起动器按常规操作-中英对照

a、 按原理图中“双机连动时,开关控制线接线图”所示,用控制电缆联结两台起动器;
b、 对主令起动器,把转换开关XK4拨到“正常工作”,XK1、XK2、XK3按所需要的远、近控方式,在菜单模式中选择联机主模式,手动模式。
对受令起动器,把钮子开关DK1拨到“正常工作”,XK1、XK2、拨到“远控”;XK3拨到“近控”;在菜单模式中选择联机丛机模式,自动模式。
c、 PLC保护按所需的低、高速转换方式,选择“切换时间为主”;“或切换电流为主”。
d、 当双机由低速转为高速需延时,可调整菜单中的延时时间,需要同步转换时,把
时间调到0秒即可。
6.2.2起动过程
起动器按常规操作接通电源,按下主令起动器的起动按钮后:
主令起动器中的JHK先导组件1K-1闭合,通过PLC保护实行双机切换,进而完成两台起动器的起动过程,起动以后有相应的运行显示。没起动成功则显示相应的故障。
6.2.3低速运行
如果运输机需低速运转,把起动器中的菜单中的模式设置为手动,即可实现低速拖动。
6.2.4单机低速点动
在运输机要紧链时,可把起动器中的门上转换开关SK转向“低速点动”,达到紧链的目的。
6.3电机保护
无论是单台或是两台电机在运行中,只要有过载、过流、短路、过压、欠压故障,都能使PLC保护器动作断开先导电路而停机,分别显示相应的故障状态。将故障清除后,可按“复位”按钮,然后起动开关。在起动过程中有一台起动不成功,两台都将停机。
6.4保护功能的试验
在菜单中先设定试验模式,在起动状态下为短路试验,在未起动状态为漏电试验,当按下试验按钮后,有相应的故障显示,说明保护回路完好。
6.5PLC综合保护器的整定:
在初始画面下显示如下:
a. Apply control cable connect the two starter in accordance with the schematic diagram of “Wiring Diagram of Switch Controller Line in Case of Double-Motor Synchronizing Drive”;
b. Master starter, adjust the change-over switch XK4 to “normal” condition; choose the on-line main mode or manual mode in the mode of the menu according to the need of XK1 , XK2 , XK3 for far and close control pattern.
Receiver starter, set toggle switch to “normally” condition DK1, XK1 , XK2 to “remote”; XK3 to “close-control” condition. Choose the on-line main mode or manual mode in the mode of the menu
c. PLC protection device may choose “time-switch oriented” or “current-switch oriented” according to need of low or high speed switching pattern..
d. When twin engine machines need a time delay for switching from low speed to high speed pattern. It is applicable to adjust the time delay function listed in menu, while synchronous switching is needed, transfer time to 0 seconds.
6.2.2 Start-up procedure
Switch on starter by conventional methods and push the start-up button of master starter.
Close pilot module 1K-1 in the module JHK of master starter, carry out  two engine switching through the protection of PLC, and then finish the start up course of two starters, there is corresponding operation that displays after start up, and displayed the corresponding malfunction in case of start up failure.
6.2.3 Low speed operation
If the transport machine needs to operate at a low speed, set the manual mode in the starter menu and realize pulling operation at a low speed.
6.2.4 Low speed jog control of single motor
While transport machine chain needs to tighten, set the change-over switch on door of starter SK to “Low speed jog control”, achieve the purpose of the chain tightening.
6.3 Motor protection
No matter the single motor or two motor are in the condition of operation, as long as there is failure as overload, over current, short circuit, overpressure, under voltage occurred, PLC protecting device shall disconnect and shut down the guide circuit, and display the corresponding failure state respectively. After the failure is cleared, press the “restore” button, then turn on the switch. During the course of starting if there was one starter fail to activate, both two motor shall be stopped.
6.4 Tests of protecting function
First establish the test model in the menu, short-circuit test under the condition of starting state, and leakage test under the condition of unstart state, after pushing the testing button, there shall be a corresponding failure information displayed, so as to illustrate that protecting return circuit if perfect.
