终端服务电缆断路器-中英对照

外壳: 设备设置在不受气候影响的钢橱中。
1.为终端服务电缆提供断路器。断路器取最小值,15安培等级。
2.在每个橱柜中提供便利容器。单个德国样式容器2个插脚接地(Legrand 74130 类型) 使用插座附件,一个60 瓦特灯具,插上插头可以提供照明,而且不影响任何其它设备。
3. 在每控制器橱柜和地接橱柜提供地接母线。
F. 电缆:电缆安装IEG 标准相符采用铜导体,包括:
1.信号电缆: 24 芯x 1.5毫米 --- 铠装,直接埋设。
2.电缆:3 芯x 16毫米+接地导体16毫米
3.车辆检测器的支线电缆: 2 芯x 1.5毫米 -屏蔽
4.环路:依大小排列2.5-4毫米 – 采用XLPE/PVC双绝缘多股导线。
G.信号杆:
1. 信号杆和支架材料:
a.安装批准的图纸要求,全部材料必须全新,不得有任何损坏。
b. 信号杆和支架材料,包括基扳,安装根据ASTM A123规定采用热浸镀锌。 在Corniche 路和在Shareh Al Sahl上,信号杆和支架设计统一路灯建筑设计。

2. 信号杆和支架设计
a.全部车间或现场零部件和组装的设计必须符合MSHTO "高速公路结构支撑物标准规范,Luminaires和交通信号"的要求,最新版,除非另有说明,并符合皇室委员会在第1到7 条款标准。
b.设计风速为超出地面10米的高度,在最不利的方向不少于160 公里/小时。
c.全部零部件的尺寸必须进行选择,以便结构或者任何零部件在规定负荷下不发生故障、断裂、永久变形或者在任何额定或风力负荷下发生振动。

d.信号杆和支架采用锥形、无缝、管状类型的圆横截面。

E. Housing: The equipment shall be housed in a weatherproof steel cabinet.
1. Provide circuit breaker(s) for terminating service wire. Circuit breaker(s) shall have minimum, 15 ampere rating.
2. Provide convenience receptacle in each cabinet. Receptacle to be a single German style 2 pin with ground (Legrand type 74130) outlet so located that by use of a socket attachment, a 60 watt lamp can be plugged in to provide light without disturbing any other equipment.
3. Provide an equipment grounding bus in each controller cabinet and ground the bus to the cabinet.
F. Cable: Cable shall be copper conductors conforming to IEG Standards and shall include:
1. Signal Cable: 24 core x 1.5 mm --- armoured for direct burial.
2. Power Cable: 3 core x 16 mm + ground conductor 16 mm
3. Feeder Cable for Vehicle Detector: 2 core x 1.5 mm - shielded
4. Loop Wire: Size 2.5-4 mm - stranded copper conductor with XLPE/PVC dual insulation.
G. Signal Poles:
1. Signal Pole and Arm Material:
a. All materials shall be furnished new and undamaged in accordance with the approved drawings.
b. Pole and arm, including base plate, to be hot dip galvanized in accordance with ASTM A123. On Corniche road and on Shareh Al Sahl

the poles and arms design shall be integrated into the overall architecture of the road lighting poles.
2. Signal Pole and Arm Design
a. Design of all components and their assembly in the shop or in the field shall meet the requirements of MSHTO "Standard Specifications for Structural Support for Highway Signs, Luminaires and Traffic Signals", latest edition, unless otherwise specified in the Specifications and shall comply with Royal Commission standard details shown on Exhibit 1 thru 7.
b. The design wind speed shall be not less than 160 km/hr blowing in the most unfavourable direction at a height of 10 meters above ground.
c. Dimensions of all components shall be selected so that the structures or any of the components will not fail under the specified loads, nor will they crack, deform permanently or vibrate under the action of any combination of dead, live and wind loads.
d. Pole and arm to be tapered, seamless, tubular type with circular cross-section.
