00.4. 设备的定期保养
保养指南的目的是尽可能详细地解释起升与小车运行的保养工作过程。
1. 在保养工作中要绝对保持清洁。
2. 要按照厂家的推荐使用润滑剂、原材料和备件。
3. 始终按照计划好的保养程序进行保养工作。
经过培训的制造厂家的维修网络随时可以对各种维修工作予以帮助。如果需要解决保养和修理过程中出现的问题,可请制造厂家的维修部门予以帮助。
只能由受过培训的人员才被允许从事设备的保养。
不按照本指南讲述的保养计划执行,卡尔玛工业公司将不承担保修义务。
00.4.1. 保养现场
1. 事先准备保养作业面,使得设备可以安全地进行保养,并不会对日常工作造成危险。
2. 确认当设备在保养时不会污染现场。
3. 要保持保养现场的清洁与整齐。
4. 确认在保养现场不存在对人员造成危险的情况。
5. 知道一旦出现事故时所采取的正确措施。一定要了解在保养现场的电器主开关的位置以及消防设施的位置。
6. 一定要了解在保养现场的安全记录。

00.4.2. 油脂润滑
油脂润滑 一个润滑周期为2000个主柴油机工作小时或者至少4个月。如果需要,钢丝绳、导轨条链等也进行润滑
注:
必须进行日常润滑,避免在一次当中使用过多的润滑剂。(油脂:即:多用途油脂 Beacon EP/2型)
有一些注油点的注油周期要短:见定期保养的间隔
在注油前和注油后,注油枪的油嘴一定要保持清洁。

00 . 4. Scheduled maintenance of the machine
ThepurposeoftheMaintenancemanual istoexplainthemaintenance ofthe workingmachine
as detailed as possible.
1. Follow absolute cleanliness at service work.
2. Always use lubricants according to the recommendations, as well as original materi-
als and spare parts.
3. Follow thoroughly the scheduled maintenance programs.
The trained maintenance network of the manufacturer is always ready to help in maintenaces
of all kinds. Appeal to the Maintenance Department of the manufacturer if necessary in ques-
tions of maintenance and repair.
The maintenance schedules have been developed on the basis of long--run research and ex-
perience. The manufacturer has a wide knowledge of the machine operation as well as of the
safety in various working conditions.
Only a trained personnel is allowed to maintain the machine.
Negligence of scheduled maintenance measures mentioned of this manual
will release Kalmar Industries Oy Ab from all warranty liabilities.
00 .4.1. Maintenance environment
1. Provide for placing the service environment to premises, where the machines can be
serviced safely and without exposing the regular work to danger.
2. Seetoitthattheenvironmentcannotbecontaminatedbythemachinebeingserviced.
3. Always keep the service environment clean and trim.
4. See to it that there is no danger in the service environment, which possibly could en-
danger the personnel.
5. Be aware of the correct action in case of possible accidents. Keep yourself informed
about the location of the electrical main switches of the service environment, as well
as of the fire extinguishing equipment.
6. Keep yourself informed about the safety regulations regarding the service environ-
ment.

GREASE LUBRICATION A lubrication interval of 2000 main diesel
operation hours or at least 4 Months. Ropes, rails,
chains and etc. lubrication when necessary.
Note:
Lubrication must be performed regulary avoiding use of too much lubricant at the same
time. (Greasing: e.g. Multipurpose grease, Beacon EP/2)
Some greasing points have shorter lubrication intervals: See Scheduled service intervals.
Lubricant nipples must be cleaned before and after lubrication.
