电解槽直流供电-中英对照

电解工艺所需的直流电源由现场交流电源通过变压器/整流器单元提供。连至三相电源的基础单元将产生6伏脉冲直流电输出。更加复杂的整流器单元能够生成12伏和24伏的脉冲直流电输出。

直流输出的脉冲导致直流电压出现“波动”。可以通过增加脉冲的数目来减小波动大小。为了达到电解槽满意的工作要求,直流电压波动(通过电压波动峰谷幅值进行测量)不应超过总电压的5%。此限制要求适用于所有可能的正常工作条件,包括停车和设备使用寿命结束的情况。

在实际操作中,整流器的要求更易于受到其它因素的影响,例如,交流系统中的谐波和允许整流变压器功率因数。

电解槽压降

供给分框架总管的盐水和碱液必须具有足够高的压力,以克服电解槽和进口/出口分框架总管的摩擦压力损失和静压力水头影响。在各种流体条件下,从入口到分框架总管、从分框架出口总管(电解槽供给界区)到出口的联合压力损失都不能超过以下数值。

盐水压力损失      - 0.60 bar

碱液压力损失      - 0.72 bar

2.7电解槽吹扫用气

对于吹扫电解槽的氢气总管而言,压缩氮气是必不可少的。氮气供给压力必须至少为0.5 bar g。

对于吹扫电解槽的氯气总管而言,压缩空气(不含油)或氮气是必不可少的。空气或氮气供给压力必须至少为0.5 bar g。

如果在氯气系统吹扫工作中使用氮气,则必须将其与氢气系统吹扫所使用的氮气分离开来,这样氢气和氯气将不会通过氮气吹扫系统发生混合。

3. 工作条件

3.1正常工作条件

下表(3.1)对BICHLORTM电解槽成功操作所需的正常稳态操作条件进行了比较说明。表中列出的数据应被理解为可以接受的正常工作范围,具有建议的工作目标值(括号中的数据),可以实现电解槽的优化性能。以下所有数据都在生产商的担保要求之内,但是会根据离子膜生产商的建议而发生变化。除另行说明外,以下条件以单个电解槽界区表示。

1.    在新离子膜工作的最初48小时之内,为30 - 32%

2.    所有盐水条件都适用于进入电解槽进料总管的盐水物料。此物料将包括用于供给盐水酸化的酸液。

3.2停车条件和程序

DC power supply for electrolytic cell

The pressure drop of the electrolytic cell

Cell purging gas

For purging electrolytic tank of hydrogen manifold, compressed nitrogen is essential. Nitrogen supply pressure must be at least 0.5 bar g.

For purging chlorine director general of the electrolytic cell, compressed air (oil) or nitrogen is essential. Air or nitrogen supply pressure must be at least 0.5 bar g.

If in chlorine system used in the nitrogen purging work, it must be with the hydrogen system used by purging nitrogen separation, such hydrogen and chlorine gas mixture will not occur through the nitrogen purging system.

Working conditions

Normal working conditions

In the table below (3.1) needed for the successful operation of BICHLORTM cell normal steady state operating conditions were compared. The data listed in the table should be understood as an acceptable scope of work, has the work target (the data in parentheses), can achieve the optimal performance of cell. All of the following data is within the collateral requirements of producers, but will change on the advice of the ionic membrane manufacturers. Unless otherwise specified, The following condition expressed in a single cell battery.
