the given system order and include the following main tasks.
