人行道信号头-中英对照

为行人提供信号,两个相同部分的信号采用刚性固定到一个连续外表面。 施工作业必须符合本文指定的交通信号头。

D.本地控制器:

1.位于皇室委员会交通计算机室提议的本地控制器必须与现有的菲利浦"Dust"系统相容。

2.本地控制器将采用菲利浦(澳大利亚)模型No. SAR 16C。 适于'灰尘'系统;其组成为:

3.控制器要求:

a.16信号(SG)组

b.16车辆输入

c.16信道行人外部接触输入。

4. 控制器装备有一个调制解调器,和贝尔103标准系统配置。在交通计算机室提供一个单独的调制解调器,在领域控制器和中央计算机之间建立通讯联系。

6. a. 电力供应:

i.设备适合220 V(3801220 V系统) -20%÷15% o,60赫兹条件下操作。

ii.一个双排杆开关采用20A的最小等级的保险丝隔离交通信号灯。

iii. 单独的隔离开关装备有保险丝,提供控制器设备和主要部分的隔离操作。

iv.提供一个维修目的插座。

v. 包括内部照明光。

b.环境:在Madinat Yanbu AL-Sinaiyah气候状况下面操作时,所有电设备的设计必须符合规格说明:

温度: -25 C到+65 C

控制柜内

R.H.: 95%的c.c.o。

c.电路:

i.逻辑学电路必须将电路和C-MOS和低功率Schottky-TTL技术结合起来。

ii.交通信号灯开关为固态。灯具电路适于接通卤灯。接通能力:240伏特4A。

iii.所有电子电路安放在标准化的印制电路板上。

iv.生产开关的用石灰处理采用+5ms以上。

7.设备:

a.信号组:

i.控制人员装备控制多达16信号组。

ii.在灯具开关壳的模块化为每组4信号。

b.控制方面:

i.相序通过软件可以进行预编程。

ii. 相序。在开关开启期间可以运用软件进行编程;也可以申请开关闭合程序。

iii.闪烁(人行道)需要操作:

60.闪烁! Mln. 可选定!

30:70或者50:50

闪烁为b绿色/ 红色。要求退却闪烁(琥珀色): 60 闪/毫米

开启/关闭比率30:70(可选)的或者50:50

iv.冲突监控:要求装备电压感应冲突监控。感应装置将信号输送到输出终端上。

所有监控电路必须具有连续行,检查保证电路积极相应。

如果绿灯和琥珀控制器发生冲突,必须转向闪烁琥珀色。

在后退方式状态下,信号头可以选择显示闪烁琥珀色。

v.可以采用以下的操作方式:

- (和某个主控制器)协调;

-本地隔离(固定时间或者触动式);

-手动;

-闪烁。

Pedestrian Signal Heads: Provide pedestrian signal heads of two identical sections rigidly fastened together to present a continuous appearance. Construction shall conform to traffic signal head specified herein.

Local Controller:

The proposed local controller shall be compatible with the existing Philips "Dust" system located at the Royal Commission Traffic Computer Room.

The Local Controller shall be Philips (Australia) Model No. SAR 16C suitable for `Dust' system and shall consist of:

       3.    The Controller shall be configured for:

16 Signal groups (SG)

16 Vehicle Inputs

16 Channel pedestrian external contact inputs.

4. The Controller shall be equipped with a modem unit configured for Bell 103 Standard System. A separate modem unit shall be provided in the Traffic Computer Room to enable communication link between the Field Controller and the Central Computer.

5. General Requirements:

       6.    a. Electrical Supply:

Equipment shall be suitable for operation on 220V (3801220V system is available) -20% to ÷15%o, 60Hz.

A double pole switch with a fuse of a minimum rating of 20A to isolate the traffic signal lamps.

A separate isolating switch with fuse shall be provided to isolate the controller equipment from the mains.

A socket outlet for maintenance purposes shall be provided.

Internal illumination light shall be included.

 

Environment: The design of all electrical equipment shall be such that its performance as required in this specification is met when it is operating under the following climatic conditions in Madinat Yanbu Al-Sinaiyah:

Temperature:   -25 C to +65 C inside cabinet

R.H.: 95% c.c.o.

Circuitry:

The logic circuitry shall be based on integrated circuits with C-MOS technique and low-power Schottky-TTL.

Traffic signal lamp switching shall be solid state. The lamp circuits shall be suitable for switching halogen lamps. Switching capability: 4A at 240 volts.

All electronic circuits shall be housed on standardized printed circuit boards.

Signal groups:

The controller shall be equipped to control up to 16 signal groups.

The modularity in the lamp switches shell be per 4 Signal Groups.

Aspect Control:

The phase-sequence shall be pre-programmable via the software.

The phase-sequence. during the switch-on shall be programmable In the softtware; This applies also to the switch-off sequence.

ill. Operational flashing (Pedestrian) requires:

With an on/of rat of       30:70 or  50:50

The flashing aspect has to b green/red. Fall Back flashing (Amber) Is required to be: 60 flashes/mm.

With .an on/off ratio of 30:70 (selectable) or 50:5

Conflict Monitoring: Conflict monitoring based on voltage sensing Is required. This sensing Is to be performed on the output terminals to the aspects.

All monitoring circuits shall be continuously integrity checked to ensure circuits are actively responding.

In case of a conflicting green and/or amber the controller has to switch to flashing amber.

It shall be possible to select the signal-heads that will show the flashing amber aspect during fall-back.

The following operational modes must be possible:

co-ordinated (under direction of a master controller);

local isolated (fixed time or traffic actuated);

manual;

- flashing.
